しかしながら、上記する特許文献1及び特許文献2には、それぞれ以下のような問題があった。
(1)特許文献1は、金属主板2に取り付けられているぬき部材B2で、交差支持板5に取り付けられている吊杆部材B1を押圧し、固定する構造となっている。そのため、交差連結金具1で吊杆部材B1及びぬき部材B2を連結支持された後に、吊杆部材B1及びぬき部材B2(特に押圧される吊杆部材B1)のスライドは困難であり、交差連結金具1を取り外して再度取り付ける作業が必要となる。

(2)また、本願発明は、垂下された吊部材又は鋼材と振止部材で形成される面を境に第1部材の本体中央部分と第2取付部の本体中央部分が同一側になるように第1取付部と第2取付部を重ね合わせて接続されているので、当該面の片側(反本体中央部分側)からの調整操作だけで交差金具の調整(位置調整など)ができるので、作業性に優れたものとなっている。
(3)垂下された吊部材又は鋼材と振止部材の間に交差金具を配置していないので、交差金具取付時に、垂下された吊部材又は鋼材と振止部材の空間を保つ必要がない。
(4)垂下された吊部材又は鋼材に交差部材を仮止めできる。それにより、交差部材の位置を調整して振止部材を取り付けられたり、取り付けた振止部材の位置を調整したりして、振止部材のたわみを調整できる。
(5)第1取付部と第2取付部は回動自在に接続されており交差角度の調整が容易であるために、垂下された吊部材又は鋼材と振止部材を取り付けた状態で振止部材のたわみを調整できるとともに、垂下された吊部材又は鋼材に取り付けた振止部材をたわみなく他方の部材に取り付けることができる。
(6)第2取付部の本体中央部分と係止孔の間に側縁を切り欠いた切欠部を形成したことで、垂下された吊部材又は鋼材と振止部材を取り付けた状態で第1取付部と第2取付部の交差角度を広げることができる(例えば、45度回転を確保できる)。
