Claims (5)
- 溶質を含有する第1の液相と、前記溶質を析出させる試薬を含有する第2の液相とを、容器中で混合して前記第1の液相と前記第2の液相との混合物を形成するステップと、
前記混合物を撹拌するステップと、
析出物を排出するステップと、
を備える、少なくとも1つの前記溶質の析出方法であって、
前記第1の液相及び前記第2の液相と混和しない、化学的に不活性な第3の液相のエマルジョン中に前記混合物を閉じ込めるステップを備え、
前記第1の液相及び前記第2の液相は第1の方向に循環し、前記第3の液相は前記容器中において前記第1の方向とは逆の第2の方向に循環し、
前記析出物は、前記容器を介する回路流路の中で循環される前記第1及び第2の液相の混合物ループ中における循環によって、前記容器から連続的に排出されることを特徴とする、少なくとも1つの溶質の析出方法。 - 前記第1の液相が2つの流れで容器中に導入され、
前記別々の流れは別々の溶質濃度を有するとともに、前記容器の異なるポイントにおいて導入され、
低い溶質濃度を有する一方の前記流れは、高い溶質濃度を有する他方の前記流れの導入ポイントの上流において導入されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の少なくとも1つの溶質の析出方法。 - 前記容器は、前記複数の相が循環する内壁を有し、該内壁が疎水性コーティングを施されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の少なくとも1つの溶質の析出方法。
- 前記混合物は、前記容器中に存在するとともに、疎水性コーティングを施された撹拌機で撹拌されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の少なくとも1つの溶質の析出方法。
- 前記析出物の粒径に影響させるように前記第3の液相の流速の調整をするステップを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の少なくとも1つの溶質の析出装置。
