図1は本発明の一実施の形態による回転角度・トルク検出装置の断面図、図2は同分解斜視図であり、同図において、21は略円筒状でステアリングに連動して回転するポリブチレンテレフタレート等の絶縁樹脂製の第一の回転体で、上端外周には平歯車部21Aが形成されている。

Claims (1)
- ステアリングに連動して回転する第一の回転体と、この第一の回転体に連結体を介して固着された第二の回転体と、上記第一の回転体の回転トルクを検出する回転トルク検出手段と、上記第一の回転体に連動して回転する第一の検出体と、上記第二の回転体に連動して回転する第二の検出体と、上記第一及び第二の検出体の回転角度を検出する回転角度検出手段と、上記回転トルク検出手段と回転角度検出手段に接続された制御手段からなり、上記回転トルク検出手段は、円筒状で上記第一の回転体の外周に固着されると共に磁極の異なるN極とS極が円筒側面の上下左右に隣接して着磁形成され所定の角度間隔で配置された磁石と、リング状で内周が上記磁石に対向し上記第二の回転体の外周に配置された第一の磁性体と、リング状で内周が上記磁石に対向し上記第二の回転体の外周に配置され、上記第一及び第二の回転体の配置方向において上記第一の磁性体と隙間を設けて配置された第二の磁性体と、上記磁石の外周と上記第一の磁性体及び上記第二の磁性体の内周との間に配置され、上記第二の回転体に放射状に所定の角度間隔で複数固着された略舌片状の第三の磁性体と、上記第一の磁性体と上記第二の磁性体との間に、上記磁石と対向するように配設された磁気検出素子とを備え、上記制御手段が上記回転トルク検出手段と上記回転角度検出手段を用いて回転トルクを検出する回転角度・トルク検出装置。
