Description
FT由来ディーゼルのCFPPは、CFPP向上添加剤によっても向上させることができる。CFPP−20℃の冬季規格が要求される欧州の国々におけるFTディーゼルの使用については、そのままでの添加剤の使用は効果的ではない。従って、燃料を分別(ヘビーエンドの除去)する必要があり、この結果、収率が低下する。
このアプローチにおいて、Diesel Unifier(DU)ディーゼル(処理済みのFCC LCOを含有する)とのFT由来ディーゼルのブレンドを調製した。DUディーゼルは、軽度に水素化処理された原油由来ディーゼルである。DUディーゼルは+5℃のCFPPを有し、−9℃及び−18℃のCFPP値を有するFT由来ディーゼルを評価した。
高炭素数パラフィンを1.6質量%しか有していない、CFPPが−18℃のFT由来ディーゼル生成物を、5容量%の重質軽油(HGO)とブレンドすることにより、ブレンド中の重質n−パラフィン(>C19)を増量した。このブレンドの曇り点(CP)及びCFPPは大幅に上昇したが(表6を参照のこと)、目標とする−30℃のCFPPは、1000ppmの添加剤Uで得られた。
Claims (17)
- FT由来ディーゼル組成物の調製方法であって、前記FT由来ディーゼル組成物がCFPP向上添加剤に対して良好な応答を有し、前記良好な応答が、FT再循環流れ、原油由来ディーゼル燃料及びHGO(重質軽油)のうちの1種以上をFT由来ディーゼルに添加してそのCFPP向上添加剤応答を向上させることにより達成され、前記FT再循環流れが、炭素数C24以上の炭化水素を95質量%を越えて含み、前記FT由来ディーゼルが、3.5質量%未満の>C19ワックス含有量を有することを特徴とする方法。
- 前記FT由来ディーゼルが1.6質量%未満の>C19ワックス含有量を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記FT由来ディーゼルが−9℃〜−18℃のCFPPを有する、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記FT再循環流れが、前記ディーゼル組成物の0.1容量%〜10容量%の比率で添加される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記FT再循環流れが、前記ディーゼル組成物の0.1容量%〜5容量%の比率で添加される、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記FT再循環流れ及び/又は前記原油由来ディーゼル燃料及び/又は前記HGO及び前記CFPP向上添加剤を含む前記ディーゼル組成物のCFPPが−15℃以下である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記FT再循環流れ及び/又は前記原油由来ディーゼル燃料及び/又は前記HGO及び前記CFPP向上添加剤を含む前記ディーゼル組成物のCFPPが−18℃以下である、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記FT再循環流れ及び/又は前記原油由来ディーゼル燃料及び/又は前記HGO及び前記CFPP向上添加剤を含む前記ディーゼル組成物のCFPPが−20℃以下である、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記FT再循環流れ及び/又は前記原油由来ディーゼル燃料及び前記CFPP向上添加剤を含む前記ディーゼル組成物のCFPPにおける向上が2℃以上である、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記FT再循環流れ及び/又は前記原油由来ディーゼル燃料及び前記CFPP向上添加剤を含む前記ディーゼル組成物のCFPPにおける向上が4℃以上である、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記CFPP向上添加剤が、50ppm〜1000ppmの濃度で存在する、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記原油由来ディーゼルが、炭素数C19以上の炭化水素を含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記原油由来ディーゼルの炭素数C19以上の炭化水素が1.5質量%を越える、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記原油由来ディーゼルが、最終的なディーゼル組成物の0.1容量%〜10容量%の比率で添加される、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記HGOが、最終的なディーゼル組成物の0.1容量%〜5容量%の比率で添加される、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記HGO及び前記CFPP向上添加剤を含む前記ディーゼル組成物のCFPPにおける向上が5℃以上であり得る、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記HGO及び前記CFPP向上添加剤を含む前記ディーゼル組成物のCFPPにおける向上が10℃以上であり得る、請求項16に記載の方法。
