Claims (20)
- 航空宇宙機で使用する前縁構造体であって、
(a)作動中に空気流に面するよう適合された前縁を定める流路表面を有する本体と、
(b)前記流路表面の少なくとも一部に施工されるニッケルを含む金属疎氷性めっきと、
を備えた前縁構造体。 - 前記本体がアルミニウムを含む、
請求項1に記載の前縁構造体。 - 前記めっきがリンを含む、
請求項1に記載の前縁構造体。 - 前記めっきが、本質的に75重量%のニッケルと、残部がリン、ホウ素、及び不可避的不純物からなる、
請求項3に記載の前縁構造体。 - 前記めっきが、0.0382mmから0.1524mm(0.0015インチから0.0060インチ)の厚みがある、
請求項1に記載の前縁構造体。 - 請求項1に記載の前縁構造体を備えたガスターボファンエンジン用の環状スプリッタ。
- 前記流路表面が、半径方向内向きに面する部分と、半径方向外向きに面する部分とを含み、前記めっきが、前記半径方向外向きに面する部分の一部を覆い、該一部は、前記環状スプリッタの軸方向長さの2%から20%である、
請求項6に記載の環状スプリッタ。 - 前記流路表面が、(a)ニッケルを含む疎氷性金属めっきが施工され、第1の着氷特性を有する複数の第1の区域と、(b)前記第1の着氷特性と異なる第2の着氷特性を有する複数の第2の区域とを含む、
請求項1に記載の前縁構造体。 - 前記流路表面が、1つよりも多い軸線に沿って分割される、
請求項8に記載の前縁構造体。 - 前記第2の区域が、有機又は化成処理でコーティングされる、
請求項8に記載の前縁構造体。 - ターボファンエンジン用スプリッタであって、
(a)作動中に空気流に面するよう適合された前縁を定める流路表面を有する環状本体と、
(b)前記流路表面の少なくとも一部に施工されるニッケルを含む金属疎氷性めっきと、
を備えたターボファンエンジン用スプリッタ。 - 前記本体がアルミニウムを含む、
請求項11に記載のスプリッタ。 - 前記めっきがリンを含む、
請求項11に記載のスプリッタ。 - 前記めっきが、本質的に75重量%のニッケルと、残部がリン、ホウ素、及び不可避的不純物からなる、
