Claims (14)
- 供給用外科手術装置(11)に接続するための外科手術用器具(12)であって、
2つの絶縁導体(22、23)を備えたケーブル(13)を介して、前記供給用外科手術装置(11)に接続するための装置プラグ(14)に接続されたハンドル(16)と、
前記ハンドル(16)に保持され、前記供給用外科手術装置(11)により活性媒体の供給を受ける、少なくとも1つの機能要素(17)と、
前記ハンドル(16)上に配置された複数の制御要素(25)と、
マイクロコントローラ(24)と、
を有し、
前記マイクロコントローラは、前記ハンドル(16)上に配置されて前記制御要素(25)に接続され、かつ前記ケーブル(13)を介して電気エネルギーの供給を受け、かつ、伝送されるデータを前記絶縁導体の1つ(22)で送信及び、又は受信し、かつ、物理的に逆転した状態のデータをもう1つの前記絶縁導体(23)で送信及び、又は受信するデータ通信によってデータを伝送する前記供給用外科手術装置(11)と通信する、外科手術用器具。 - 前記ハンドル(16)上にディスプレイ装置(31)が備えられ、該ディスプレイ装置は前記マイクロコントローラ(24)に接続されて制御されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の外科手術用器具。
- 前記ディスプレイ装置(31)は,感覚的、視覚的、及び、又は聴覚的な指示手段を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の外科手術用器具。
- 前記活性媒体は、RF電流であり、その場合前記ケーブル(13)はRF電圧用の絶縁導体(19)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の外科手術用器具。
- 前記活性媒体は、流体または光であり、その場合には前記ケーブル(13)は前記活性媒体を搬送するための少なくとも1つの絶縁導体(19)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の外科手術用器具。
- 前記マイクロコントローラ(24)へ電圧供給するための、少なくとも1つの絶縁導体(21)が前記ケーブル(13)内に備えられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の外科手術用器具。
- データ伝送のための少なくとも1つの絶縁導体(22)が前記ケーブル(13)内に備えられ、前記絶縁導体は前記マイクロコントローラ(24)へ接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の外科手術用器具。
- 前記供給用外科手術装置(11)内に配置された第2のマイクロコントローラが接地参照電位としてのRF導体または高電圧電導絶縁導体(19)に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項4または請求項5に記載の外科手術用器具。
- 前記データは、シリアルデータストリームとして前記ケーブル(13)中を伝送されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の外科手術用器具。
- 前記データは、電流パルスとして伝送されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の外科手術用器具。
- 前記マイクロコントローラ(24)は、前記供給用外科手術装置(11)へ接続された後、器具に固有の識別コードを少なくとも1回発信することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の外科手術用器具。
- 前記マイクロコントローラ(24)は、前記制御要素(25)の信号を前記供給用外科手術装置(11)への命令に変換することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の外科手術用器具。
- 前記マイクロコントローラ(24)は、前記ケーブル(13)を介して前記外科手術装置(12)から受信した情報を、前記ディスプレイ装置(31)によって表示することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の外科手術用器具。
- 前記マイクロコントローラ(24)は、前記供給用外科手術装置(11)内に配置された第2のマイクロコントローラ(38)に関連し、該第2のマイクロコントローラは、前記ハンドル(16)内に収納された前記マイクロコントローラ(24)と、前記ケーブル(13)を介して電気的に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の外科手術用器具。
