Claims (25)
- マイクロ流体アッセイを実施するための組立体であって、
マイクロ流体チップであって、上面及び下面を有し、且つ
前記上面に形成される1つ又は複数のアクセスポート、
対応するアクセスポートから該マイクロ流体チップの少なくとも一部に延びる少なくとも1つのマイクロチャネルであって、各アクセスポートが対応するマイクロチャネルと連通することで前記アクセスポートに送り出される流体が前記対応するマイクロチャネルに流れ込むようになっている、少なくとも1つのマイクロチャネル、
該マイクロチャネル内に設けられたDNA増幅領域、及び
該マイクロチャネル内に設けられた解析領域、
を含む、マイクロ流体チップと、
流体を収容する2つ又は複数の内部チャンバ、及び前記対応するチャンバから流体を送り出すか又は該対応する内部チャンバに流体を送るように各内部チャンバに対応付けられる流体ノズルを有する、流体カートリッジであって、各流体ノズルは、前記マイクロ流体チップのアクセスポートに着脱可能に結合されることにより前記対応する内部チャンバから前記ノズルと着脱可能に結合される前記アクセスポートに流体を送り出すか、又は前記ノズルと着脱可能に結合される前記アクセスポートから前記対応する内部チャンバに流体を送るように構成される、流体カートリッジと、
を備える、マイクロ流体アッセイを実施するための組立体。
- 前記カートリッジは、3つの内部チャンバ及び3つのノズルを含む、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記ノズル及び前記アクセスポートの少なくとも一方は、前記ノズルが前記マイクロ流体チップの前記アクセスポートと結合された後で前記ノズルを前記アクセスポートから分離することができないように、一方向ロッキング接続部を有する構成にされる、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記カートリッジは射出成形される、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記カートリッジは、ポリプロピレン、ポリカーボネート、及びポリスチレンから成る群より選択される材料から射出成形される、請求項4に記載の組立体。
- 前記カートリッジ内の少なくとも1つの内部チャンバは、反応流体を収容する、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記反応流体は、DNA試料材料、緩衝溶液、試薬、又は2つ以上の前記流体の混合物から成る流体の群より選択される流体である、請求項6に記載の組立体。
- 前記試薬はPCRプライマーを含む、請求項7に記載の組立体。
- 前記マイクロ流体チップは、3行で配置される複数のアクセスポートを含む、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記カートリッジは、前記3行のアクセスポートのうち3つの整列したアクセスポートの列と協働するように構成される3つのノズルを含む、請求項9に記載の組立体。
- 前記マイクロ流体チップは、該マイクロ流体チップの前記下面から延びる1つ又は複数のシッパチューブを含み、該シッパチューブのそれぞれは、少なくとも1つのマイクロチャネルと連通する、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記マイクロ流体チップは、2つ以上のシッパチューブを含む、請求項11に記載の組立体。
- 前記マイクロ流体チップは、少なくとも1つの真空ポートを含み、それぞれの真空ポートが少なくとも1つのマイクロチャネルと連通する、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 各マイクロチャネルは、1つのアクセスポートから延び、異なるアクセスポートで終端するように構成される、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記カートリッジは、ノズルと連通する真空ポートを含む、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記カートリッジ内の少なくとも1つの内部チャンバは、前記少なくとも1つのマイクロチャネルからの反応流体を収容するように構成される廃棄物容器である、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記マイクロ流体チップの前記マイクロチャネルは、U字形の構成を有する、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 請求項1に記載の組立体に含まれるマイクロ流体チップと着脱可能に連結するように構成されるカートリッジデバイスであって、
送出ポートと流体連通する送出チャンバであって、該送出チャンバは反応流体を収容するように構成され、前記送出ポートはDNA増幅領域及び解析領域を含むマイクロ流体チップと着脱可能に連結するように構成される、送出チャンバと、
回収ポートと流体連通する回収チャンバであって、該回収チャンバは前記マイクロ流体チップから廃棄物を受け取るように構成され、前記回収ポートは前記マイクロ流体チップと着脱可能に連結するように構成される、回収チャンバと、
を備える、マイクロ流体チップと連結するように構成されるカートリッジデバイス。 - 前記カートリッジは使い捨てである、請求項18に記載のカートリッジデバイス。
- 前記マイクロ流体チップは、該チップに試薬を吸引するシッパチューブを組み込む、請求項18に記載のカートリッジデバイス。
- 請求項1に記載の組立体に含まれるマイクロ流体チップに着脱可能に連結するように構成されるカートリッジデバイスであって、
試薬送出ポートに接続される試薬送出チャンバと、
緩衝液送出ポートに接続される緩衝液送出チャンバと、
試料送出ポートに接続される試料送出チャンバと、
廃棄物回収ポートに接続される廃棄物回収チャンバと、
を備え、前記試薬送出ポート、前記緩衝液送出ポート、前記試料送出ポート、及び前記廃棄物回収ポートは、前記マイクロ流体チップと着脱可能に連結するように構成される、マイクロ流体チップに連結するように構成されるカートリッジデバイス。 - 前記カートリッジは使い捨てである、請求項21に記載のカートリッジデバイス。
- 前記マイクロ流体チップは、該チップに試薬を吸引するシッパチューブを組み込む、請求項21に記載のカートリッジデバイス。
- 前記マイクロ流体チップは、試薬、緩衝液、及び/又は試料の1つ又は複数が前記試薬送出チャンバ、前記緩衝液送出チャンバ、及び/又は前記試料送出チャンバから前記廃棄物回収チャンバに流れ込む際に通る1つ又は複数のマイクロチャネルを備える、請求項21に記載のカートリッジデバイス。
- 負圧制御によって、DNA試料がカートリッジを経て導入され、PCR試薬が、マイクロウェルプレートに接続されるシッパチューブを通して導入されるようにする、請求項1に記載の組立体において用いられるDNA解析用途用のマイクロ流体チップ。
