Description
Claims (7)
- 複数の二次電池セルを備えた組電池と、
前記複数の二次電池セルの夫々の電圧を検出する電圧検出部と、
前記電圧検出部により検出された前記複数の二次電池セルの夫々の電圧値が所定の閾値以上の過電圧であるか否かを通知する過電圧アラーム信号を出力する診断用回路と、
前記過電圧アラーム信号によりいずれかの二次電池セルが過電圧であると判断された場合に第1レベルのシャットダウン信号を上位制御手段へ出力するように構成されたシャットダウン信号生成回路と、
前記シャットダウン信号が供給され、前記診断用回路および前記シャットダウン信号生成回路の動作を制御する制御回路と、を備え、
前記シャットダウン信号生成回路は、前記診断用回路の自己診断を行なう場合に、前記シャットダウン信号を第2レベルとするとともに、過電圧であることを通知する前記過電圧アラーム信号が供給されたときに前記制御回路に過電圧を通知する確認用過電圧アラーム信号を出力するように構成されたことを特徴とする二次電池装置。 - 前記診断用回路は、前記複数の二次電池セルの夫々の電圧と所定の閾値電圧とを比較する複数の比較手段と、
前記比較手段の出力信号が供給され、イネーブルレジスタから供給される信号が第1レベルである場合に前記比較手段の出力信号を出力し、前記イネーブルレジスタから供給される信号が第2レベルである場合に第2レベルの信号を出力する複数の第1論理回路と、
前記複数の第1論理回路の出力信号のいずれかが第1レベルである場合に、第2レベルの信号を出力する第2論理回路と、を備え、
前記制御回路は、前記診断回路の自己診断を行なう場合に、複数の前記イネーブルレジスタ全ての出力信号を第2レベルとし、前記所定の閾値電圧の値を複数の二次電池セルの電圧値の最小値よりも小さい値に設定し、複数の前記イネーブルレジスタの出力信号を順次第1レベルとするように構成された請求項1記載の二次電池装置。 - 前記シャットダウン信号生成回路は、複数の前記過電圧アラーム信号が入力され、複数の前記過電圧アラーム信号のいずれかが第2レベルである場合に第2レベルの信号を出力し、複数の過電圧アラーム信号の全てが第1レベルである場合に第1レベルの信号を出力する第3論理回路と、
前記第3論理回路の出力信号と前記制御回路から出力された診断用信号とが供給され、前記第3論理回路の出力信号あるいは前記診断用信号が第2レベルである場合に第2レベルの信号を出力し、前記第3論理回路の出力信号と前記診断用信号とが第1レベルである場合に第1レベルの信号を出力する第4論理回路と、
前記第4論理回路の出力信号と前記制御回路から出力されたイネーブル信号とが供給され、前記第4論理回路の出力信号あるいは前記イネーブル信号が第1レベルである場合に第1レベルの信号を出力し、前記第4論理回路の出力信号と前記イネーブル信号とが第2レベルである場合に第2レベルの信号を出力する第5論理回路と、
前記第4論理回路の出力信号と前記イネーブル信号とが供給され、前記第4論理回路の出力信号あるいは前記イネーブル信号が第2レベルである場合に第2レベルの信号を出力し、前記第4論理回路の出力信号と前記イネーブル信号とが第1レベルである場合に第1レベルの信号を出力する第6論理回路と、を備え、
前記制御回路は、前記診断回路の自己診断を行なう場合に、前記イネーブル信号を第1レベルに駆動するように構成された請求項1記載の二次電池装置。 - 前記シャットダウン信号生成回路は、前記制御回路の動作が正常であるか否かを判断するウォッチドックタイマをさらに備え、
前記ウォッチドックタイマにより前記制御回路の動作が正常であることが確認された後に、第1レベルの前記イネーブル信号を前記第5論理回路に供給するように構成された請求項3記載の二次電池装置。 - 前記シャットダウン信号生成回路は、前記制御回路の動作が正常であるか否かを判断するウォッチドックタイマをさらに備え、
前記ウォッチドックタイマにより前記制御回路の動作が正常であることが確認された後に、第2レベルの前記診断用信号を前記第4論理回路に供給するように構成された請求項3記載の二次電池装置。 - 前記第5論理回路の出力信号は前記シャットダウン信号として、コネクタを介して、前記上位制御手段側に供給され、再び前記コネクタを介する経路にて前記上位制御手段側から前記制御回路に供給される請求項3記載の二次電池装置。
- 前記請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれかの二次電池装置を搭載した車両。
