Description
最初に、図4を用いて、本実施形態の回転伝達部材が設けられるシートの全体構成を説明する。図において、シートとフロアとの間には、一対のシートトラック1、1’が設けられている。このシートトラック1、1’は、フロア側に設けられるロアレール3、3’と、ロアレール3、3’に移動可能に係合するアッパレール5、5’とからなっている。アッパレール5、5’には、シートクッションフレーム,シートバックフレーム等からなるシート本体7が設けられる。
(1) 嵌合部23に熱収縮チューブ41を設け、嵌合部23の先端側に収縮部43、基端側に非収縮部45を形成したことにより、フレキシブルシャフト21を穴31に嵌合した際、嵌合部23の外周面と穴31の内周面との間に隙間があっても、熱収縮チューブ41の非収縮部45が穴31の内面に押接し、嵌合時の両者の隙間を吸収する。よって、異音の発生が抑制される。また、隙間のない嵌合により、回転トルクの伝達効率が向上する。

Claims (3)
- 端部に異形断面の嵌合部が形成され、前記嵌合部が異形断面の穴に嵌合する回転伝達部材において、
前記嵌合部に被せられた熱収縮チューブを有し、
該熱収縮チューブは、
前記嵌合部の先端部に設けられ、熱収縮により前記嵌合部の外面に密着した収縮部と、
前記嵌合部の基端側に設けられ、熱収縮せず、弾性変形可能な非収縮部と、
を有することを特徴とする回転伝達部材。 - 前記収縮部は、前記嵌合部の周面と先端面とに密着し、
前記嵌合部の先端面に密着した部分が、前記嵌合部を前記穴に挿入する際に、前記熱収縮チューブが前記嵌合部に対してずれるのを禁止するズレ止め手段として機能することを有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の回転伝達部材。 - フレキシブルシャフトであることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の回転伝達部材。
