Claims (2)
- 平均粒径が12〜80μmの非結晶リン酸カルシウム粉体を支持体上に重積してなるフィルタを用いて、前記粉体の粒子間で形成される間隙で水試料中の原虫を捕捉する工程と、
前記フィルタの前記粉体を酸で溶解して捕捉した前記原虫を回収する工程と、
を有することを特徴とする、水試料中の原虫のろ過回収方法。 - 平均粒径が12〜80μmの非結晶リン酸カルシウム粉体を支持体上に重積してなるフィルタに水試料を連続的に流通して、前記粉体の粒子間で形成される間隙で前記水試料中の原虫を捕捉する工程と、
所定時間または所定流量毎に前記フィルタを交換する工程と、
交換した前記フィルタを所定期間保存する工程と、
必要に応じて保存してある任意の前記フィルタの前記粉体を酸で溶解し、ろ過した前記原虫を回収して分析する工程と、
を有することを特徴とする、水道水又は水道原水の水質管理方法。
