Description

The present invention relates to a simple slope that is used between an upper step and a lower step of a passage with a step or between a vehicle entrance / exit and the ground, and is folded and mounted on a vehicle when not used as a slope. Or a simple slope that can be stored near the aisle.

As a simple slope that can be folded and carried and used when being used, one disclosed in Patent Document 1 is known.
The portable slope (simple slope) described in the publication is provided with a hinge member at the abutting portion of a pair of slope plates and a plurality of stopper members spaced from each other along the side end surfaces of the slope plates. .
The load propagation structure will be described with reference to FIG.
For example, when a load f is applied to one panel body 101 of the pair of panel bodies 101, 102, the stopper member 104 and the other panel body 102 are fixed via the contact surface a between the stopper member 104 and the panel body 101. Propagated to the fastening portion b of the member 104a.
At this time, a predetermined distance is inevitably generated between the contact surface a and the fastening portion b. In particular, since a rotating portion of the hinge 103 is necessary, a gap d is necessary between the pair of panel bodies 101 and 102. In some cases, a downward turning force is generated in the stopper member 104 around the fastening portion b, and a moment force M is generated in the panel body 102.
Therefore, a large force in the peeling direction is applied to the stopper member, and a large fastening strength and material rigidity are required.
Further, the panel body 102 has a problem that a floating phenomenon due to the moment force M is likely to occur.

Also, when a pair of slope members are connected by a hinge member and folded, radial and thrust play is likely to occur between the hinge and the hinge of the hinge part. There is also a problem that interference noise is likely to occur between a pair of stacked panel bodies due to vibration during transportation or the like.
In addition, Patent Document 2 discloses a structure in which a curved portion is formed on the shaft and is pressed and locked to the connecting cylinder, but not only the thrust in the thrust direction can be suppressed, but also the size of the curvature is set appropriately. It may be difficult to do and may require a lot of force to open and close.

特開2005−342016号公報JP 2005-342016 A 特開2001−193337号公報JP 2001-193337 A

The present invention works to support the load integrally even when a load is applied to one of the foldable slopes, and is effective in reducing the weight, and further suppresses the generation of interference sound between the folded slopes. The purpose is to provide a simple slope.

The simple slope according to the present invention is a simple slope that can be folded by a rotation shaft along the passage direction, and the first panel body has a first hinge rail fixed to a side edge on the rotation shaft side. The second panel body has a second hinge rail fixed to the side edge on the rotating shaft side, and the first and second hinge rails have upper and lower upper and lower pieces on the side edge of the panel body. A fixed portion having a U-shaped cross section sandwiched between the portion and a tubular portion in the passing direction extending obliquely upward and inward from the fixed portion, and alternately cutting out both of the tubular portions. Further, it is characterized in that it is alternately fitted and arranged in a straight line, and a shaft member is inserted into each of the alternately fitted and arranged cylindrical portions and is rotationally connected.

Here, the simple slope means that multiple panels can be folded when not in use, and can be carried on a vehicle or the like in a folded state, or stored near the entrance of a store or building, When in use, multiple panel bodies can be deployed in a single plane and bridged between the vehicle and the ground, the stepped part of the aisle, etc., so that it is easy for a person with a wheelchair or a person with limited mobility to walk safely Say.
Moreover, there are a groove and an unsafe part in the middle of the passage, and it can be used as a temporary paving means in the meantime.

The expression of the first and second panel bodies in the present invention means that the panel body is divided into a plurality of panel bodies, and includes cases where the panel body is divided into three or more.

In addition, the partial cutout of the cylindrical portions of both the first and second hinge rails is left by leaving the fixing portion with the side edge of the panel body as it is, and cutting out only the cylindrical portion. This means that one cylinder portion is arranged so as to enter the other notch portion, and the notch portions do not necessarily have the same size in the passage direction.

The simple slope according to the present invention is such that a plurality of panel bodies can be folded by a rotating shaft along the passing direction. For example, each panel is used in a case where it is used between the floor of the vehicle and the ground. One end of the body is placed on the floor surface of the vehicle, and the other end is grounded to the ground.
Further, in the present invention, various methods such as riveting, screwing, and welding can be adopted as the fixing method between the hinge rail and the panel body, and the fixing portion is formed in a U-shaped cross section between the upper piece portion and the lower piece portion. If it is arranged so that the end of the body is sandwiched from above and below and fixed, it can be fixed more firmly.

In the simple slope according to the present invention, the side edges on the left and right sides of the first and second panel bodies have first and second flange rails, respectively. Sometimes, both flange rails have upwardly projecting flange portions, and both of the flange rails are arranged so that the other flange portion is located inside one flange portion when folded and stored so that the upper surface is inside. Good.
Here, when the first and second panel bodies are deployed so as to be substantially flush with each other, the flange portions of the first and second flange rails arranged so as to be positioned on the respective outer sides in the left-right direction are Acts as a derailment prevention.
Therefore, when both panel bodies are folded so that the upper surface (traffic surface) is inside, the flanges face each other, but the left and right widths so that the other flange is located inside one flange. When the dimensions are set, interference between the flange portions can be prevented, and the thickness dimension in the folding direction can be kept small.
Here, the left-right direction means a direction orthogonal to the direction of travel, and the flange rail side is expressed as the outside with respect to the hinge rail.
In addition, if the upward projecting dimension of the flange portion located on the inside is smaller than the upward projecting dimension of the flange portion located on the outside, the thickness dimension at the time of folding is reduced. Here, the flange rail having the flange portion located on the outside is reduced. The thickness dimension is further reduced when a concave portion in the passing direction into which the front end portion of the flange portion located on the inside enters is formed.

In this invention, you may arrange | position the elastic member which a reaction force produces in the overlap part of the 1st and 2nd hinge rail which opposes at the time of folding accommodation.
When the first panel body and the second panel body are folded and overlapped, if an elastic member is provided inside the overlapping portion of the first and second hinge rails, the distance from the shaft member serving as the rotation center to the elastic member Since the distance to the flange rail is larger by the width of the panel body, a large repulsive force is generated between the opposing flange rails by the small folding force on the flange rail side by the lever principle.
As a result, it is possible to suppress backlash vibration in the thrust direction as well as in the radial direction between the tube portion and the shaft member. , Prevents play and interference noise between panels when carrying.

In the simple slope according to the present invention, the cylindrical portions alternately fitted and arranged while fixing the side edge portions of the first panel body and the second panel body to the fixing portions of the first and second hinge rails, respectively. Since the shaft member is rotatably connected by inserting the shaft member, a load is applied to one panel body, and the force propagated to the one hinge rail is passed through the alternately fitted and arranged cylindrical portions and the shaft member. It is transmitted to the other panel body.
Accordingly, since the shaft member has the force in the push-down direction applied to one hinge rail at the center of rotation, it becomes the force in the direction to push down the other hinge rail as it is.
As a result, the moment force in the lifting direction as in the conventional case is suppressed to the other panel body, and the load is received by the entire slope, and the rigidity of each panel body can be set small, so the whole panel is compact. Weight reduction can be achieved.
Further, when the fixing portion of the hinge rail is formed in a U-shaped cross section and the side edge portion of the panel body is fixed from above and below, the uniform propagation of the load is further improved.

A structural example of a simple slope according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a use state in which a side door and a rear door of a vehicle are opened and bridged over a stepped portion between a floor surface 2 as an upper stage and a ground 3 as a lower stage.
The simple slope 1 is foldable so that the first panel body 11 and the second panel body 21 can be folded with the shaft member 30 along the passing direction as a rotation axis and the upper surface (passing surface) inside.

FIG. 2A shows an enlarged view of the main part near the rotation center of the first panel body 11 and the second panel body 21, and FIG. 8A shows a cross-sectional view thereof.
The side edge portion of the first panel body 11 on the rotating shaft side is fixedly connected to the fixing portion 12a of the first hinge rail 12, and is on the second panel body 21 side from the fixing portion 12a and obliquely upward (upper surface side). It has the cylinder part 12b extended to.
The side edge portion of the second panel body 21 on the rotating shaft side is fixedly connected to the fixing portion 22a of the second hinge rail 22 and extends obliquely upward from the fixing portion 22a on the first panel body 11 side. A cylindrical portion 22b is provided.
The cylindrical portion 12b and the cylindrical portion 22b are partially cut out alternately as shown in FIG. 2 (a), and the other remaining cylindrical portion is alternated between the cutout portions of one cylindrical portion. It is configured to be fitted and arranged in a straight line so as to enter, and the shaft member 30 is inserted inside the cylindrical portions 12b and 22b, and the shaft members 30 are pivotally connected to each other.
In the present embodiment, the first hinge rail 12 and the second hinge rail 22 are rotationally connected by a single shaft member 30. However, when the total length of the simple slope is long, A plurality of shafts may be connected along the shaft.

As shown in FIG. 8 (a), the fixed connection structure of the panel body and the hinge rail of the present embodiment is a cross-sectional structure in which the fixed portion 12a of the first hinge rail 12 has an upper piece portion 112a and a lower piece portion 212a. It is formed in a letter shape, arranged so that the side edge portion of the first panel body 11 is sandwiched between the upper piece portion 112a and the lower piece portion 212a, and fixed by a fixing member 15 such as a rivet. It has become.
Similarly to the first hinge rail 12, the second hinge rail 22 has the side edge portion of the second panel body 21 sandwiched between the upper piece portion 122a and the lower side portion 222a and is fixed by a fixing member 25 such as a rivet. .
Thereby, for example, when a load F 0 is applied to one second panel body 21, the side edge portion of the panel body 21 is connected so as to be inserted into the U-shaped inner side of the fixing portion 22 a of the second hinge rail 22. Therefore, the second hinge rail 22 is propagated as it is as F 1 in the push-down direction.
At this time, since the shaft member 30 is located at the center of rotation and the alternate cylindrical portions 12b and 22b are connected to the shaft, the force F in the downward direction is applied to the first panel body 11 through the first hinge rail 12 as it is. Propagated as 1 .
Therefore, it would support the load F 0 at the left and right panels body.

A first flange rail 13 and a second flange rail 23 are fixed to the side edges of the first and second panel bodies 11 and 21 on the outer side in the left-right direction.
As shown in FIG. 3, the first flange rail 13 has a fixing portion 13 a to the first panel body 11, and a flange portion 13 b protruding upward in an L shape from the fixing portion 13 a, and the second flange rail 23. Has a fixing portion 23a with the second panel body 21 and a flange portion 23b protruding upward from the fixing portion 23a in an L-shape.
In this embodiment, the rivets 15 and 25 are used as a fixing method of the fixing portions 13a and 23b and the panel body.
Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7, the protruding height of the flange portion 23b is lower than the protruding height of the flange portion 13b, and the tip end portion of the flange portion 23b is formed in a recess 13c provided inside the flange portion 13b. It has come in.
This further reduces the thickness dimension when folded.

In the present embodiment, both the hinge rail and the flange rail are manufactured using an aluminum extruded material, and the weight is reduced.
The panel body also has a structure example in which an aluminum extruded material is fitted and connected in a flush state as described below.
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the first panel 11 has a plurality of intermediate panels 211 facing each other between an upper end panel 111 positioned on the upper side of the slope and a lower end panel 311 positioned on the lower side. It is fitted and connected in one shape.
In the present embodiment, each of the panels has a hollow cross section, but it does not necessarily have to have a hollow cross section.
The upper end panel 111 has a fitting concave portion 111c between the placement surface portion 111a and the intermediate panel 211 placed on the upper side such as the floor surface of the vehicle, and has a reinforcing rib portion 111b therebetween.
The intermediate panel 211 has a fitting convex portion 211a on one side and a fitting concave portion 211c on the other side, and has a reinforcing rib 211b therebetween.
The lower end panel 311 includes a ground contact surface 311c and a fitting convex portion 311a.
In addition, you may provide the combination of a fitting convex part and a recessed part contrary to the above.
6A is a cross-sectional view of the connecting portion between the second flange rail 23 and the intermediate panel 211, and FIG. 6B is a cross-sectional view of the connecting portion between the handle portion 14 and the first flange rail.
FIG. 6C shows a plan view of the hinge rail near the lower end panel.
FIG. 6D is a cross-sectional view of a portion of the first hinge rail 12 where the cylindrical portion 12b is cut away.

The simple slope 1 can be folded in half with the upper surface side inward, and band-shaped handle portions 14, 24 are attached to the left and right flange rails 13, 23 as shown in FIG. A detachable member such as Velcro (registered trademark) is provided between the portions 14 and 24 and can be stowed and stowed near the doorway in a folded state. The mounting bracket 51 provided on the vehicle as shown in FIG. , 52 can be mounted using a band 50.
As shown in FIGS. 2 (b) and 8 (b), the elastic material 40 is provided on the overlapping portions of the hinge rails 12 and 22 so that interference noise between the panel bodies does not occur due to vibration when mounted on a vehicle or the like. It is good to attach.
As shown in FIG. 8B, the elastic member 40 generates a repulsive force between the two hinge rails 12 and 22 when the pair of panel bodies are folded, and the backlash between the shaft member 30 and the cylindrical portions 12b and 22b is reduced. Acts to suppress.
In this case, since the distance from the shaft member 30 to the flange portion is several tens of times greater than the distance from the shaft member 30 to the elastic member 40, the lever principle does not cause a large reaction force to open and close the panel body. A reaction force sufficient to suppress the backlash of the shaft portion can be obtained.
