Description
本発明は鉄被塗物の錆面への塗装が可能であって、優れた防錆性と耐候性を賦与出来る錆転換用水系塗料に関する。
一般に、鉄被塗物の錆面への塗装は錆を完全に取り除く素地調整(ケレン)をして、初めて防錆力のある溶剤系の下塗り塗料を塗布し、次いで耐候性のある溶剤系の上塗り塗料を塗布することができ、この結果鉄被塗物に防錆力と耐候性を付与することができる。
【発明の開示】
【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明者らは、斯かる現状に鑑み、浮き錆を簡易に除去する程度の素地調整で、鉄被塗物の錆面に塗装可能で、しかも優れた防錆性と耐候性を有する錆転換用水系塗料を開発すべく研究を重ねてきた。この結果、ポリフェノール誘導体、亜リン酸塩、及びステンレス合金粉末を、上記特定のアクリル変性複合エマルジョンに含有せしめた水系組成物が、従来の塗料の上記問題点を解消しうることを見出し、本発明を完成するに至った。
【発明の効果】
上記表1、2及び表3の結果から、浮き錆を簡易に除去する程度の素地調整で鉄
被塗物の錆面に従来どおり塗装可能で、本発明品である実施例1〜8の錆転換
用水系塗料は比較例1〜6に比べて、いずれも耐水性、防錆性、耐候性に優れ
ていることがわかる。
Claims (3)
- ポリフェノール誘導体、亜リン酸塩、ステンレス合金粉末、及びアクリル変性複合エマルジョンを含有してなり、上記アクリル変性複合エマルジョンが、アクリル樹脂エマルジョン、アクリル−酢酸ビニル樹脂エマルジョン、アクリル−エチレン酢酸ビニル樹脂エマルジョン、シリコンアクリル樹脂エマルジョン、アクリルニトリル−塩化ビニル−塩化ビニリデン共重合体エマルジョン、アクリルウレタン樹脂エマルジョン、アクリルエポキシ樹脂エマルジョンからなる群の少なくとも1種であって、且つ各成分の割合がアクリル変性複合エマルジョンの固形分100重量部に対してポリフェノール誘導体2〜20重量部、亜リン酸塩2〜20重量部、ステンレス合金粉末5〜50重量部であることを特徴とする錆転換用水系塗料
- ポリポリフェノール誘導体が、タンニン酸、没食子酸、プロトカテチュ酸、ピロガロールから選ばれる少なくとも1種のポリフェノール誘導体である請求項1に記載の錆転換用水系塗料。
- 亜リン酸塩が亜リン酸カルシウム及び/または亜リン酸マグネシウムである請求項1又は2に記載の錆転換用水系塗料。
