Claims (5)
- 石油由来の油を加熱するための伝熱装置において、ファウリングを低減する方法であって、
石油由来の油を、SBNが少なくとも75で、かつTANが少なくとも0.3である高溶解分散能(HSDP)原油から得られるアスファルト質レジンとブレンドする工程
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記レジンは、高溶解分散能(HSDP)原油から沈殿させたアスファルトから、パラフィン質溶剤を用いて抽出することによって、HSDP原油から得られることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記レジンは、高溶解分散能(HSDP)原油からn−ペンタンにより沈殿させたアスファルトから、n−ヘプタン溶剤を用いて抽出することによって、HSDP原油から得られることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記レジンの量は、油およびレジンの全重量の10〜1000ppmwであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 石油由来の炭化水素油を、処理装置の伝熱要素の加熱表面上を通過させることによる熱処理を改善する方法であって、
石油由来の油を、加熱表面上を通過させる前に、SBNが少なくとも75で、かつTANが少なくとも0.3である高溶解分散能(HSDP)原油から得られるアスファルト質レジンとブレンドすることによって、加熱表面のファウリングを低減する工程
を含むことを特徴とする方法。
