Claims (3)
- 10〜20μmの厚みを有する集電体と該集電体の表面に形成された20〜100μmの厚みを有する活物質組成物層とを有する正極板と、10〜30μmの厚みを有するセパレータと、5〜15μmの厚みを有する集電体と該集電体の表面に形成された20〜100μmの厚みを有する活物質組成物層とを有する負極板とが積層された積層構造体と、260μm以下の厚みを有し前記積層構造体を封止する外装体フィルムとを有するフィルム外装電気デバイスの製造方法であって、
減圧下にて、前記積層構造体を前記外装体フィルムにより封止する封止工程と、
前記封止工程の後で、前記外装体フィルムの表面に光を照射し、該表面で反射した光を検出する光検出工程と、
前記光検出工程で検出した前記光のうち、前記表面に光を照射した際に生じる散乱光の量が所定の閾値を超えた場合に、前記表面に突起または窪みが有ると判断する表面判断工程とを含む、フィルム外装電気デバイスの製造方法。 - 前記表面に前記突起または窪みが有ると判断された場合に、前記フィルム外装電気デバイスが不良品であると判断する不良品判断工程をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のフィルム外装電気デバイスの製造方法。
- 前記外装体フィルムが、光沢面とつや消し面とを有する金属層を有し、
前記封止工程において、前記金属層の前記つや消し面が外側に向くように、前記積層構造体を前記外装体フィルムにより封止し、
前記光検出工程において、前記外装体フィルムの前記金属層の前記つや消し面に光を照射する、請求項1または2に記載のフィルム外装電気デバイスの製造方法。
