Claims (6)
- 貴金属製の外管と、管軸方向に連通する開口部を有する複数のリブによって前記外管の内周面に接続された貴金属製の内管とからなる二重管構造を備え、前記外管の内周面と前記内管の外周面との間の空間に溶融ガラスを充填させた状態で、前記外管を通電加熱しながら前記内管の内部空間に溶融ガラスを流通させる溶融ガラス移送管において、
前記内管が、管軸方向で複数に分断されて不連続となっており、その分断された個々の内管が、前記リブを介して前記外管に支持されていることを特徴とする溶融ガラス移送管。 - 前記外管が、その内周面と前記内管の外周面との間の空間に存在する溶融ガラス中に含まれる気泡を除去するための気体排出部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の溶融ガラス移送管。
- 前記外管の外周面が、溶融ガラスで覆われていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の溶融ガラス移送管。
- 前記外管が、その内周面と前記内管の外周面との間の空間に存在する溶融ガラスを排出するための溶融ガラス排出部を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の溶融ガラス移送管。
- 前記内管の内部空間の溶融ガラスの流速が、前記外管の内周面と前記内管の外周面との間の空間の溶融ガラスの流速よりも速いことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の溶融ガラス移送管。
- 前記外管及び前記内管が、白金又は白金合金から形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の溶融ガラス移送管。
