Claims (4)
- 一側部材に設けられ軸方向に延びるピン挿通孔が形成された左,右一対のボス部の間の中間部をボスパイプで連結してなる筒状のボスと、該ボスのピン挿通孔に軸方向に離間して設けられた左,右一対のブッシュと、前記ボスと軸方向で対向して相手方部材に設けられ前記ピン挿通孔に対応する位置にそれぞれピン保持孔が形成された一対のブラケットと、前記各ブッシュと前記各ブラケットのピン保持孔とに挿通され前記ボスと各ブラケットとを相対回転可能に連結する連結ピンとを備えてなる軸受装置において、
前記連結ピンは、軸方向の両端側に位置して前記各ブッシュと前記各ブラケットの各ピン保持孔とに挿通され、少なくともその外周側が鉄鋼材を用いて形成された左,右一対の鉄鋼製軸端側部材と、該左,右一対の鉄鋼製軸端側部材に挟まれて前記ピン保持孔に嵌合されない軸方向の中間部に配置され、少なくともその外周側が繊維強化樹脂を用いて形成された樹脂製中間部材とにより構成したことを特徴とする軸受装置。 - 前記左,右一対の鉄鋼製軸端側部材は中空状または中実状に形成し、前記樹脂製中間部材は中空状または中実状に形成してなる構成としてなる請求項1に記載の軸受装置。
- 前記左,右一対の鉄鋼製軸端側部材と前記樹脂製中間部材とのうち一方の部材の軸方向端面には他方の部材に向けて軸方向に突出する凸部を設け、前記各鉄鋼製軸端側部材と前記樹脂製中間部材とのうち他方の部材の軸方向端面には前記凸部が嵌合する凹部を設け、前記凸部と凹部とを嵌合させた状態で前記各鉄鋼製軸端側部材と前記樹脂製中間部材とを接続する構成としてなる請求項1または2に記載の軸受装置。
- 前記左,右一対の鉄鋼製軸端側部材は軸中心を通って形成される軸中心孔を有する中空状に形成し、前記樹脂製中間部材の軸方向両端部には前記各鉄鋼製軸端側部材に向けて張出した張出し軸部を設け、前記各鉄鋼製軸端側部材の軸中心孔に前記張出し軸部を挿通した状態で前記各鉄鋼製軸端側部材と前記樹脂製中間部材とを接続する構成としてなる請求項1に記載の軸受装置。
