Claims (10)
- タンク内の液化ガスを熱交換器で気化して供給先に供給する供給路を備える一方、前記タンク内の液化ガスを気化させて前記タンクに還流する還流路を備え、該還流路に設けられた加圧調節手段で前記タンク内の圧力を調節して前記供給路を通してガスの供給を行うガス供給装置であって、
前記タンクが、真空断熱層と、これを挟む外壁及び内壁を有し、
前記内壁の内側に前記液化ガスを貯留する液化ガス貯留部を備えるとともに、
該液化ガス貯留部の外側の前記真空断熱層に、該真空断熱層に囲まれ、前記液化ガスを気化させる内部遮熱室が形成され、
これら液化ガス貯留部と内部遮熱室との間に、前記液化ガスを前記液化ガス貯留部から前記内部遮熱室に導出する導出路が形成され、
前記液化ガス貯留部に、前記供給路が接続されるとともに、前記液化ガス貯留部における前記液化ガスより上方の気相空間に前記還流路の下流端が接続され、
前記内部遮熱室の上部には、前記還流路に気化ガスを送出する送出口が形成され、
前記内部遮熱室には、導入された液化ガスを加熱して気化させる熱交換部が備えられ、
前記熱交換部の熱媒体には、前記タンク内から前記タンク外に備えられて気体を循環させ前記タンク内に位置する一部を前記熱交換部とする、熱媒体循環路を循環する前記気体が用いられた
ガス供給装置。 - タンク内の液化ガスを熱交換器で気化して供給先に供給する供給路を備える一方、前記タンク内の液化ガスを気化させて前記タンクに還流する還流路を備え、該還流路に設けられた加圧調節手段で前記タンク内の圧力を調節して前記供給路を通してガスの供給を行うガス供給装置であって、
前記タンクが、真空断熱層と、これを挟む外壁及び内壁を有し、
前記内壁の内側に前記液化ガスを貯留する液化ガス貯留部を備えるとともに、
前記内壁の外側に前記内壁で取り囲まれた空間が設けられ、該空間内に前記液化ガスを気化させる内部遮熱室が前記真空断熱層を介して形成され、
これら液化ガス貯留部と内部遮熱室との間に、前記液化ガスを前記液化ガス貯留部から前記内部遮熱室に導出する導出路が形成され、
前記液化ガス貯留部に、前記供給路が接続されるとともに、前記液化ガス貯留部における前記液化ガスより上方の気相空間に前記還流路の下流端が接続され、
前記内部遮熱室の上部には、前記還流路に気化ガスを送出する送出口が形成され、
前記内部遮熱室には、導入された液化ガスを加熱して気化させる熱交換部が備えられ、
前記熱交換部の熱媒体には、前記タンク内から前記タンク外に備えられて気体を循環させ前記タンク内に位置する一部を前記熱交換部とする、熱媒体循環路を循環する前記気体が用いられた
ガス供給装置。 - 前記内部遮熱室が、液化ガス貯留部に取り囲まれた状態で設けられた
請求項1に記載のガス供給装置。 - 前記還流路のうち前記タンクよりも下流側の部位に前記加圧調節手段が設けられ、
該加圧調節手段が、前記液化ガス貯留部内の圧力に基づいて還流するガスの流量を制御するものである
請求項1から請求項3のうちのいずれか一項に記載のガス供給装置。 - 前記内部遮熱室が複数備えられた
請求項1から請求項4のうちのいずれか一項に記載のガス供給装置。 - 前記熱交換部の熱媒体として、前記供給路に備えられた前記熱交換器の下流側と前記熱媒体循環路との間を接続する熱媒体供給路を通じて前記熱交換器で気化された気化ガスの一部を前記熱媒体循環路に導いて前記熱媒体循環路を満たして用いる
