Claims (10)
- タービン燃焼器(16)と、
燃料ノズル(12)と、
環状シール(42)と
を備えるシステムであって、上記環状シール(42)が、
前記タービン燃焼器(16)のベース(40)から突出した第1の環状シール部(46)であって、その内周が上記ベース(40)に垂直な第1の円筒面を有する第1の環状シール部(46)と、
前記燃料ノズル(12)の外部から突出した第2の環状シール部(48)であって、その外周が第1の円筒面に平行な第2の円筒面を有する第2の環状シール部(48)と、
第1の環状シール部(46)と第2の環状シール部(48)の間の溶接部(49)であって、上記ベース(40)から離れた、第1及び第2の環状シール部(46,48)の遠位部に位置する溶接部(49)と
を含む、システム。 - 第1の環状シール部(46)がL字形断面を有し、第2の環状シール部(48)がU字形断面を有する、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 第1の環状シール部(46)がL字形断面を有し、第2の環状シール部(48)が矩形断面を有する、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 第1及び第2の環状シール部(46,48)が、遠位部で互いに延びる対向するリップ部(60)を含み、前記溶接部(49)が互いに対向するリップ部(60)を固定する、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記タービン燃焼器(16)のベース(40)に結合された複数の燃料ノズル(12)を備え、前記燃料ノズル(12)の各々が、第1及び第2の環状シール部(46,48)を備える、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 第1及び第2の環状シール部(46,48)が、燃料ノズル(12)及びタービン燃焼器(16)から材料を除去せずに溶接部(49)を複数回切断及び再溶接できるように材料除去を複数回繰り返すことができるように構成されている、請求項1記載のシステム。
- タービン燃焼器(16)に対してタービン燃料ノズル(12)をシールするように構成された環状シール(42)を備えるシステムであって、上記環状シール(42)が、内側環状表面と第1のベース部と第1のベース部とは反対側の第1の遠位部とを有する第1の環状シール部(46)を含んでおり、第1の環状シール部(46)が、外側環状表面と第2のベース部と第2のベース部とは反対側の第2の遠位部とを有する第2の環状シール部(48)と結合するように構成されていて、第1の遠位部と第2の遠位部とが溶接部(49)でシールされる、システム。
- 第1及び第2の環状シール部(46,48)が、燃料ノズル(12)及びタービン燃焼器(16)から材料を除去せずに溶接部(49)を複数回切断及び再溶接できるように材料除去を複数回繰り返すことができるように構成されている、請求項7記載のシステム。
- 第1の環状シール部(46)がL字形断面を有する、請求項7記載のシステム。
- 第1の環状シール部(46)がL字形断面を有し、第2の環状シール部(48)がU字形断面を有する、請求項7記載のシステム。
