Description
図1は、本発明に係る車両用電源制御装置の実施の形態の概略構成を示すブロック図である。
この車両用電源制御装置は、車載負荷である空調装置15、ヒータ16、デフォッガ17、シートヒータ18が、それぞれECU(Electronic Control Unit)19,20,21,22により制御される。尚、車載負荷は、空調装置15、ヒータ16、デフォッガ17、シートヒータ18に限られるものではなく、ライト及びオーディオ装置等その他の車載負荷も含むものとする。
制御部1には、空調装置15、ヒータ16、デフォッガ17、シートヒータ18等の車載負荷への電力供給をオン/オフし、車載負荷の出力割合(稼働レベル)を調節する為の制御ボタン類を備える入力部5が接続されている。
制御部1には、また、半導体リレー制御部8が接続されている。半導体リレー制御部8は、入力部5及びタッチセンサ7における操作に基づき、半導体リレーで構成されたリレー24,25,26,27をオン/オフ制御する。リレー24,25,26,27は、空調装置15、ヒータ16、デフォッガ17、シートヒータ18への電力供給をオン/オフする。
入力部5及び表示装置6は、上底の方が長い略等脚台形形状であり、斜辺及び下底の周縁部には、空調装置15、ヒータ16、デフォッガ17、シートヒータ18等の車載負荷の制御ボタン類が設けられた入力部5が形成されている。略等脚台形形状の上底から中央部にかけては、液晶ディスプレイで構成された表示装置6が設けられ、液晶ディスプレイの表面には、タッチセンサ7が付設されている。
また、タッチセンサ7での操作により選択された個々の車載負荷が、電力供給をオフにされることにより可能となる走行可能距離が表示装置6に表示される。
入力部5及び表示装置6は、図3に示すように、運転席30及び助手席32の前方中間部のダッシュボード(又はセンターコンソール)に設けられている。
走行距離演算部4は、次に、Z時間(h)ヒータ16をオフにした場合に削減される消費電力量Pを、P=b×Z(kW・h)により演算する。
走行距離演算部4は、次に、Z時間(h)ヒータ16をオフにした場合に削減される消費電力量Pを、P×Y=b×Z×(D/X)により走行可能距離に換算する。ヒータ16を1時間オフにした場合に削減される消費電力量Pは、P×Y=b×(D/X)により走行可能距離に換算される。
表示装置6は、タッチセンサ7での操作により、図6に示すような車載負荷の組合せ(設定1〜3)を表示する。車載負荷の組合せ(設定1〜3)は、記憶部3で外部から設定され記憶している。
車載負荷の組合せ(設定1〜3)では、車載負荷毎に、フル稼働を100%とする稼働率(稼働レベル)が設定されており、合計走行可能距離は、これらの稼働率に基づく消費電力により演算される。
尚、表示装置6が、図6に示すような車載負荷の組合せ(設定1〜3)を表示する際に、その組合せ毎の合計走行可能距離を表示しても良い。
制御部1は、ダイヤル5aにより選択された車載負荷の組合せに基づき、半導体リレー部8を通じて、リレー24〜27をオフ又はオンに制御し、車内LAN23及びECU19〜22を通じて、車載負荷の稼働レベルを制御することにより、車載負荷への電力供給を削減する。

Claims (3)
- バッテリから駆動用モータ及び複数の車載負荷へ電力を供給する電気自動車の電源装置を制御する車両用電源制御装置において、
車載負荷毎の消費電力に基づき、該車載負荷への電力供給をオフにした場合に、削減される消費電力による走行可能距離を演算する演算手段と、車載負荷の選択を受け付ける手段と、該手段が受け付けた車載負荷について、前記演算手段が演算した走行可能距離を表示する表示手段と、電力供給をオフにする車載負荷の組合せが設定されており、設定された組合せを記憶してある記憶手段とを備え、前記表示手段は、該記憶手段が記憶してある組合せを表示するように構成されていることを特徴とする車両用電源制御装置。 - 前記記憶手段は、記憶してある組合せ毎に、車載負荷についての前記走行可能距離の合計値を記憶しており、前記表示手段が表示してある組合せの選択を受け付ける手段と、該手段が受け付けた組合せに基づき、車載負荷への電力供給をオフにする実行手段とを更に備え、前記表示手段は、前記組合せの走行可能距離の合計値を表示するように構成してある請求項1記載の車両用電源制御装置。
- 前記車載負荷は選択可能な複数の稼働レベルを有しており、前記組合せを構成する車載負荷には、それぞれ予め選択された稼働レベルが設定されており、前記表示手段は、組合せの車載負荷毎に設定された稼働レベルを表示し、前記合計値は、該稼働レベルに応じた消費電力に基づく走行可能距離が合計されたものであり、前記実行手段は、前記稼働レベルに基づき、車載負荷への電力供給を削減するように構成されている請求項2記載の車両用電源制御装置。
