Description
a)第1ステップで、転がり軸受のハブの端部を最終的に変形加工するまえに、たとえば端部を形状付与して前処理(いわゆる縁拡開)したあとで、前処理されない端部で、雌型を、前組立状態で転がり軸受けに軸方向に配置する。端部は、たとえばハブの中空円筒状の端部であってよく、ホイールハブは、当て工具によって、軸方向のみならず半径方向でも変形される。転がり軸受けのハブは、転がり軸受けの切削加工可能な部分であり、この部分に、ホイール軸受けの場合にはホイールフランジが一体的に成形されている。
Claims (3)
- 転がり軸受の突出部(12)から端面歯列(10)を加圧成形する方法において、
ハブ(2)の端部(9)を変形加工するまえに、雌型(5)を、前組立状態で転がり軸受に軸方向に配置する第1ステップと、
端部(9)を変形加工して、同時に端面歯列(10)を成形する間、雌型(5)が、形成される突出部(12)の半径方向の拡がりを半径方向で制限する第2ステップと、
を備え、
第1ステップと第2ステップとの間で、転がり軸受の内輪(4)を用いて雌型(5)を当該転がり軸受の中心軸線に対してセンタリングし、
第2ステップの間に、雌型(5)と一体的に結合されているクランプリング(6)が、転がり軸受の内輪(4)を半径方向で外側から内側に支持することを特徴とする、端面歯列を加圧成形する方法。 - 雌型(5)は、突出部(12)の軸方向および/または半径方向の外面(11)を成形する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 雌型(5)の内側付加部(7)は、突出部(12)の半径方向の外面(11)を成形し、制限する、請求項2記載の方法。
