Description
The present invention relates to a lorry equipped with a tiltable loading platform, and more particularly to a lorry equipped with a loading platform having a gate that can be opened upward.
A lorry equipped with a loading platform comprising a floor plate and a gate erected on the side and rear of the floor plate on the vehicle frame. The front of the loading platform is lifted to discharge the load on the platform, such as earth and sand, to the rear of the vehicle (dump There is a truck that combines the discharge work to be carried out) and the transport work to load and transport construction machinery and agricultural machinery on the carrier. The tailgate of such a lorry opens downward from the lower part around the upper hinge when discharging work, and moves upward with the lower hinge as the center when loading construction machinery etc. for carrying work. (See Patent Document 1).
When loading a construction machine or the like, the tip of the tailgate, which is opened upward by sliding the loading platform, for example, is grounded. Some tailgates are provided with a step board that protrudes further from the tip. In the case of a lorry provided with the step board, if the tip of the step board is grounded, it is possible to load a construction machine and the like, and the loading angle can be reduced (Patent Document 2).
However, if the step board protruding from the loading platform is still provided, it is easy to disturb the work of loading earth and sand on the horizontal loading platform, and the rear view from the driver's seat is likely to be obstructed. For this reason, a step board that can be attached to and detached from the tailgate as in Patent Document 2 is also considered, but since the step board is used for loading construction machines and the like, the size and weight are large, and the attachment and removal work is simplified. Difficult to do.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and provides a lorry vehicle equipped with a loading platform capable of improving work efficiency in loading construction machines and the like and improving work efficiency in loading earth and sand.
In the present invention, as means for solving the above-described problems, a floor plate and a plurality of gates standing on the floor plate and a loading platform mounted on a vehicle frame are tilted by a tilting device, and the plurality of gates Some of the gates in the truck rotate about the lower hinge installed at a position lower than the floor plate by a predetermined distance in the loading platform and open upward and rotate about the upper hinge to open downward The following configuration is adopted.
A step board protruding in a direction substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the gate is fixed to an inner main surface of the loading platform among the partial gates , and the protrusion of the step board has the protrusion. It is assumed that a part of the gate side has a rotatable structure.
The step board may be configured to include the protruding portion and a base end portion fixed to the inner main surface of the partial gate. Further, it is desirable that the partial gate has a portion whose thickness is increased by a base end portion of the step board .
Further, the protruding portion is rotatably disposed on the outer side of the loading platform via a hinge portion disposed between the base end portion and the hinge portion in the thickness direction of the step board. It is good also as a structure provided in the back side edge part with respect to the said one part gate of the standing state along.
A side gate having an engaging portion with the gate is arranged on the side of the partial gate, and the partial gate is engaged with the engaging portion. parts are provided, wherein the running board is Ru can also be configured as being positioned so as to overlap with the engaged portion when viewed from the side.
As in the present invention, by providing a step board with a freely projecting portion on the gate, if the projecting portion is projected, it becomes easy to load a construction machine or the like on the loading platform, and the projecting portion is When folded, the step board is not obstructed by loading work such as earth and sand, and the rear view from the cab can be secured.
An example of an embodiment according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a side view showing a truck 100 according to the present embodiment. As shown in FIG. 1 (a), a truck 100 is a type in which a horizontal loading platform (one-dot chain line portion) 1 is slid and inclined toward the rear of the vehicle, and the construction machine 101 is loaded and transported. As shown in (b), the front side of the horizontal loading platform (one-dot chain line portion) 1 is largely lifted, and the type that performs the work of discharging the earth and sand loaded on the loading platform to the rear of the vehicle is also used.
In the truck 100, a loading platform 1 is mounted on a vehicle frame 2 via a dump frame 3 pivotally supported by a hinge shaft (not shown) at the rear end of the vehicle frame 2. The loading platform 1 includes a floor portion 1 a, a side gate 1 b erected with respect to the floor portion 1 a, a front panel 1 c, and a tail gate 4. A slide tilting device 10 is disposed between the loading platform 1 and the vehicle frame 2, and the loading platform 1 functions as a transporting operation or a discharging operation by the device. The slide tilting device includes a dump frame 3, a dump cylinder 10a disposed between the vehicle frame 2 and the dump frame 3, and a slide cylinder (not shown) disposed between the dump frame 3 and the loading platform. . When carrying the construction machine 101 or the like, the slide cylinder is extended to slide the loading platform 1 rearward along the dump frame 3, and the loading platform 1 is tilted as shown in FIG. At this time, the tailgate 4 constituting the loading platform 1 is opened upward around the lower hinge portion 5a. On the other hand, at the time of discharging earth and sand or the like, the dump cylinder 10a is extended and the loading platform 1 is inclined as shown in FIG. At this time, the tailgate 4 opens downward by its own weight with the upper hinge portion 5b as the center.
The tailgate 4 when the cargo truck 100 is opened upward or downward will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 2A is a view of the tailgate 4 viewed from the rear during the transportation operation, and FIG. 2B is a view of the tailgate viewed from the rear during the discharge operation, and FIG. These are the principal part perspective views of the state which opened the tailgate to the vehicle rear at the time of carrying work (rotation).
As shown in FIG. 2A, the tailgate 4 is provided with two step plates 6 protruding upward at predetermined positions. “Upward” means a direction substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the tailgate 4. The step board 4 has a distal end portion 6a corresponding to a protruding portion and serving as a distal end side portion, and a proximal end portion 6b fixed on the main surface 41 of the tailgate 4 and serving as a proximal end side portion (FIG. 2C). And a hinge portion 6c (see FIG. 2C) that is provided between the distal end portion 6a and the proximal end portion 6b and connects the distal end portion 6a and the proximal end portion 6b. The front end portion 6a is disposed so as to be foldable on the rear side of the vehicle (the outer side of the loading platform) with the hinge portion 6c as a rotation axis. The base end portion 6b is welded and fixed on the main surface 41 of the tailgate 4 at the position shown in FIG. 2 (c), but other fixing methods such as fixing with bolts may be used. I do not care. Further, the main surface of the tailgate 4 on the outer side of the cargo bed (the main surface opposite to the main surface 41 to which the base end portion 6b is fixed) 42 is provided with horizontal reinforcing frames 42a and 42b at the upper end portion and the lower end portion thereof. The vertical reinforcing frames 42e and 42f are provided so as to be installed on the horizontal reinforcing frames 42a and 42b, and the reinforcing frame 42a at the upper end is divided into three parts, and the front end 6a of the step board 6 is folded. The horizontal reinforcing frame 42a is not disposed in the portion 42c that is disposed.
In the tailgate 4, a lower engaged portion 50a that engages with a lower engaging portion (not shown) extending rearward of the vehicle below the cargo bed floor portion is shown in FIGS. 2 (a) and 2 (b). As described above, the tail gate 4 is provided at two locations in the lower part on the center side. The lower engaged portion 50a includes a pair of support plates 51a protruding from the lower edge portion of the tailgate 4, and a shaft portion 5a installed between the support plates 51a. The upper opening of the tailgate 4 is performed around the shaft portion 5a engaged with the lower engaging portion.
Further, the tailgate 4 is provided with upper engaged portions 50b that engage with the side gates 1c (see FIG. 1A) at both upper ends. The upper engaged portion 50b includes a support plate 51b extending from the upper edge of the tailgate 4 and the vicinity thereof, and a shaft portion 5b extending laterally from the tip of the support plate 51b along the longitudinal direction of the tailgate 4. It is configured. Specifically, the shaft portion 5b is engaged with a U-shaped engaging portion (not shown) provided at the upper edge of the side gate 1c, so that the tailgate 4 opened upward is fixed. In addition, the tailgate 4 functions as a rotation shaft when the tailgate 4 is opened downward.
Each of the two step boards 6 arranged on the tailgate 4 is changed from a folded state (FIG. 2B) to a state protruding from the tailgate 4 (FIG. 2A), and in FIG. As shown, the tail gate 4 is in a state of projecting and extending from the upper end portion of the tail gate 4 with the direction in which the tail gate 4 is opened upward and inclined (X direction) as the longitudinal direction. The protruding front end portion 6a is composed of two plate members spaced apart from each other along the vehicle width direction (Y direction), and a reinforcing member 7a having the vehicle width direction as a longitudinal direction is disposed between the plate members. It is arranged. The base end portion 6b is composed of two plate members extending from the vicinity of the lower end portion of the tailgate 4 to the upper end portion, and the reinforcing material 7b is similarly disposed between these plate members. In FIG. 2C, the hinge portion 6c is arranged on the lower surface side of the step board 6 along the thickness direction (Z direction) of the step board 6, and the tip portion 6a is arranged on the outer surface of the load carrier outside side ( It can be folded in the negative direction side in the Z direction). Since the hinge portion 6c is disposed in the vicinity of the upper edge portion of the tail gate 4, when the tip portion 6 is folded, the walking board 6 becomes substantially the same height as the tail gate 4 and does not protrude. Therefore, when the earth and sand are directly loaded on the loading platform 1 in the horizontal state, the step board 6 does not get in the way, and the earth and sand can be smoothly loaded. It is also possible to secure a rear view from the driver's seat. Further, during the discharging operation, the tailgate 4 is opened downward by its own weight, so that the tailgate 4 to which the step board 6 is fixed is easily opened downward.
The step board 6 used in the transportation work of the lorry 100 will be described with reference to FIG. 3A is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. 2A, and FIG. 3B is a side cross-sectional view of the step board 6 grounded from the protruded state.
After the lorry 100 stops, the folded board 6 is projected from the tailgate 4. At this time, the front end portion 6a rotates toward the front of the vehicle along the rear surface of the tailgate 4, so that the front end portion 6a can be projected without interfering with the construction machine on the loading platform. Note that a lock device (not shown) is provided so that each of the vertical reinforcing frames 42e and 42f and the left and right walking plates 6 is installed, and the tip 6a is tailed by the lock device during traveling. The distal end portion 6a is not rocked by being secured to the gate 4. The locking device has a tying function by engaging a cylindrical member disposed in the vehicle width direction between the vertical reinforcing frame 42e and the step board 6 and a shaft member sliding in the cylindrical member. I have. After releasing the lock of the locking device, the front end portion 6a of the step board 6 is rotated to project from the tailgate 4.
When the step board 6 is protruded from the tail gate 4, as shown in FIG. 3A, the distal end portion 6a is substantially aligned with the proximal end portion 6b. In a state where the front end portion 6a is folded (one-dot chain line portion), the front end portion 6a is in the range of approximately the same size as the thicknesses D1 and D2 of the reinforcing frames 42a and 42b toward the rear of the vehicle. As a result, the rear end of the vehicle can be made substantially coincident with the rear end of the loading platform, and a reduction in loading capacity of the loading platform can be prevented.
When the step board 6 is protruded and used for loading a construction vehicle or the like, the operator rotates the front end portion 6a of the step board 6 folded upward. After the distal end portion 6a and the base end portion 6b are in a substantially straight line state, the binding between the tail gate 4 and the side gate 1c is released via an operation handle provided in the upper engagement portion 50b. When the loading platform 1 is tilted using the slide tilting device 10 (see FIG. 1), the front end 6a of the step board 6 is grounded as shown in FIG. 1 (a). Although not shown in the figure, for example, on the outer side main surface 42 of the tailgate 4 and the side edge of the tip 6a so that the folded step board 6 does not swing during the traveling of the truck. An engaging portion and an engaged portion that are engaged with each other are provided. In addition, the engaging part and the engaged part are engaged with each other on the side edge part of the tip part 6a and the upper edge part of the tailgate 4 so that the tip part 6a rotated upward can be maintained in a substantially straight line shape. A joint is provided. The step board 6 protruding from the tailgate 4 in a substantially straight line is provided with a securing member that fixes the distal end 6a to the proximal end 6b in order to maintain the substantially straight line. It doesn't matter. Moreover, it is good also as a structure which can maintain a substantially straight shape by setting and adjusting suitably the fastening force (friction force) in the hinge part 6c, without providing such a securing member. Even if the distal end portion 6a is rotated to the rear side of the vehicle so that the distal end portion 6a is bent with respect to the base end portion 6b during the backward rotation of the tail gate 4, the tail gate 4 is accompanied by the rearward rotation. Since the tip of the tip 6a is grounded and the bent step board 6 can be returned to a substantially straight line again, good performance as a loading means can be exhibited.
As shown in FIG. 3B, when the tailgate 4 is in a state where the tailgate 4 is rotated (opened upward) about the lower hinge portion 5a with respect to the inclined loading platform 1, the front end of the step board 6 is grounded. The part 60a is grounded, and the step board 6 can be used as a bridge when the construction machine or the like is loaded onto the loading platform 1 together with the tailgate 4. The step board grounding portion 60a is made of resin or the like and is used as a buffer member.
The function of the step board 6 will be specifically described with reference to FIG. 4A is an enlarged view of the chain double-dashed line portion in FIG. 3B, and FIG. 4B shows the arrangement positions of the shaft portion 5b and the step board 6 provided on the upper edge portion of the tailgate 4. FIG. FIG. 4C is a side view showing the arrangement positions of the step board 6 and the tailgate 4 with respect to the floor portion 1 a of the loading platform 1.
As shown in FIG. 4A, loading of a construction machine or the like can be performed via a step board 6 inclined with respect to the ground at a loading angle D1. At this time, the upper end portion 40 of the tailgate 4 is not grounded, and the loading angle D1 is smaller than the case where the upper end portion 40 of the tailgate 4 is grounded without the step board 6, so that a construction machine or the like can be entered. Becomes easy. Further, the hinge portion 6c of the step board 6 is on the lower surface side in the state shown in FIG. 4A (when the tailgate 4 is erected, the vehicle rear side end along the thickness direction of the step board 6). Because of the configuration, the distal end portion 6a does not rotate upward even when a construction machine or the like enters the step board 6, and can maintain a substantially straight state with respect to the proximal end portion 6b. Moreover, the entrance surface of the construction machine etc. in the step board 6 is in the same state by the front-end | tip part 6a and the base end part 6b.
Next, as shown in FIG. 4B, the thickness of the step board 6 is arranged so that the shaft portion 5b of the tailgate 4 overlaps the tip portion 6a when viewed from the side. Specifically, the extended support plate 51b and the shaft portion 5b are set to a size that does not protrude from the loading surface 60a at the tip portion 6a. Thereby, when a construction machine etc. are loaded in the loading platform 1, it can prevent that the construction machine etc. which have a wheel etc. larger than the width | variety of the step board 6 interfere with the shaft part 5b. Further, in the drawing, the shaft portion 5b is set so as to overlap the distal end portion 6a, but depending on the engagement position of the side gate 1c with the engaging portion, it is set so as to overlap the base end portion 6b and the tail gate 4. It can also be set as the structure made. The thickness of the distal end portion 6a (or the base end portion 6b, the tailgate 4) may be equal to or greater than the thickness shown in the figure as long as the shaft portion 5b does not protrude.
As shown in FIG. 4 (c), the step board 6 is a shaft secured by a hook-like lower engaging portion 52a located at a position lower by a height D10 from the floor surface of the floor portion 1a when the tailgate 4 is opened upward. It rotates around the part 5a. At this time, the tail gate 4 generates a step H2 with the floor portion 1c, but since the base end portion 6b is fixed on the tail gate 4, the step between the base end portion 6b and the floor portion 1a has a height H1. Can be reduced to size. Thereby, loading to the loading platform 1a, such as a construction machine, can be performed smoothly. In addition, since the portion that is increased with respect to the tail gate 4 is only two regions (see FIG. 2A) where the step board 6 is arranged, the volume in the loading platform 1 (the load of earth and sand such as sediment) (Loading capacity) can also be reduced. The size of the level difference H1 is set as shown in FIG. 4C in consideration of the size and weight of the step board 6, but the construction machine entry surface of the base end portion 6b and the floor portion 1a is the same. It is also possible to set the height, that is, the step size H1 to be zero. Further, the thickness may be set so that the entry surface of the base end portion 6b is positioned above the floor portion 1a. Although the thickness D22 of the distal end portion 6a and the thickness D21 of the proximal end portion 6b are set to the same size, depending on the position and size of the hinge portion 6c, the thicknesses D21 and D22 have different sizes. In this way, the construction machine entrance surface of the distal end portion 6a and the base end portion 6b may be set to be flush with each other. When the step H1 between the floor portion 1a and the step board 6 is large, the thickness D21 of the base end portion 6b is increased to reduce the step H1, and the thickness D22 of the tip end portion 6a is decreased. A step may also be provided between the portion 6a and the base end portion 6b. By reducing the thickness D22 of the distal end portion 6a, it is possible to suppress an increase in the weight of the entire step board 6.
In addition, regarding the entry of the construction machine, the following effects can be obtained in terms of the entry angle.
When the step board 6 is not provided and the upper end portion 40 of the tailgate 4 is in contact with the ground, the inclination angle of the tailgate 4 with respect to the ground G increases, and the floor surface of the loading platform 1a and the inner side surface of the tailgate 4 In this embodiment, the floor surface of the loading platform 1a and the inner side surface of the tailgate 4 are substantially in a straight line.
(Other matters)
In the present invention, the step board 6 is composed of the base end portion 6b and the tip end portion 6a. However, the base end portion 6b is not provided, and only the tip end portion 6a is provided at the upper edge of the tailgate 4 via the hinge portion 6c. It may be configured to be directly provided so as to be freely rotatable. At this time, on the inner surface 41 on the inner side of the loading platform of the tailgate 4, only a region where the construction machine or the like passes when entering the loading platform 1 is thickened, and a step between the floor portion 1 c of the loading platform 1 and the tailgate 4. It can also be set as the structure which makes H2 small. Alternatively, the tail gate 4 may be thickened as a whole so that the step H2 can be eliminated. The arrangement position of the base end portion 6b is not limited to the load bed inner side main surface 41 of the tailgate 4, and may be configured to be fixed on the outer side main surface 42.
The position of the hinge portion 6c of the step board 6 is provided in the vicinity of the upper edge of the tail gate 4, so that the step board 6 does not protrude above the tail gate 4 when the step board 6 is folded. However, the position of the hinge 6c is not limited to this, and it is above the upper edge of the tailgate 4 as long as the rear view from the driver's seat can be secured and the efficiency of loading work such as earth and sand on the loading platform 1a can be maintained. It doesn't matter.
Further, the reinforcing frame 42a is provided in a three-divided state so that the front end portion 6a does not interfere with the reinforcing frame 42a of the tailgate 4 when the step board 6 is folded (FIG. 2A). However, the horizontal reinforcing frame 42a is provided over the entire width of the vehicle, and the horizontal reinforcing frame 42 is folded when the step board 6 is folded. It is good also as a structure which notched the location of the front-end | tip part 6a corresponding to 42a.
Two step boards 6 are provided for the configuration in which one tailgate 4 is provided. However, in the case of a configuration in which the tailgate 4 is divided, for example, a configuration in which the tailgate 4 is divided into two, each tailgate 4 is provided. Alternatively, the configuration may be such that one step board 6 is provided. In addition, the step board 6 is not limited to a configuration provided partially with respect to the tailgate 4, and may be configured to be formed over the entire vehicle width direction.
Regarding the folding of the step board 6, an urging means for urging in the direction in which the distal end portion 6 a is folded may be provided.
In addition, with regard to lashing in a state where the step board 6 is folded, an engaging member is provided on the back surface side of the tip portion 6a and other positions as long as the tip portion 6a can be prevented from swinging during traveling. The tailgate 4 may be secured. Similarly, the securing means for keeping the protruding distal end portion 6a in a substantially straight line with the proximal end portion 6b may be provided on the back surface side of the distal end portion 6a or at other positions.
The step board 6 is provided on the tail gate 4, but it may be provided on the side gate 1b and used for a side-dump truck. Further, when loading a construction machine or the like, the loading platform 1 is slid using a slide cylinder. However, the inclination angle of the loading platform is adjusted only by the dump cylinder 10a without using the slide cylinder, and the like such as earth and sand. A configuration that also serves as a discharge function may be used.
According to the present invention, it is useful not only for a truck but also for a transport vehicle including a step board.
