Description
(1)ボイラからの排ガスを湿式脱硫装置で処理した後の排ガスが通るメインダクトと、該メインダクトからの排ガス流れの一部を分岐する分岐ダクトと、該分岐した排ガス中の二酸化炭素(CO2)をアミン吸収剤によって吸収、除去するCO2除去装置と、該CO2除去装置でCO2を除去した排ガスを前記分岐する前の排ガスと合流させるための戻りダクトとを有する排ガス処理システムであって、前記排ガスの合流点の前の戻りダクトに、前記合流後の排ガス中のアミン吸収剤のミストを揮散させるための加熱手段を設けたことを特徴とする、二酸化炭素除去装置を有する排ガス処理システム。
(2)前記加熱手段は、前記メインダクトの排ガスが合流する前の戻りダクト及び合流前のメインダクトの排ガス温度をそれぞれ測定し、これらの温度差が5℃以上になるように、前記戻りダクトの排ガス温度を昇温する温度制御手段をさらに有する(1)記載のシステム。
(3)前記加熱手段は熱交換器である(1)または(2)記載のシステム。
(4)前記熱交換器はフィンチューブを配列したものからなり、チューブ配列はスタッガード配列とした(3)記載のシステム。
(5)前記加熱手段は、熱交換器であり、該熱交換器は、前記CO2除去装置の上流側に設けた熱交換器で回収した熱を媒体としたものである(1)または(2)記載の装置。
(6)前記CO2除去装置の上流側に設けた熱交換器は、排ガス分岐前のメインダクトに設けられた熱交換器であり、その回収熱を前記戻りダクトに設けた熱交換器と、前記CO2除去装置または/および復水加熱とで利用することを特徴とする(3)記載のシステム。

Claims (6)
- ボイラからの排ガスを湿式脱硫装置で処理した後の排ガスが通るメインダクトと、該メインダクトからの排ガス流れの一部を分岐する分岐ダクトと、該分岐した排ガス中の二酸化炭素(CO2)をアミン吸収剤によって吸収、除去するCO2除去装置と、該CO2除去装置でCO2を除去した排ガスを前記分岐した残りの排ガスと合流させるための戻りダクトとを有する排ガス処理システムであって、前記排ガスの合流点の前の戻りダクトに、前記合流後の排ガス中のアミン吸収剤のミストを揮散させるための加熱手段を設けたことを特徴とする、二酸化炭素除去装置を有する排ガス処理システム。
- 前記加熱手段は、前記メインダクトの排ガスが合流する前の戻りダクト及び合流前のメインダクトの排ガス温度をそれぞれ測定し、これらの温度差が5℃以上になるように、前記戻りダクトの排ガス温度を昇温する温度制御手段をさらに有する請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記加熱手段は熱交換器である請求項1または2記載のシステム。
- 前記熱交換器はフィンチューブを配列したものからなり、チューブ配列はスタッガード配列とした請求項3記載のシステム。
- 前記加熱手段は、熱交換器であり、該熱交換器は、前記CO2除去装置の上流側に設けた熱交換器で回収した熱を媒体としたものである請求項1または2記載のシステム。
- 前記CO2除去装置の上流側に設けた熱交換器は、排ガス分岐前のメインダクトに設けられた熱交換器であり、その回収熱を前記戻りダクトに設けた熱交換器と、前記CO2除去装置または/および復水加熱とで利用することを特徴とする請求項5記載のシステム。
