Claims (3)
- 試料に含まれると予想される分析対象の物質を熱分析法で分析する分析方法において、
前記分析対象の物質とは異なり、常温〜1000℃の範囲で気体を生じる指標物質を前記試料に加えた内標準試料を作製する第1ステップと、
前記内標準試料を熱分析法で分析することで、前記指標物質より生じた指標気体における温度に対する検出強度の変化を示す測定結果を取得する第2ステップと、
前記測定結果より、前記指標物質から前記指標気体が発生した計測温度を求める第3ステップと、
前記熱分析法による分析の環境で前記指標物質より前記指標気体が発生する基準温度と前記計測温度とを用い、前記内標準試料における分析対象の物質の熱分析法の分析で計測される加熱温度を較正する第4ステップと
を少なくとも備えることを特徴とする分析方法。 - 請求項1記載の分析方法において、
前記第1ステップでは、各々異なる複数の指標物質を前記試料に加えて内標準試料を作製し、
前記第2ステップでは、複数の前記指標物質より生じた各々の指標気体の測定結果を取得し、
前記第3ステップでは、複数の前記指標物質より前記指標気体が発生した各々の計測温度を求め、
前記第4ステップでは、前記熱分析法による分析の環境で複数の前記指標物質より前記指標気体が発生する各々の基準温度と前記計測温度とを用いて前記加熱温度を較正する
ことを特徴とする分析方法。 - 請求項1または2記載の分析法において、
前記熱分析法は、昇温脱離分析法であり、前記測定結果は昇温脱離スペクトルであることを特徴とする分析方法。
