Description

The present invention relates to a workbench provided with a scaffold plate serving as a work surface and support legs attached to the scaffold plate so as to be openable and foldable.

。   Conventionally, various kinds of work tables of this type have been proposed. As an example, a scaffold plate on which a work surface is formed, and attached to both ends of the scaffold plate, the legs are opened at a predetermined angle with respect to the scaffold plate. In some cases, there are provided a pair of support legs that can be rotated in an open leg position and a folded position that is folded substantially parallel to the scaffold plate (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

As a mechanism for rotating the support leg and fixing it at the open leg position and the folding position, a fixing plate attached to the end portion of the scaffolding plate and a rotation plate attached to the upper end portion of the support leg are used. The provided structure is common.

That is, as shown in FIG. 6, pin holes 400, 500 formed in a fixed plate 200 attached to the scaffold plate 100 side and a rotating plate 300 attached to the support leg (not shown) side, respectively. A well-known structure that can hold the support leg by inserting a stopper pin 600 that is urged by a spring (not shown) and protrudes is generally employed.

However, in the conventional configuration described above, the tip of the stopper pin 600 is tapered and the stopper pin 600 is inserted into the pin holes 400 and 500 of the fixed plate 200 and the rotating plate 300. As shown in FIG. 6, the tip portion is in contact with and engaged with the inner peripheral edge of each pin hole 400, 500.

In this case, the stopper pin 600 and the pin holes 400 and 500 are worn over time, and eventually there is a possibility that a gap is generated between the stopper pin 600 and the pin holes 400 and 500, causing shaking and rattling. It was.

If shaking or backlash occurs, there is a possibility that the work on the scaffolding board may be hindered, and a work table that does not cause backlash as much as possible is desired from the market.

The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a workbench that prevents as much play as possible when the support leg is held at the open leg position.

(1) In the present invention, a scaffold plate having a work floor on the front side, an open leg posture attached to both end portions of the scaffold plate and opened at a predetermined angle with respect to the scaffold plate, and the scaffold plate A pair of support legs pivotable to a folding position folded substantially parallel; a fixed plate attached to an end of the scaffold plate; a pivot plate attached to the upper end of the support leg; A stopper pin that can be inserted into a pin hole formed in the plate, and by inserting the stopper pin into the pin hole that is superposed on each other, the support leg is brought into the open leg position and the folded position. and holdable between the fixed mechanism, the workbench Ru wherein the pin bore is formed in a rotating plate, a first pin engaging hole which the stopper pin when the open leg posture of the supporting leg is inserted And the stopper pin when the support leg is folded And a second pin engaging hole to be input, the fixing plate formed in a pin insertion hole, said fixing mechanism, while formed on the stopper pin tip shape tapered tapered, the An outer bush having an inner peripheral surface corresponding to the tip shape of the stopper pin is disposed in the first pin engaging hole, and an inner periphery corresponding to the shape of the shaft portion of the stopper pin is disposed in the pin insertion hole. The work table is provided with an inner bush having a surface .

According to the present invention, the tip shape of the stopper pin of the fixing mechanism that can hold the support leg in the open posture and the folded posture is formed in a tapered shape, and the pin hole corresponds to the tip shape of the stopper pin. Since the bushing with the inner peripheral surface is arranged, the swing and backlash between the stopper pin and the pin hole can be eliminated as much as possible, and the operator can work up and down easily and safely in a more stable state. Can do.

It is a front view of the work bench concerning this embodiment. It is a front view which shows the state which folded the support leg of the work bench. It is a front view which shows the fixing mechanism of a scaffold board and a support leg. It is explanatory drawing which shows the operating state of the stopper pin of the fixing mechanism. It is principal part explanatory drawing of the fixing mechanism. This is a conventional work table support leg fixing structure.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of a work table according to the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings. First, with reference to FIG.1 and FIG.2, the whole structure of a worktable is demonstrated easily.

The work table includes a rectangular scaffolding plate 11 having a predetermined thickness, and first and second telescopic support legs 12 and second support legs 13 provided at both longitudinal ends of the scaffold board 11. Handrail bars 14 are attached to the left and right sides of the upper ends of the support legs 12 and 13 so as to be extendable in the vertical direction (see FIG. 3).

And the rolling wheel 15 is attached to the lower end part of the 1st support leg 12, and a floor surface can be moved via the rolling wheel 15, raising the 2nd support leg 13 side. That is, the work table according to the present embodiment is a portable work table.

Furthermore, this workbench has an open leg posture in which the first and second support legs 12 and 13 are opened at a predetermined angle (for example, 70 to 80 degrees) with respect to the scaffold plate 11, and is substantially the same as the scaffold plate 11. A fixing mechanism is provided that can be rotated to a folding position folded in parallel and can be held in an open leg position and a folded position.

The fixing mechanism in the present embodiment includes a first fixing mechanism 2 and a second fixing mechanism 3 each having a fixing plate and a rotating plate having different sizes, and the first fixing mechanism 2 is the scaffolding plate 11. It is provided at one end (the right end in FIGS. 1 and 2) and corresponds to the first support leg 12. On the other hand, the second fixing mechanism 3 is provided at the other end of the scaffold plate 11 (the left end in FIGS. 1 and 2) and corresponds to the second support leg 13.

In this way, by changing the size of the fixing mechanism on the left and right, as shown in FIG. 2, when the first and second support legs 12 and 13 are folded, the scaffold plate 11 is placed on the floor surface or the like. It can be placed in a state parallel to the placement surface.

Hereinafter, a fixing mechanism that is a main part of the present embodiment will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. Since the first and second fixing mechanisms 2 and 3 are merely different in size, the first fixing mechanism (hereinafter sometimes simply referred to as “fixing mechanism”) 2 will be described below. The description of the fixing mechanism 3 is omitted.

The first fixing mechanism 2 includes a fixing plate 21 attached to an end portion of the scaffold plate 11 (right end portion in FIGS. 1 and 2) and a first support leg (hereinafter simply referred to as “support leg”). A movable plate 22 attached to the upper end of 12 and a stopper pin 4 that can be inserted into pin holes formed in both plates 21 and 22.

The fixed plate 21 has a base portion 21 a fixed to the side surface portion of the scaffold plate 11 and a substantially triangular hanging portion 21 b extending below the scaffold plate 11.

The movable plate 22 has a base portion 22a fixed to the side surface of the upper end portion of the support leg 12, and a fan-shaped portion 22b extending from the base portion 22a in the longitudinal direction of the scaffolding plate 11, and a main portion of the fan-shaped portion 22b. The apex portion of the hanging portion 11a of the fixed plate 21 is rotatably connected via a pivot 26. What is indicated by reference numeral 21c is a reinforcing rib portion formed in the sector portion 22b.

The pin hole is formed in the fan-shaped portion 22b of the movable plate 22, and includes a first pin engaging hole 23 into which the stopper pin 4 is inserted when the supporting leg 12 is in the open leg position, and a stopper pin when the supporting leg 12 is folded. 4 includes a second pin engagement hole 24 into which 4 is inserted and a pin insertion hole 25 formed in the fixing plate 21. The first pin engagement hole 23 and the second pin engagement hole 24 are formed at both end portions in the vicinity of the arc of the sector 22b, and the second pin engagement hole 24 is formed in a long hole shape. ing.

Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the stopper pin 4 is slidably attached to the inner side surface of the end portion of the scaffold plate 11 along the inner side surface, and has a substantially L-shape having a bent end portion 40 as a clue. Is formed.

The stopper pin 4 is formed with a first projecting portion 41 and a second projecting portion 42 in the middle thereof, and the first projecting portion 41 and the spring seat portion formed on the side of the scaffold plate 11 are combined. A coil spring 28 that urges the stopper pin 4 toward the pin hole is disposed between the collar 27 and the collar 27. Therefore, when the pin insertion hole 25 of the fixed plate 21 and the first pin engagement hole 23 or the second pin engagement hole 24 of the movable plate 22 overlap, the stopper pin 4 is pinned by the biasing force of the coil spring 28. It will be automatically inserted into the hole. On the other hand, when releasing the engagement with the pin hole, the user may hold the bent end 40 in his hand and pull it inward against the coil spring 28.

The second projecting portion 42 has a pin hole (pin insertion hole 25, first pin engagement hole 23, and second pin) even when the bush 6 described later is damaged and dropped. It is provided so as not to protrude from the engagement hole 24).

With such a configuration, the stopper pin 4 is inserted into the pin insertion hole 25 of the fixed plate 21 and the first pin engagement hole 23 of the movable plate 22 which are overlapped with each other, so that the support leg 12 is in the open leg position. Can be held. Further, when the support leg 12 is folded and inserted into the pin insertion hole 25 of the fixed plate 21 and the second pin engagement hole 24 of the movable plate 22 which are overlapped with each other, the support leg 12 is held in the folded posture. can do.

Incidentally, as described above, the handrail bar 14 is attached to the first and second support legs 12 and 13 so as to be able to expand and contract in the vertical direction. The handrail bar 14 is fixed as shown in FIG. Further, a handrail bar 14 is fixed by a lock mechanism 5 having a known structure provided in the middle of the support leg 12 (13).

In the configuration described above, the feature of the present embodiment is that, as shown in FIG. 5, the tip end shape of the stopper pin 4 is formed in a tapered shape, while the pin insertion hole 25 that is a pin hole and the first pin hole. The bush 6 having an inner peripheral surface corresponding to the tip shape of the stopper pin 4 is disposed in the pin engaging hole 23.

The bush 6 in this embodiment includes an inner bush 61 fitted in the pin insertion hole 25 and an outer bush 62 fitted in the first pin engaging hole 23, both of which are made of stainless steel.

The inner bush 61 includes a cylindrical portion 61a fitted into the pin insertion hole 25 and a flange portion 61b formed continuously to the cylindrical portion 61a. The inner peripheral surface 61c of the cylindrical portion 61a is connected to the stopper pin 4. The shape corresponds to the shaft portion, and the shape has a diameter corresponding to the shaft diameter of the stopper pin 4.

On the other hand, the outer bush 62 includes a cylindrical portion 62a that is also fitted into the first pin engaging hole 23, and a flange portion 62b that is formed continuously with the cylindrical portion 62a. The peripheral surface 62c is formed in a reverse taper shape corresponding to the tip shape of the stopper pin 4 formed in a taper shape.

Therefore, as shown in the drawing, when the stopper pin 4 is inserted into the pin hole, the tip end portion thereof is received by surface contact by the bush 6 (the inner bush 61 and the outer bush 62), so that the pin 4 and the stopper pin 4 are played between. In addition, wear and the like can be prevented as much as possible in both cases over time. Therefore, even if it uses for a long period of time, the stable fixation of the support legs 12 and 13 can be maintained, and it becomes possible to use it for a long period of time as a workbench with good usability without shaking and backlash.

The collar 27 that also functions as a spring seat and is located near the bent end 40 that is the base of the stopper pin 4 is formed with an accuracy that the inner diameter thereof is a tolerance +0.1 mm with respect to the shaft diameter of the stopper pin 4. Has been.

That is, conventionally, the base side of the stopper pin 4 is also supported by the collar 27 having an inner diameter commensurate with the shaft diameter, which is simply inserted through the pin hole. That is, the stopper pin 4 is supported by the collar 27 on the base side and the bush 6 on the tip side without any looseness between the stopper pin 4 and the pin hole. Therefore, the stopper pin 4 is smoothly slid without play and the above-described effects can be further enhanced.

By the way, in embodiment mentioned above, it was set as the structure which provided the inner side bush 61 in the pin insertion hole 25. However, since the bush 6 should just be attached to the 1st pin engagement hole 23, the inner side bush 61 is used. Alternatively, only the outer bushing 62 can be used.
