Description

The present invention relates to an outlet and a multi-tap. In particular, the present invention relates to an outlet and a multi-tap having a grounding electrode and capable of determining whether or not a grounding wire is normally connected to the grounding electrode.

FIG. 11 is an example of the terminal device shown in Patent Document 1 (FIG. 1). The invention of Patent Document 1 has conventionally performed a wiring appliance such as a switch or an outlet to display a connection completion indication of an electric wire connected to the wiring appliance, but is performed in a situation where the display part is not visible. In view of the fact that the connection completion display could not be confirmed, the connection completion display of the electric wires was made for the purpose of confirming not only visually but also auditorily.

FIG. 12 is an example of the terminal device shown in Patent Document 2 (FIG. 1). The invention of Patent Document 2 is made in view of the problem of giving anxiety to the installer because it is not known from the outside whether or not the electric wire connected to the wiring device is securely connected. , A wiring device having a quick-connection terminal device in which a lock by a lock spring is released by a manual operation is disclosed.

Patent Document 3 relates to a plug and cord reel with a ground terminal having a ground terminal for preventing an electric shock, and has a display that accurately reflects the presence or absence of ground and a cord reel. 特開2006−012634号JP 2006-012634 A 特開2007−149629号JP2007-149629 特開2002−164128号JP 2002-164128 A

By the way, as in the above-mentioned Patent Documents 1 and 2, a device for indicating that an electric wire has been connected is usually a part into which the plug is inserted into the ground terminal side of the outlet, that is, the construction material to which the outlet is attached. On the other side, it is provided on the surface to which the grounding wire is connected by the contractor when constructing the outlet. For this reason, after construction, if an attempt is made to check whether the grounding wire is connected to the grounding terminal, it can be confirmed by removing the outlet from the construction material and looking at the back, or between the voltage phase and the grounding phase. It was necessary to check whether the grounding phase was functioning electrically by connecting a neon lamp or the like, and it was not easy to check grounding on a daily basis.

In addition, when using the plug with a ground terminal and the cord reel as in Patent Document 3 described above, it is assumed that a ground wire is connected to the ground terminal of the outlet. If the ground wire is not connected to the ground terminal, the ground indicator lamp will not light. In such a case, whether the plug or cord reel display is defective, the outlet is defective, It is not immediately possible to find out where the problem is in the grounding system, and in order to grasp the cause, remove the outlet from the construction material and check it, or connect a neon lamp etc. between the voltage phase and the grounding phase. It was necessary to check, and it took time and effort to investigate the failure point.

Therefore, in view of the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is not troublesome on a daily basis whether or not a ground wire is connected to the ground terminal of the outlet and the multi-tap, and there is no need for a commercial power source during construction. outlet plug can be confirmed from the difference between writing side, if the problem is expected to the system of the ground, to provide a ground Kiwametsuki outlet that can determine the nature of the understanding and the cause of the fault point quickly Objective.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, according to claim 1 of the present invention, an outlet with a grounding electrode , which is embedded in a construction material and connects an insertion plug, is provided on a surface on the inside of the construction material. A ground terminal for connecting a ground wire constituting the ground electrode, and an earth terminal for connecting a ground wire of an electrical device electrically connected to the ground terminal provided on the outer surface of the construction material ; , And a plug socket into which the plug is inserted, and is driven when the grounding wire is connected to the grounding terminal, and whether or not the grounding wire is connected to the grounding terminal can be identified from the outside. A ground line connection state discriminating means having a discriminating state discriminating portion is provided, and the discriminating state discriminating portion is arranged on the outer surface side of the construction material into which the plug is inserted, so that the grounding inside the construction material is grounded. Wire is grounded In which the identification of whether the discrimination state is connected to the child and provided outlet ground Kiwametsuki as characterized in that so as to perform the outside of the building material.

According to such a configuration, since the ground wire connection state determination means is arranged on the side where the plug is inserted, the determination state can be identified from the side where the plug is inserted and the grounding terminal of the outlet is grounded. Whether the wire is connected or not can be checked on a daily and troublesome basis from the side where the plug is inserted into the outlet, and if a failure is expected in the grounding system, the failure point can be identified and the cause This can be done quickly. In addition, since it is driven using the insertion force when connecting the ground wire to the outlet, it can be configured so that a commercial power source is not required for identifying the discrimination state at the time of construction or after the start of use.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided an outlet with a grounding electrode, wherein the determination state identification unit is separated from the grounding line connection state determination unit according to the first aspect and is electrically connected to the grounding line connection state determination unit. The discriminating state discriminating portion is provided on the plate frame on the surface side which is the outer side of the construction material so that the discriminating state can be identified from the side where the plug is inserted.
According to this configuration, a degree of freedom is obtained in the installation of the discrimination status identification unit, and the discrimination status discrimination unit is provided at a position that is visually easy to see regardless of the location of the ground wire connection status discrimination means. Whether or not the ground wire is connected to the terminal can be checked on a daily and trouble-free basis from the side where the plug is inserted into the outlet. It is possible to quickly grasp and isolate the cause.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In each embodiment described below, the number of plugs that can be inserted into an outlet or a multi-tap is exemplified as two. However, the number of plugs may be various, such as only one or three or more. You may apply.

(Embodiment 1)
The outlet 1 with a ground electrode of the present embodiment is an outlet that is embedded and attached to a construction material 40 constituting a wall surface or the like and is inserted by inserting the plug 2 as shown in FIG. The outlet 1 is connected to electrical wiring previously constructed on the inside of the construction material, and is used by inserting the plug 2 from the outside.

Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the outlet 1 includes the mounting frame for embedding and attaching the outlet to the embedded hole provided in the construction material 40 in advance, and the mounting so as to surround the embedded hole. A plate frame 20 fixed to the frame, and a decorative frame 30 attached to the plate frame 20 on the side where the plug is inserted into the construction material 40 are provided.

The outer wall of the outlet 1 is constructed so as to be compatible with general outlets, and a connection terminal for connecting voltage phase, neutral phase, and ground phase wires to the inner surface of the construction material in the outlet. And a plug blade holder that has a wire insertion hole and is electrically connected to each of the voltage phase, neutral phase, and ground phase on the outer surface of the construction material, and into which a plug with a ground electrode is inserted. It has. On the outer surface of the construction material, a discrimination state confirmation window 100 that can identify the discrimination state of whether or not the ground phase wire (ground wire) is connected to the ground terminal is provided to be visible from the outside. It has been. Here, the connection terminal provided on the inner surface of the construction material in the outlet and connected to the ground phase wire is the ground terminal 101, and provided on the outer surface of the construction material in the outlet and the ground terminal 101. A connection terminal for connecting a ground wire of an electrical device to be electrically connected is a ground terminal 102. The earth terminal is configured with a plug blade holder so that the grounding electrode of the plug can be plugged in. In addition, when the grounding electrode of the plug is constituted by an electric wire, the earth terminal may be constituted by a screw terminal so that the electric wire of the grounding electrode can be connected.

About the connection terminal provided in the surface which becomes the inner side of the construction material in an outlet, the connection part is comprised by the quick connection type terminal generally used with the wiring device. The quick-connection terminal includes a terminal plate that is brought into contact with an electric wire to be connected, a locking spring that presses the electric wire against the terminal plate, and a conductor disposed around the chain spring. Connection with the electric wire is made by inserting the electric wire into the electric wire insertion hole provided in the body of the outlet, and the electric wire is placed between the chain spring arranged inside the electric wire insertion hole and the terminal plate. The wire is pressed against the terminal board by the elasticity of the chain spring and enters a conductive state. The same applies to the connection portion of the ground terminal 101.

Among the connection terminals, a ground line connection state discriminating unit having the discrimination state discriminating unit that is driven by displacement of the ground line when a ground line is connected to the ground terminal is provided in the vicinity of the ground terminal. FIGS. 3 to 6 show the state of visual recognition from the outside of the discrimination state identification unit when the ground wire is driven using the insertion force when inserted into the wire insertion hole and the ground wire is connected or not. As long as the change occurs and the ground line is connected to the ground terminal, an example of the ground line connection state discrimination means that can always visually recognize the discrimination state identification unit from the outside is shown.

First, the ground line connection state discriminating means 200a shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 is rotated by receiving the insertion force of the ground line, so that the discrimination state identifying unit 201a can be visually recognized from the outside. The ground wire connection state discriminating means 200a is provided inside the outlet 1 so as to be rotatable, and has a contact portion that is exposed to the wire insertion passage 104 and abuts against the conductor portion of the wire at one end thereof. 202a, and the other end is rotated by the contact of the electric wire with the contact portion 202a, and the ground wire connection state discriminating means comprises the discriminating state discriminating portion 201a visible from the discriminating state confirmation window 100. 200a is shown.

The abutting portion 202a is inclined with respect to the insertion direction so as not to disturb the movement of the electric wire insertion when the electric wire abuts, and to obtain a component force in the rotational direction upon receiving a force in the insertion direction. The surface which was made to provide is provided.

Thereby, when the ground wire 3 is inserted into the electric wire insertion hole 103, the conductor portion of the electric wire passes through the insertion passage 104 and comes into contact with the contact portion 202a, and the ground wire connection state determining means 200a rotates clockwise in the figure, It can be seen that the discrimination state identification unit 201a is visibly displaced from the discrimination state confirmation window 100, and that the ground wire is connected to the ground terminal from the side where the plug of the outlet 1 is inserted. When the ground wire 3 is pulled out, the ground wire connection state discriminating means 200a rotates counterclockwise in the figure, and the discriminating state discriminating portion 201a is displaced from the discriminating state confirmation window 100 so that it cannot be visually recognized. It can be seen from the side where the plug of the outlet 1 is inserted.

Next, the ground line connection state discriminating means 200b shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 receives the insertion force of the ground wire and is pressed in the insertion direction, so that the discrimination state identification unit 201b can be visually recognized from the outside. is there. The ground wire connection state determining means 200b is formed in an elongated rod shape, and is connected to a ground wire and a shaft in a wire insertion passage 104, a cavity portion 204b communicating with the insertion passage 104, and a guide portion 205b communicating with the cavity portion 204b. Are arranged to be substantially the same.

The ground line connection state discriminating means 200b is provided with an abutting portion 202b that abuts against the conductor of the ground wire at one end, and discriminates in a direction opposite to the insertion direction of the ground wire at a substantially central portion. An elastic body that biases the state identification unit 201b and a stopper 206b that receives the force of the elastic body and abuts against the inner wall of the cavity and regulates the position of the ground wire connection state determination unit 200b are provided. Further, the periphery of the discrimination state identification unit 201b is formed of an elastic member so as to be flexible along the guide unit 205b.

As a result, when the ground wire 3 is inserted into the electric wire insertion hole 103, the conductor portion of the electric wire comes into contact with the contact portion 202b facing the insertion passage 104, and the ground wire is connected against the force of the elastic body. It can be seen that the discrimination state identification unit 201b is visibly displaced from the discrimination state confirmation window 100 by pressing the state discrimination means 200b, and the ground wire is connected to the ground terminal from the outside of the outlet 1. When the ground wire 3 is pulled out, the ground wire connection state discriminating means 200b is displaced in the direction of the electric wire insertion hole entrance by the pressing force of the elastic body. It can be seen from the side where the plug of the outlet 1 is inserted that it has been displaced so that it cannot be seen.

(Embodiment 2)
The configuration of the outer shape of the outlet with a ground electrode according to this embodiment is the same as that of the first embodiment.

In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7, among the aforementioned connection terminals, in the vicinity of the ground terminal, when the ground line is connected to the ground terminal, the ground is electrically driven by receiving the displacement of the ground line. Line connection state determination means 300 is provided. A determination state identification unit 400 that is connected to the ground line connection state determination unit 300, is driven by receiving an output signal from the ground line connection state determination unit 300, and the determination state changes in an identifiable manner from the outside. It is provided.

The ground line connection state determination means 300 includes a switch 302 that is driven when the ground wire is inserted / removed into / from the wire insertion hole, a one-shot circuit 304 that is driven by receiving the output of the switch 302, and the one-shot circuit. And a power supply 303 for supplying power. In addition, a timer circuit 305 that temporally controls power supply to the one-shot circuit is provided.

The switch 302 is configured by providing two contact systems so as to detect two states, when the ground wire is inserted into the wire insertion hole and when it is not inserted, and receives the insertion force of the ground wire. The first contact is closed, and when the ground wire is not connected, the second contact is closed by being energized in a certain direction, and the ground wire is inserted as in the first embodiment. It is preferable to use a microswitch that opens and closes a contact by receiving a displacement of a lever that sometimes contacts and rotates, or a microswitch that opens and closes a contact by being displaced when a ground wire is inserted.

The one-shot circuit 304 receives the output of the switch 302 and outputs a rectangular wave signal that is ON for a predetermined time. The one-shot circuit may be configured by using a flip-flop circuit, may be configured by a microcomputer having a one-shot function, or may be configured by using various circuits.

A battery is used as the power source 303. Since the outlet is generally used for a long time, a secondary battery may be used in addition to the primary battery. Moreover, you may comprise using a capacitor | condenser and an electric double layer with a large electrostatic capacitance. In the case of using a secondary battery, a charging circuit for charging by connecting to a voltage phase and a neutral phase connected to an outlet may be provided to charge the secondary battery.

The timer circuit 305 controls the power supply time to the one-shot circuit 304 after a certain time from the start of power supply. The timer circuit may be a timer configured using a counter circuit, or a discharge circuit having a predetermined discharge time configured using a capacitor and a resistor.

The discrimination state identification unit 400 receives the output from the one-shot circuit 304 and changes the state of the display unit visible from the outside. In addition, the display state is self-holding, and the state at that time is held even in the case of no power without output from the one-shot circuit.

As such a configuration, for example, a self-holding display unit may be configured by combining a permanent magnet and an electromagnet that is driven by receiving an output signal from a one-shot circuit. The display unit is configured by pivotally supporting a discriminating unit provided with permanent magnets between both ends of a substantially U-shaped yoke.

By changing the direction of the current flowing through the coil wound around the yoke, the polarity of the magnetic pole generated between both ends of the yoke is changed, and the repulsion / attraction operation is used between the magnetic poles of the permanent magnet and the yoke, The display state of the display unit is changed by rotating the determination unit from one state to another state. The discriminating unit is color-coded so that a change in the display normal state can be visually recognized from the discrimination state confirmation window 100.

As a result, when the ground wire 3 is inserted into the wire insertion hole 103, the switch 302 is driven by the wire, and the power supply 303 is supplied to the one-shot circuit 304. The one-shot circuit 304 outputs an output signal for a predetermined time. Upon receiving the output signal, the discrimination state identification unit 400 changes the state of the discrimination unit facing the discrimination state confirmation window, so that the ground wire is connected to the ground terminal from the side where the plug is inserted. Can be identified. Since power supply to the one-shot circuit 304 is stopped after a predetermined time by the timer circuit 305, power consumption is minimized.

Also, when the ground line is pulled out, the switch 302 is driven to supply power to the one-shot circuit 304 and output an output signal. Upon receiving the output signal, the discrimination state identification unit 400 changes the state of the discrimination unit facing the discrimination state confirmation window so that the ground line is not connected to the ground terminal from the side where the plug is inserted. Can be identified. It should be noted that the polarity of the output signal output from the one-shot circuit to the discrimination state identification unit 400 is changed depending on whether the ground wire is inserted or pulled out.

The discriminating part of the discriminating state discriminating part 400 configured in this way is attached to the mounting frame for embedding and attaching the outlet to the embedding hole provided in the construction material 40 or surrounding the embedding hole. It is good to provide in the plate frame fixed and the decorative frame 30 attached to the side where a plug is inserted with respect to the construction material 40.

As a result, a degree of freedom can be obtained at a place where the determination unit is attached, and the determination state identification unit can be provided not only on the extension line of the wire insertion hole but also at a position that is visually easy to see.

(Embodiment 3)
The multi-tap 1000 of this embodiment can be connected in two branches from a single cord as shown in FIG. 8, and is used without being fixed. In the figure, the cord is connected from the upper recess to supply power, and the plug is inserted for use.

The outer surface of the multi-tap 1000 is configured to maintain compatibility with a general multi-tap. The cord connection part of the multi-tap has connection terminals for connecting electric wires of voltage phase, neutral phase and ground phase, and An electric wire insertion hole is provided, and inside the casing, a plug blade holder that is electrically connected to each of the voltage phase, neutral phase, and ground phase and into which a plug with a ground electrode is inserted. On the surface into which the plug is inserted, a discrimination state confirmation window 100 that can discriminate whether or not the ground phase wire (ground wire) is connected to the ground terminal is provided to be visible from the outside. It has been.

About the connection terminal, the connection part is comprised by the quick connection type terminal generally used with the wiring appliance similarly to the above-mentioned Embodiment 1,2.

Among the connection terminals, a ground line connection state discriminating unit having the discrimination state discriminating unit that is driven by displacement of the ground line when a ground line is connected to the ground terminal is provided in the vicinity of the ground terminal. 9 and 10 show that the discrimination state identification unit is visually recognized from the outside when the ground wire is driven with the insertion force when inserted into the wire insertion hole and the ground wire is connected. As long as the ground wire is connected to the ground terminal, an example of the ground wire connection state discriminating means that can always visually recognize the discrimination state discriminating unit is shown.

Next, the ground line connection state discriminating means 200c shown in FIGS. 9 and 10 receives the insertion force of the ground wire and is pressed in the insertion direction, so that the discrimination state identification unit 201c can be visually recognized from the outside. is there. The ground line connection state determining means 200c is formed in the shape of an elongated rod, and is connected to the ground wire and the shaft in a wire insertion passage 104, a cavity portion 204c communicating with the insertion passage 104, and a guide portion 205c communicating with the cavity portion 204c. Are arranged to be substantially the same.

The ground line connection state determining means 200c is provided with a contact portion 202c that is in contact with the conductor of the ground wire at one end, and is determined in a direction opposite to the insertion direction of the ground wire at a substantially central portion. An elastic body 203c that urges the state identification portion 201c and a stopper 206c that receives the force of the elastic body and abuts against the inner wall of the hollow portion to regulate the position of the ground wire connection state determination means 200c are provided. . Further, the periphery of the discrimination state identification unit 201c is formed of an elastic member so as to be flexible along the guide unit 205c.

As a result, when the ground wire 3 is inserted into the electric wire insertion hole 103, the conductor portion of the electric wire comes into contact with the contact portion 202c facing the insertion passage 104, and the ground wire is connected against the force of the elastic body. As the state discriminating means 200c is pressed, the discriminating state discriminating portion 201c is visibly displaced from the discriminating state confirmation window 100, and it can be seen from the outside of the outlet 1 that the ground wire is connected to the ground terminal. When the ground wire 3 is pulled out, the ground wire connection state discriminating means 200c is displaced in the direction of the wire insertion hole entrance by the pressing force of the elastic body. It can be seen from the side where the plug of the outlet 1 is inserted that it has been displaced so that it cannot be seen.

Also in this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the ground wire connection state discrimination means is configured to rotate in response to the insertion force of the ground wire, so that the discrimination state identification unit can be visually recognized from the outside. You may provide so that it may become. In addition to this, various ground line connection state determination means having the determination state identification unit driven by the displacement of the ground line may be provided.

(Embodiment 4)
The configuration of the outer shape of the multi-tap with the ground electrode of the present embodiment is the same as that of the third embodiment.

Also in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7, when the ground wire is connected to the ground terminal in the vicinity of the ground terminal among the above-described connection terminals, it is electrically driven by receiving the displacement of the ground wire. The ground line connection state determination means 300 is provided. A determination state that is connected to the ground line connection state determination unit 300, is driven by receiving an output signal from the ground line connection state determination unit 300, and the determination state is identifiable from the side where the plug is inserted. And an identification unit 400.

In this embodiment, in addition to providing the discrimination state confirmation window 100 on the side where the multi-tap plug is inserted, the top surface, the bottom surface, You may comprise in the plug insertion port vicinity which can be visually recognized when inserting a plug on the right and left side surfaces.

Accordingly, since the multi-tap is assumed to be used without being fixed, even when it is difficult to visually recognize the discrimination state identification unit from the front, it is easy to visually recognize from the side or the like.

In this way, the discrimination state identification unit is provided so that the judgment state of whether or not the ground wire is connected to the ground terminal can be performed from the plug-in side of the outlet or the multi-tap casing. Because the ground wire connection state discriminating means is driven by the insertion force when connecting the ground wire to the outlet as a trigger, it does not require a commercial power source to identify the discriminating state at the time of construction or after the start of use. It is possible to configure an outlet and a multi-tap having a low ground wire connection state determination means, and it is daily and troublesome whether or not the ground wire is connected to the outlet and the ground terminal of the multi-tap. Can be confirmed from the side where the plug is inserted into the outlet, and if a failure is expected in the grounding system, It is possible to provide a grounded outlet and multi-tap can be segmented in-quickly.

The present invention may be widely applicable to outlets with a grounding electrode and multi-tap generally used for residential and industrial purposes.
