Description
本発明は上記のような従来技術の課題に鑑み、簡単な構成で、一般家庭や農業分野において、高効率で、安全且つ経済的な熱源として有用な電磁誘導発熱式ボイラーを提供することを目的とするものである。
(1)渦電流により導電材料を発熱させる自己発熱なので、熱効率がよく、また二酸化炭素の発生がなく、エコロジカルな熱源である。また、使用する電力はロータの回転のみであり、電力消費量は少なく低コストである。
(2)ロータ内に永久磁石を配置し、導電材料の近傍で回転させるだけの簡単な構造なので、故障しにくく、メンテナンスもし易い。
(3)温度調整は、ロータの回転数の調整だけで済むので、容易である。
(4)放熱体に近接して熱媒体としての水や油を流通させる管路を設けたことにより、装置近傍におけるジュール熱の無駄な散逸を防止し、配管した所望の箇所を確実に加温することができる。

Claims (1)
- 内部に永久磁石が配置され、回転可能に設けられた平盤状回転体と、前記平盤状回転体の上方かつ近傍に配置して設けられると共に、前記永久磁石による磁界中に配置されたアルミニウム製の発熱部と、該発熱部に立設された複数の放熱体と、これら放熱体を覆うフード式の熱媒体貯留槽とからなり、当該熱媒体貯留槽内に、前記放熱体に近接して水や油を流通させる螺旋状の管路を設け、管路内を流通する水や油を発熱部及び放熱体で煮沸し、前記螺旋状管から枝管を分岐して熱供給することを特徴とする電磁誘導発熱式ボイラー。
