Claims (3)
- 糸長方向に未延伸部が分布している破断伸度が30%以上の糸を用いて形成された編組織を含むとともに所定の方向に配列された複数の補強材が当該糸の間に挿入保持されている編地を成形加工面に圧接し引張力を付与し、前記補強材を延伸せずに前記糸のみを延伸させて前記成形加工面に沿った立体形状に維持されるように成形し、立体形状に維持された前記編地の形態を安定させる加工を行うことを特徴とする編地成形加工方法。
- 請求項1に記載された編地成形加工方法に用いられる前記編地であって、糸長方向に未延伸部が分布している破断伸度が30%以上の複数の編成糸をそれぞれ緯方向に振りながら所定間隔を空けて経方向に複数の編目列を編成するとともに前記複数の編成糸は互いに絡み合って編目を形成し、当該編目を拡張する方向の前記引張力によって当該編目がそのまま拡張して変形するように組織されている立体形状加工用編地。
- 前記補強材は、経方向から所定角度ずれた2つの異なる方向に沿って互いに交差するように配列されている請求項2に記載の立体形状加工用編地。
