Description
本特許出願は、「Three-Line Apheresis System and Method」と題され、代理人書類番号1611/A51で譲渡され、Etienne Pages及びMichael Ragusaを発明者とする2008年4月14日付け出願の米国特許出願第12/102,407号の優先権を主張するものであり、当該米国出願の内容全体は参照によりここに援用される。
本発明は、血液処理のためのシステム及び方法、詳細には、3−ラインアフェレーシスシステム及びそれを用いる方法に関する。
Claims (15)
- 血液成分を集収し交換するための非連続式血液処理システムであって、
対象から全血を引き出し、血液成分を対象へ戻すための静脈アクセス装置、
前記引き出された血液を第1の血液成分及び第2の血液成分へ分離するための血液成分分離装置であって、流入口及び流出口を有し、前記第1の血液成分を第1の血液成分バッグへ送るように構成されており、当該血液成分分離装置の同じ流出口を通して、前記第1の血液成分及び前記第2の血液成分の吐出を切り換えるようになっている、血液成分分離装置、
前記静脈アクセス装置に流体接続され、引き出された全血を前記血液成分分離装置に輸送するように構成されている血液ドローラインであって、当該血液ドローラインを通る流れが血液ドローポンプによって制御されている、血液ドローライン、
抗凝血剤源に接続され、抗凝血剤を引き出された全血内に導入する抗凝血剤ラインであって、当該抗凝血剤ラインを通る流れが抗凝血剤ポンプによって制御されている、抗凝血剤ライン、並びに
前記静脈アクセス装置と前記血液成分分離装置の前記流入口とに流体接続された、前記分離装置内に残っている血液成分を患者に戻すためのリターンラインであって、当該リターンラインを通る流れがリターンポンプによって制御され、当該リターンラインが、前記静脈アクセス装置に、前記血液ドローポンプと前記静脈アクセス装置との間の地点で流体接続する、リターンライン
を備えている、非連続式血液処理システム。 - 前記血液成分分離装置が2−ポート遠心分離ボウルを含み、前記流入口が前記流出口とは異なる、請求項1に記載の血液処理システム。
- 前記第1の血液成分が血漿であり、前記第2の血液成分が赤血球である、請求項1に記載の血液処理システム。
- 前記第1の血液成分が血小板であり、前記第2の血液成分が血漿である、請求項1に記載の血液処理システム。
- 前記抗凝血処理ラインが、前記抗凝血剤を引き出された血液に、前記静脈アクセス装置の近くで導入する、請求項1に記載の血液処理システム。
- 前記第1の血液成分が赤血球である、請求項1に記載の血液処理システム。
- 前記リターンライン上に、前記血液成分分離装置と前記静脈アクセス装置との間に配置されたバルブをさらに備えており、当該バルブが、前記リターンライン内の流れを停止する、請求項1に記載の血液処理システム。
- 前記リターンラインに配置された血漿リザーバをさらに備えており、該血漿リザーバが、血漿を保持するためのものである、請求項1に記載の血液処理システム。
- 前記第1の血液成分が血小板である、請求項1に記載の血液処理システム。
- 前記血液成分分離装置が、引き出された血液を、前記第1の血液成分及び前記第2の血液成分に加えて、第3の血液成分にさらに分離する、請求項9に記載の血液処理システム。
- 前記第2の血液成分に加えて、前記第3の血液成分が対象へ前記リターンラインを介して戻される、請求項10に記載の血液処理システム。
- 血液成分を集収し交換する血液処理システムであって、
全血を対象から引き出し、血液成分を対象へ戻すための静脈アクセス装置、
前記引き出された血液を第1の血液成分及び第2の血液成分へ分離するための2−ポート血液成分分離装置であって、当該血液成分分離装置が、前記第1の血液成分を第1の血液成分バッグへ送るように構成されている、2−ポート血液成分分離装置、
前記静脈アクセス装置に流体接続され、前記引き出された全血を前記血液成分分離装置へ輸送するように構成されている血液ドローラインであって、当該記血液ドローラインを通る流れが血液ドローポンプによって制御され、
抗凝血剤源に接続された、抗凝血剤を前記引き出された全血へ導入する抗凝血剤ラインであって、当該抗凝血剤ラインを通る流れが抗凝血剤ポンプによって制御されている、抗凝血剤ライン、並びに
前記静脈アクセス装置と前記血液成分分離装置の流入口とに流体接続され、前記血液成分分離装置内に残っている血液成分を前記患者へ戻すためのリターンラインであって、当該リターンラインを通る流れがリターンポンプによって制御され、当該リターンラインが、前記静脈アクセス装置に、前記血液ドローポンプと前記静脈アクセス装置との間の地点で流体接続している、リターンライン
を備えている、血液処理システム。 - 前記2−ポート血液成分分離装置が遠心分離ボウルである、請求項12に記載の血液処理システム。
- 前記第1の血液成分が血漿であり、前記第2の血液成分が赤血球である、請求項12に記載の血液処理システム。
- 前記第1の血液成分が血小板であり、前記第2の血液成分が血漿である、請求項12に記載の血液処理システム。
