Description

The present invention relates to an accessory magnet connector, and more particularly to an accessory magnet connector in which two or more poles are magnetized on an attracting surface of a magnet with a yoke.

As a magnet with a yoke, there is a magnet with a yoke described in Patent Document 1 (hereinafter referred to as “conventional first magnet” ) . The conventional first magnet is composed of a ring-shaped magnet magnetized so as to have different polarities alternately in the circumferential direction, and a ring-shaped yoke plate fixed to one end surface of the ring-shaped magnet. Yes. The conventional first magnet has an object of penetrating a rotating shaft of a printer or the like inside and sealing magnetic leakage or toner leakage from the rotating shaft. Patent Document 2 discloses a yoke-integrated type in which one of a yoke part material or a magnet part material is injection-molded by a two-color molding machine, and after cooling in the mold, the other material is injected and both parts are fused. A magnet (hereinafter, “conventional second magnet”) is disclosed. Similar to the conventional first magnet, the conventional second magnet is intended to prevent toner leakage. Patent Document 2 does not include a description of magnetization, and the shape of the conventional second magnet is not a ring shape.

特開2000−98741号公報(段落0027、図6A参照)JP 2000-98741 A (see paragraph 0027, FIG. 6A) 特開2006−339565号公報(段落0013、図3参照)Japanese Patent Laying-Open No. 2006-339565 (see paragraph 0013 and FIG. 3)

However, in the conventional first magnet and the conventional second magnet , the relative position with respect to the rotating shaft penetrated inside, that is, the rotating object changes every moment, and it is not necessary to consider the arrangement of the magnetic poles . Therefore, even if the conventional first magnet and the conventional second magnet are suitable as a seal member for a rotating shaft of a printer or the like, they are not necessarily suitable as a member that is attracted to another attracting surface that is opposed via the attracting surface. . A plurality of magnetic poles appearing on the suction surface of the one coupling piece also affects the suction surface of the other connecting piece connecting member, or is affected _ from receiving from the suction surface of the other connecting piece. The problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide an accessory magnet coupling tool that is easy to use and has little magnetic leakage .

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention has the following configuration. Definitions of terms used to describe the invention described in any claim are applicable to the invention described in other claims as long as they are possible regardless of the description order or differences in expression. To do.

(Characteristics of the invention of claim 1)
An accessory magnet coupler according to the invention of claim 1 (hereinafter referred to as "connector of claim 1") includes a pair of connecting pieces, and each of the connecting pieces is opposed to each other across an outer peripheral surface. and the _ magnet and a non-adsorbed surface has a yoke plate of a single layer or a stacked to have a yoke outer circumferential surface. In addition, the yoke plate is formed in the same shape as the non-attraction surface or slightly larger than the non-attraction surface so as to cover the non-attraction surface of the magnet, and the attraction surface has two or more poles. The magnet is such that a magnetic pole opposite to the attracting surface appears on the non-attracting surface. Any kind of magnet can be used as long as it can be used. A ferrite magnet, a metal magnet, or a magnet other than these may be used. For the yoke plate, pure iron, nickel, or other magnetic material can be used. The yoke plate is a member for making a magnetic circuit in relation to the magnet and reducing magnetic flux leakage. The outer peripheral surface of the yoke is literally the outer peripheral surface of the yoke plate. In order to distinguish from the outer peripheral surface of the magnet, the outer peripheral surface of the yoke was used.

According to the connector of the first aspect of the present invention, a magnet having two or more poles magnetized on the attracting surface, and a magnetic pole opposite to the attracting surface appears on the non-adsorptive surface. The yoke plate is formed in the same shape as the non-adsorption surface or slightly larger than the non-adsorption surface so as to cover the non-adsorption surface. Here, the polarity arrangement of the magnets attached to one and the other of the couplers is reversed. In other words, if one is an N pole, the other is an S pole, so that they are attracted to each other and the coupler is connected. To release this connection, if the relative position of both is changed so that the opposite poles are the same pole, one magnet and the other magnet can be easily separated using the same-pole repulsion. . Therefore, it is possible to provide an _accessory magnet coupler that is very easy to use. Also, the magnetic leakage can be reduced by creating a magnetic circuit in relation to the yoke plate and the magnet.

(Characteristics of the invention described in claim 2)
The accessory magnet coupler (hereinafter referred to as "coupler of claim 2") according to the invention of claim 2 is the coupler of claim 1, and is an outer peripheral surface of the magnet or an outer periphery of the yoke of the yoke plate. At least one recess or protrusion is formed on either one of the surfaces, or both the outer peripheral surface of the magnet and the yoke outer peripheral surface of the yoke plate.

According to the connector of the second aspect, in addition to the function and effect of the connector of the first aspect, the presence of the recess or the projection makes the relative position of the yoke-attached magnet relative to the connector main body to which the magnet is attached fixed. Can do. If the magnet is a cylinder, it is easy to rotate with respect to the connector main body, and if it is allowed to rotate, inconvenience is likely to occur in connection and release, so this is prevented. That is, in the cylindrical remain magnet when attaching the yoked magnet connector body is inconvenient circumferential positioning, since there is a possibility that the circumferential rotation occurs after the further attachment, its is fear It is for paying.

(Characteristics of Claim 3 )
The accessory magnet coupler according to the invention described in claim 3 (hereinafter referred to as "connector of claim 3 ") is the coupler according to claim 1 or 2 , and is a one-end-opening cylindrical shape constituted by a nonmagnetic material. The magnet and the yoke plate are covered with a casing, and the opening of the casing is closed with a closing member.

According to the connector of the third aspect , in addition to the function and effect of the connector of the first or second aspect , the magnet and the yoke plate are effectively protected from physical impact and rust by the covering effect of the casing. The casing is also effective in creating an aesthetic appearance. The casing may have a function of integrating the magnet and the yoke plate.

(Feature of the invention of claim 4 )
Magnetic coupling device of claim 4 Symbol mounting _ accessory according to the present invention (hereinafter, referred to as "connector of claim 4") is a connector of claim 3, the outer peripheral surface is a plane view substantially circular said casing And at least 1 recessed part or protrusion is formed in the said outer peripheral surface.

According to the connector of claim 4 , in addition to the function and effect of the connector of claim 3 , due to the presence of the recess or the protrusion, the yoke-attached magnet has a fixed relative position to the connector body to which the magnet is attached. Can do. This is because the casing has a substantially circular shape in plan view, so that it is easy to rotate with respect to the main body of the connector, and if rotation is allowed, inconvenience is likely to occur in connection and release, which is prevented. That is, it aims at the circumferential direction rotation stop at the time of attaching the magnet with a yoke to the main body of a coupling tool .

According to the present invention, it is possible to provide an accessory magnet coupling tool that is easy to use and has little magnetic leakage .

Hereinafter, a mode for carrying out the present invention (hereinafter referred to as “the present embodiment” as appropriate) will be described with reference to the drawings.

(Schematic structure of connector)
FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 show a pair of connecting pieces 101 and 103 constituting the connecting tool 1 and a magnet 3 attached in one connecting piece 101 and a yoke plate 5 integrated with the magnet 3. The connecting piece 101 according to the present embodiment has a dome-like shape in which an egg is halved, and one of the connecting devices 1 that connects one end and the other end of an accessory or other string body such as a necklace or a bracelet. Configure. The other connecting piece 103 that is paired with one connecting piece 101 has the same basic structure except that the arrangement direction of the magnetic poles of the magnet (not shown) is opposite to that of the one connecting piece 101. . Therefore, the following description will explain one connecting piece 101 and the magnet 3 and yoke plate 5 attached thereto.

(Magnet structure)
The magnet 3 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is a cylindrical magnet having a basic shape having an attracting surface 3a opposed to the outer peripheral surface 3b and a non-adsorptive surface 3c (see FIG. 2) on the opposite side. . The cylindrical magnet 3 is chamfered at two locations over the entire length in the height direction of the outer peripheral surface 3b. As a result, the adsorbing surface 3a and the non-adsorbing surface 3c are both non-circular, but this is a result of providing two cylindrical recesses 3d having the same size in a plan view with a D shape. It is. The reason why the recess 3d is provided is to prevent rotation of the magnet 3 (yoke plate 5) in the circumferential direction with respect to the connecting piece 101.

That is, with a cylindrical magnet having no recess 3d, positioning in the circumferential direction when attached to the connecting piece 101 is inconvenient, and there is a risk that circumferential rotation after attachment will occur. The recess 3d was provided to eliminate these inconveniences and fears. One recess 3d is sufficient, but if two recesses 3d of the same size are provided at the symmetrical positions, the rotation is clockwise or counterclockwise by up to 180 degrees in the circumferential direction. Otherwise, the recess 3d cannot be moved to the desired position, but if it is provided at two locations, it is sufficient to rotate about 90 degrees at the maximum, and it is possible to save time and effort during assembly. The reason why the concave portion 3d is formed in a D shape in plan view is that the shape is simple and easy to form. However, the shape is not limited to this shape, and any shape that can prevent rotation may be adopted. A protrusion may be formed instead of the recess.

The magnet 3 is magnetized so that only two different magnetic poles arranged in the diameter direction of the attracting surface 3 a appear on the attracting surface 3 a of the magnet 3. The magnet 3 of this embodiment is constituted by a double-sided quadrupole magnet. The double-sided quadrupole magnet employed here has N poles magnetized in half of the attracting surface 3a and S poles in the other half , and the non-adsorbing surface 3c of each pole has the opposite polarity to the above. It is magnetized. Magnets other than double-sided quadrupoles, for example, a single-sided two-pole magnet having an N-pole and an S-pole on each of the adsorption surface and the non-adsorption surface, but having a weak magnetic force on the non-adsorption surface compared to the magnetic force on the adsorption surface There is a single-sided quadrupole with two each, and these are not excluded. However, for example, when a double-sided quadrupole magnet is used in a coupler that releases rotation, it is necessary to rotate the coupling position in the circumferential direction by approximately 160 degrees in order to release the connection. On the other hand, when a single-sided multipole magnet is used, the connection is released with a rotation of 90 degrees or less. Accessories such as necklaces (jewelry) cannot be said to be in contact with your hands, hair, or even clothing and not rotate 90 degrees while you are wearing them. There is also a fear. Therefore, it is preferable to allow about 160 degrees of rotation for safety. The reason why the double-sided four-pole is adopted instead of the single-sided two-pole is that the double-sided four-pole is considered to have a stronger magnetic force even with the same rated magnet.

(Yoke plate structure)
The yoke plate 5 is made of a magnetic material such as pure iron, nickel, or ferritic stainless steel. The yoke plate 5 is formed in substantially the same shape as the non-adsorptive surface 3c so as to substantially cover the non-adsorptive surface 3c of the magnet 3, but is not adsorbed like the yoke plate 5A shown in FIG. Peripheral wall portions (8B, 8C) which are formed in a similar shape slightly larger than the surface 3c, or have a peripheral edge protruding from the non-adsorptive surface 3c upright on the magnet 3 side as shown in FIGS. 3 (B) and 3 (C) May be provided. The reason why the peripheral wall portion is provided is to further increase the prevention efficiency of the magnetic flux leakage of the magnet 3. The magnets 3A, 3B, and 3C indicated by two-dot chain lines (shown by solid lines in the cross-sectional view) have a cylindrical shape, but do not hinder the formation of recesses in them. The yoke plate 5 may be a single layer or may be formed by laminating thin plates. Reference numeral 5 b shown in FIG. 2 indicates the outer peripheral surface of the yoke plate 5.

The magnet 3 and the yoke plate 5 are generally integrated by welding, brazing, soldering, or the like. Therefore, the magnet 3 according to the present embodiment includes the _magnet 3, the yoke plate 5, and the adhesive layer 7.The adhesive layer consists of a magnet and a yoke plate that are welded, brazed, soldered, and so on. Other adhesives are used.It is also possible to employ integration by fusion shown in Patent Document 1 described above.

(First modification of this embodiment)
A modification of the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. As shown in FIG. 4, the yoke plate 15 is integrated with the magnet 13, but the magnet 13 is cylindrical and does not have a recess or protrusion. Instead, the circular yoke plate 15 having a diameter larger than that of the magnet 13 is provided with semicircular recesses 17 and 17 on the peripheral edge protruding from the magnet 13 to prevent rotation between the connection tool 1 (connection pieces 101 and 103). It is formed for the purpose. Although the number of recesses 17 is two here, at least one is sufficient and three or more may be used. Moreover, a recessed part does not prevent forming together with the magnet 13 (illustration omitted). In other words, the recesses including the above-described embodiment may be formed only on the magnet or only on the yoke plate. Further, it can be provided on both the magnet and the yoke plate.

(Second modification of this embodiment)
A second modification of the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. The feature of the second modification is that a casing is provided. That is, the magnet 41 and the yoke plate 43 are covered with the one-end-opening cylindrical casing 31 made of a nonmagnetic material. The casing 31 includes a magnet casing portion 33 and a large-diameter yoke plate casing portion 37 that continues to the opening side of the magnet casing portion 33 via a step portion 35. If the magnet and the casing have the same size, there is no need to provide the step portion 35. The magnet casing portion 33 is a cylindrical case having a D shape in plan view, in which a recess 33a is formed, and a magnet 41 having a D shape in plan view is placed therein. The reason why both are formed in a D shape is to prevent rotation in the circumferential direction between the magnet casing portion 33 and the magnet 41. It is good also considering the cut for D shape formation as two or more places.

The yoke plate casing portion 37 is a casing for covering the yoke plate 43. On the periphery of the yoke plate casing portion 37, a plurality of concave portions 37a,... For the purpose of preventing circumferential rotation are formed at equal intervals in the circumferential direction. The shape of each recess 37a can be freely set according to the shape, form, etc. of the connecting pieces 101, 103. On the open end (lower end in FIG. 8) of the yoke plate casing portion 37, a plurality (four in this case) of fixing claws 37b,. Each of the fixing claws 37b is a member for fixing the magnet 41, the yoke plate 43, and the closing member 45 for closing the opening to the casing 31 by bending it inward. By fixing the yoke plate 43, the opening of the casing 31 is closed. The magnet 41 and the yoke plate 43 can be effectively protected from physical impact and rust by the covering effect of the casing 31. Furthermore, the casing is also effective in creating an aesthetic appearance. The magnet 41 and the yoke plate 43 may be integrated by putting the former first and then fixing the latter.
