Description

The present invention relates to a fence structure that can be suitably applied to a floor structure that is open to the outdoors, such as a veranda in a building.

FIG. 7 is a vertical sectional view showing a first prior art fence structure 100, and FIG. 8 is a horizontal sectional view of the fence structure 100 shown in FIG. Such first prior art is disclosed in Patent Document 1, for example.

The fence structure 100 is provided in order to construct a handrail provided in the parapet 111 of the floor structure unit 110 that forms a passage facing the outside of the building. The fence structure 100 is erected in the vertical direction from the parapet 111 formed at the outer side end portion of the floor structure portion 110.

The fence structure 100 is fixed to a plurality of support columns 112 provided at intervals in the horizontal direction, and a lower frame 113 having a concave cross section provided between the support columns 112. The upper frame 114 that is fixed to the upper end portion facing the outside of each column 112 and that is provided between the columns 112 has a concave upper frame 114, covers the upper end and the upper frame of each column 112, and the headboard 115 that is provided between the columns 112. And a panel 116 whose upper edge and lower edge are supported by the upper frame 114 and the lower frame 113. The fence structure 100 supports the upper edge and the lower edge of the panel 116 by the upper frame 114 and the lower frame 113.

FIG. 9 is a diagram showing a procedure for attaching the panel 116 in the fence structure 100 according to the first prior art. In the fence structure 100, the panel 116 is attached by so-called transmission. This will be specifically described below.

First, as shown in FIG. 9A, the panel 116 is fitted with the upper end edge of the panel 116 fitted in the groove of the upper frame 114 and the lower end edge of the panel 116 fitted in the groove of the lower frame 113. Is inserted from one end of the fence structure 100 to the other end (arrow X1 direction).

Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 9B, the panels 116 are sequentially inserted, and each panel 116 is moved in the X1 direction. This is performed until the side surface of the panel 116 which has been inserted first comes into contact with the end vertical frame member provided on the other end side of the fence structure 100. In this manner, the plurality of panels 116 are disposed between the support columns 112 in a state where the plurality of panels 116 are supported by the upper frame 114 and the lower frame 113.

And as shown in FIG.9 (c), an edge part vertical frame material is fitted to the side surface of the panel 116 arrange | positioned at the one end part of the fence structure 100, and fixing members, such as a screw, are used, and FIG. Fix as shown in (d). In this way, the operation for attaching the panel 116 in the fence structure 100 is completed.

As a 2nd prior art, the fence structure shown by patent document 2 can be mentioned, for example. In the second prior art fence structure, the lower edge of the panel is positioned above the open end of each panel support frame, and both side edges are positioned with respect to each support groove of the adjacent panel support frame. Deploy.

In this state, the panel is lowered along each support groove of the adjacent panel support frame, and at the position where the lower end edge of the panel is in contact with the lower frame or the groove bottom of the lower frame, the both side edges and lower edge of the panel Three side edges are supported by the adjacent panel support frame and lower frame.

When all the panels are arranged as described above, the cover portion is attached to the fitting portion of the handrail portion main body, the handrail portion main body and the cover portion are integrated to form the handrail, and the upper edge is covered with the cover portion. Thus, the lower edge is supported by the lower frame, the both side edges are supported by the adjacent panel support frame, and all four sides of the panel are supported.

特開2010− 24669号公報JP 2010-24669 A 特開2009−228320号公報JP 2009-228320 A

In the first prior art, since the panels 116 are inserted and attached one by one, a lot of time and labor are required for the installation work. In addition, when a part of the panel 116 is damaged and the panel 116 is replaced, the panel 116 that does not need to be replaced must be removed in order to remove the panel 116 from the other end side of the fence structure 100. Replacing 116 requires a lot of time and labor, so that there is a problem that the efficiency of the mounting / replacement operation of panel 116 is poor.

In the second prior art, the panel support frame fixed to the column is constituted by a single member. Therefore, when the panel needs to be replaced due to damage or contamination, the panel support frame is the column. Remove the cover part from the handrail part main body, and remove the damaged or soiled panel by moving it upward along the panel support frame, and then remove the new panel from above between the panel support frames. It is necessary to insert the cover until the lower end of the panel is supported by the lower frame, and to attach the removed cover to the handrail body.

Such panel replacement is often performed manually by one or two workers from the indoor side such as a veranda, and both the removal work of damaged or soiled panels and the installation work of new panels are both handrail parts. The panel has to be lifted by human power to a position that exceeds the main body, requiring a lot of labor.

In particular, when all the panels are replaced due to renovation work of a high-rise building, etc., there is a problem that much labor and time are required and the efficiency of panel replacement work is poor.

In the second prior art, a handrail portion is constituted by the cover portion and the handrail portion main body. These cover part and handrail part main body are formed of an extruded material such as an aluminum alloy, for example, and are realized by a long material extending over a plurality of panels and columns. Therefore, when replacing the panel, after removing the long cover portion from the handrail portion main body, the removed cover portion must be attached to the handrail portion main body again, which is troublesome.

The objective of this invention is providing the fence structure which can perform the attachment operation | work and removal operation | work of a panel easily.

The present invention provides a plurality of support columns that are erected in parallel and vertically at intervals in the horizontal direction on the floor structure facing the outside of the building,
A rectangular plate-like panel arranged between adjacent columns;
A fixed rod frame member that is erected vertically and fixed to each column, and has a front wall in which a cross-section perpendicular to the axis is formed with a substantially inverted U-shaped bearing portion ;
A movable rod frame member provided on the fixed rod frame member so as to be angularly displaceable about an axis parallel to the axis of the fixed rod frame member,
A shaft portion that is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape in cross section, is fitted to the bearing portion, and is provided so as to be angularly displaceable about an axis parallel to the axis of the fixed rod frame member;
A plate-like portion connected to the shaft portion;
A holding portion that is connected to the plate-like portion and holds each side portion of each panel adjacent to each other between the front wall of the fixed frame member ;
The holding part includes a movable frame member provided with an abutting member that abuts each side of each panel that is close to each other .

In the present invention, the fence structure is
An upper frame member fixed to the support column in the horizontal direction and supporting the upper edge of each panel;
It further includes a lower frame member fixed to the support column in the horizontal direction and supporting the lower end edge of each panel.

According to the present invention, the movable rod frame member is provided so as to be angularly displaceable about an axis parallel to the axis of the fixed rod frame member. The movable rod frame member presses one side portion of each panel adjacent to each other in a direction approaching the fixed rod frame member, and fixes both side portions of each panel to the column.

By adopting such a configuration, the movable saddle frame member can be angularly displaced around an axis parallel to the axis of the fixed saddle frame member. It is possible to release the pressing state of the panel in the direction approaching the fixing rod frame member.

Accordingly, it is possible to easily release the pressing by the movable rod frame member in the direction in which the panel approaches the fixed rod frame member. Accordingly, by fixing the panel by angularly displacing the movable rod frame member, the panel can be easily attached and detached. Thereby, the fence structure which can perform the attachment operation | work of a panel and replacement | exchange operation | work easily is realizable.

Further, according to the present invention, the fence structure further includes an upper frame member and a lower frame member, so that each panel has an upper edge, a lower edge and each side portion, and the upper frame member and the lower frame. It is supported and attached to the member and the movable frame member.

Thereby, since the four sides of the panel can be supported, the rigidity of the panel can be suppressed lower than that of the panel attached to the fence structure configured to support the upper edge and the lower edge. Therefore, the manufacturing cost of the panel can be reduced.

By adopting such a configuration, the movable saddle frame member 14 can be angularly displaced about an axis parallel to the axis of the fixed saddle frame member 13, so that the movable saddle frame member 14 can be moved by angular displacement. It is possible to release the pressing of the panel 12 in the direction approaching the fixed collar frame member 13 by the collar frame member 14.

Thereby, the pressing of the panel 12 in the direction approaching the fixed collar frame member 13 by the movable collar frame member 14 can be easily released. Accordingly, the panel 12 can be easily attached and detached because the fixing of the panel 12 can be released by angularly displacing the movable rod frame member 14. Thereby, the fence structure 10 which can perform the attachment operation | work of the panel 12 and an exchange operation | work easily is realizable.

Moreover, according to this embodiment, since the fence structure 10 is comprised including the upper frame member 15 and the lower frame member 16, each panel 12 has an upper edge, a lower end edge, and each side part as an upper frame. The member 15, the lower frame member 16, and the movable frame member 14 are supported and attached.

Accordingly, since the four sides of the panel 12 can be supported, the rigidity of the panel 12 can be kept low compared to a panel attached to a fence structure configured to support the upper and lower edges. Therefore, the manufacturing cost of the panel 12 can be reduced.
