Claims (13)
- 中空部材(1)がダイス(3)を通して加工方向(2)に導かれ、かつ中空部材(1)がダイス(3)にて加工方向(2)に材料流れ速度(6)を有してマンドレル(4)で支えられる、中空部材の成形方法であって、
前記中空部材(1)の成形加工を通して前記マンドレル(4)が加工方向(2)に材料流れ速度(6)より大きな引抜き速度(7)で動かされ、
ラム(5)からの成形力及びダイス(3)及びマンドレル(4)における摩擦力にて総合成形力が得られ、前記摩擦力に起因する成形を支援する力は加工方向(2)に得られる中空部材の成形方法。 - 中空部材(1)が6mm以下の肉厚を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 中空部材(1)がダイス(3)を貫通する際、中空部材(1)の直径(9)が変化させられることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 中空部材(1)がダイス(3)を貫通する際、中空部材(1)の少なくとも1つの部分部位(11)にパターン(10)が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 中空部材(1)は前加工硬化済み材料が提供されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 中空部材(1)は溶接継手(12)を備えたものが提供されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 成形加工中の周囲温度が200℃を超過しないことを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 中空部材(1)の加工中に、加工方向(2)における材料流れ速度(6)あるいは引抜き速度(7)が変化されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 成形加工が乾式で実施されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1個の中空部材(1)が請求項1ないし9のいずれか1つに記載の方法で製造された少なくとも2個の中空部材を有する自動車部品(13)であって、
複数の中空部材が少なくとも1つの区域(14)で同心的に配置されていることを特徴とする自動車部品。 - 複数の中空部材(1)が区域(14)において互いにかみ合うパターン(10)を形成していることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の自動車部品。
- 複数の中空部材(1)がそれぞれ1.5〜4mmの範囲の肉厚を有していることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の自動車部品。
- 請求項10ないし12のいずれか1つに記載の少なくとも1個のトルク伝達用自動車部品(13)を有していることを特徴とする自動車。
