Claims (11)
- 芳香族二無水物と芳香族ジアミンの共重合体から製造され、フィルムの厚さを50〜100μmとした場合において、TMA法に従って50〜250℃で測定した平均線膨張係数(CTE)が35.0ppm/℃以下であり、黄色度が15以下であり、
芳香族二無水物は、2,2−ビス(3,4−ジカルボキシフェニル)ヘキサフルオロプロパン二無水物(6FDA)、4,4’−(4,4’−イソプロピリデンジフェノキシ)ビス(無水フタル酸)(6HBDA)から選ばれる1種と、ビフェニルテトラカルボン酸二無水物(BPDA)、オキシジフタル酸二無水物(ODPA)、ピロメリト酸二無水物(PMDA)から選ばれる1種とからなり、
芳香族ジアミンは、2,2’−ビス(トリフルオロメチル)−4,4’−ジアミノビフェニル(2,2’−TFDB)と、2,2'−ビス(4−アミノフェニル)ヘキサフルオロプロパン(4,4'−6F)、4,4’−オキシジアニリン(4,4’−ODA)、ビス(3−アミノフェニル)スルホン(3−DDS)から選ばれる1種と、からなるポリイミドフィルム。 - フィルムの厚さ50〜100μmとした場合において、紫外分光光度計で透過率を測定した場合、380〜780nmでの平均透過率が85%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポリイミドフィルム。
- フィルムの厚さ50〜100μmとした場合において、紫外分光光度計で透過率を測定した場合、550nmでの透過率が88%以上、440nmでの透過率が70%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポリイミドフィルム。
- 紫外分光光度計で透過率を測定した場合、50%遮断波長が400nm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポリイミドフィルム。
- フィルムの厚さ50〜100μmとした場合において、紫外分光光度計で色座標を測定した場合、L値が90以上であり、a値が5以下であり、b値が5以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポリイミドフィルム。
- ジアミンと二無水物を第1溶媒の下で重合してポリアミック酸溶液を得、得られたポリアミック酸溶液をイミド化した後、イミド化した溶液を第2溶媒に添加し、ろ過及び乾燥して固体のポリイミド樹脂を得、得られた固体のポリイミド樹脂を第1溶媒に溶解させてポリイミド溶液を得、その後、これをフィルム形成工程に付すことによって製造される、請求項1に記載のポリイミドフィルム。
- 第2溶媒は、第1溶媒の極性よりも低い極性を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のポリイミドフィルム。
- 第1溶媒は、m−クレゾール、N−メチル−2−ピロリドン(NMP)、ジメチルホルムアミド(DMF)、ジメチルアセトアミド(DMAc)、ジメチルスルホキシド(DMSO)、アセトン、ジエチルアセテート;低沸点溶液;または低吸収性溶媒から選ばれる1種以上であり、第2溶媒は、水、アルコール類、エーテル類、及びケトン類から選ばれる1種以上であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のポリイミドフィルム。
- 請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項によるポリイミドフィルムを含む表示素子用基板。
- 請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項によるポリイミドフィルムを含む配向膜。
- 請求項4によるポリイミドフィルムを含む保護膜。
