Description
速度閾値を下回る速度では、コントローラ14は、HALL信号のエッジと同期して相巻線7を転流する。各HALLエッジは、相巻線7における逆起電力の極性の変化を表している。その結果として、コントローラ14は、逆起電力のゼロ交差と同期して相巻線7を転流する。

Claims (11)
- ブラシレスモータを制御する方法であって、
前記ブラシレスモータの相巻線を供給電圧によって励起する段階と、
前記相巻線の電流が閾値を上回ったときに前記相巻線をフリーホイールする段階と、
前記供給電圧及び前記ブラシレスモータの速度のうちの少なくとも1つの変化に応答して前記閾値を調整する段階と、
を含み、
前記方法が、前記供給電圧の減少及び前記ブラシレスモータの速度の増加のうちの少なくとも1つに応答して前記閾値を増大させる段階を含む、方法。 - フリーホイール期間の間、前記相巻線をフリーホイールし、前記フリーホイール期間の終わりにおいて前記相巻線を励起する段階を含み、前記フリーホイール期間が前記モータの電気サイクルの各半分にわたって固定されている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記方法が、
ターンオン角とターンオフ角との間に定められた前記モータの電気サイクルの各半分のうちの一部にわたって前記相巻線を順次的に励起及びフリーホイールする段階と、
前記供給電圧及び前記ブラシレスモータの速度のうちの少なくとも1つの変化に応答して前記ターンオン角及び前記ターンオフ角のうちの少なくとも1つを調整する段階と、
を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 - 前記方法が、
前記モータの電気サイクルの各半分において通電期間にわたって前記相巻線を順次的に励起及びフリーホイールする段階と、
前記供給電圧及び前記ブラシレスモータの速度のうちの少なくとも1つの変化に応答して前記通電期間の長さを調整する段階と、
を含む、請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記方法が、
フリーホイール期間において前記相巻線をフリーホイールする段階と、
前記供給電圧及び前記ブラシレスモータの速度のうちの少なくとも1つの変化に応答して前記フリーホイール期間を調整する段階と、
を含む、請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記方法が、
デューティサイクルを有するパルス信号を生成する段階と、
前記パルス信号を平滑化し閾値電圧を生成する段階と、
前記ブラシレスモータの構成要素の両端電圧を検知する段階と、
前記検知された電圧を前記閾値電圧と比較する段階と、
前記検知電圧が前記閾値電圧を上回ったときに前記相巻線をフリーホイールする段階と、
前記供給電圧及び前記ブラシレスモータの速度のうちの少なくとも1つの変化に応答して前記デューティサイクルを調整する段階と、
を含む、請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記方法が、
複数の電圧又は速度の各々についてのデューティサイクルを含むルックアップテーブルを格納し、前記ルックアップテーブルから前記供給電圧又は前記ブラシレスモータの速度に対応するデューティサイクルを選択し、該選択したデューティサイクルを使用して前記パルス信号を生成する段階を含む、請求項6に記載の方法。 - 請求項1乃至7の何れか1項に記載の方法を実施するブラシレスモータ用制御システム。
- 前記制御システムが、
前記相巻線に結合されたインバータと、
前記相巻線の電流を検知する電流センサと、
前記インバータを制御する1つ又はそれ以上の制御信号を生成するコントローラと、
を備え、
前記インバータが、第1の制御信号に応答して前記供給電圧により前記相巻線を励起し、第2の制御信号に応答して前記巻線をフリーホイールし、前記相巻線の電流が前記閾値を上回ったときに、前記コントローラが、前記第1の制御信号を生成し、その後、前記第2の制御信号を生成する、請求項8に記載の制御システム。 - 前記電流センサが、前記相巻線の電流を感知する電圧を有する信号を出力し、前記制御システムが、前記供給電圧及び前記ブラシレスモータの速度のうちの少なくとも1つに依存する電圧を有する信号を生成する閾値発生器を備え、前記コントローラが、前記電流センサによって出力された信号の電圧が、前記閾値発生器によって出力される信号の電圧を上回ったときに、前記第2の制御信号を生成する、請求項9に記載の制御システム。
- 前記閾値発生器が、PWMモジュール及び平滑フィルタを含み、前記PWMモジュールのデューティサイクルが前記供給電圧及び前記ブラシレスモータの速度のうちの少なくとも1つに依存する、請求項10に記載の制御システム。
