Claims (3)
- 第1ラインに沿って並んだ複数の第1セルである基準セル、及び第2ラインに沿って並んだ複数の第2セルであるサブレンジセルを含み、前記第1ラインと前記第2ラインとが互いに隣り合うようにそれぞれ複数配置されて形成された前記第1セルと前記第2セルとの対であるセル対を複数個含むフォトセンサアレイと、
前記フォトセンサアレイを有する集積回路と、
前記第2ライン上方にあり前記第2セルに対する光子入射に介在する第2ライン透過構造と、
を備え、
前記第1セルが適用対象光子エネルギレンジのほぼ全体を通し入射光子を受け取り、前記第2ラインに属する前記第2セル同士は当該適用対象光子エネルギレンジの互いに異なるサブレンジの入射光子を前記第2ライン透過構造を介して受け取り、前記第2ラインに直交する列のうち同一の列に属する前記第2セルは互いに同一のサブレンジの入射光子を前記第2ライン透過構造を介して受け取る、光子エネルギセンサ。 - 請求項1に記載の光子エネルギセンサにおいて、
前記第1セルは、前記第2セルよりも検知面積を小さくすることより、又はグレイフィルタリングより、光子検知量を減衰させるように構成された光子エネルギセンサ。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の光子エネルギセンサと、
測定対象物質が移動する経路と、
前記経路に沿って配置された複数の検知部材と、
前記フォトセンサアレイを構成するセルに応答する調整回路と、
を備え、
前記各検知部材が前記フォトセンサアレイ付の前記集積回路を備え、
前記フォトセンサアレイが、
適用対象光子エネルギレンジのほぼ全体を通じた入射光子量を検知する複数個の前記第1セルと、
当該適用対象光子エネルギのサブレンジのうち前記検知部材の各々で個別に設定されたサブレンジ内での入射光子量を検知する複数個の前記第2セルと、
を備え、
前記調整回路が、前記各検知部材のうち少なくとも1個について、対応するサブレンジにおける入射光子量を前記適用対象光子エネルギレンジ全体を通じた入射光子量に基づき調整した値を示す信号を、その前記検知部材に対応する前記第1セル及び前記第2セルによる入射光子量検知結果を双方とも用いて発生させる回路であり、
前記各検知部材において少なくとも2個の前記第2セルに対応する前記サブレンジが互いに異なる、光子エネルギ検知システム。
