Description
この発明に係る粉体塗装装置は、コロナガンのガン先に、粉体塗料の吐出パターンAを形成する粉体塗装用ノズル1を装着している。

Claims (4)
- コロナガンのガン先に、粉体塗料の吐出パターンを制御する吐出口を備えた粉体塗装用ノズルを装着し、上記吐出口に、コロナ電極に向けてリンスエアーを噴出するエアー導出口を設けた粉体塗装装置において、被塗装物と吐出口との距離が近づいた際に、上記エアー導出口からのリンスエアーの噴出を停止又は弱めるように間欠的に行うようにしたことを特徴とする粉体塗装装置。
- 上記リンスエアーの噴出量を、コロナガンの電流値の変動に応じて調整を行うことを特徴とする請求項1記載の粉体塗装装置。
- 被塗装物に対する粉体塗料の吐出の停止時に、上記エアー導出口からのリンスエアーの噴出を行うことを特徴とする請求項1記載の粉体塗装装置。
- 上記粉体塗装用ノズルが、扇状にフラットに広がる粉体塗料の吐出パターンを形成する、スリット形状の吐出口を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の粉体塗装装置。
