粘着テープベース紙を製造するために、ティッシュクラフト紙グレードの、茶色の、C.A.Lensing Entsorgung GmbHの100%廃棄紙が、ティッシュクラフト紙、茶/白の名で、使用された。この廃棄紙グレードのセルロース繊維は、以下の性質を有していた(DIN EN ISO 5269−2によるラピッド−コーセン法により製造された試験用シートで測定され、試験用シートの重さは70g/m2)。

Claims (16)
- ポリマー懸濁液、ポリマー溶液、又はそれらの混合物で浸漬されることによって含浸された紙支持体を含み、前記紙支持体がリサイクルされた長繊維軟材セルロース繊維を含むことを特徴とする、粘着テープ用の紙。
- 前記リサイクルされたセルロース繊維が、CEPI/B.I.R.−標準グレードのEuropean Listによるグループ4のアンサイズ廃棄紙グレードに由来することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の粘着テープ用の紙。
- 前記リサイクルされたセルロース繊維の叩解度が、50°Schopper Riegler未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の粘着テープ用の紙。
- リサイクルされたセルロース繊維100%からなる試験用シートが、単位面積当たりの重さが70g/m2であり、ラピッド−コーセン法により形成され、乾燥状態における破断強度が少なくとも35N/15mmであり、且つ/又は吸引高さが0mmを超えることを特徴とする、請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の粘着テープ用の紙。
- 前記含浸された紙支持体の割裂強度が1.7N/15mmを超えることを特徴とする、請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の粘着テープ用の紙。
- 前記紙支持体の一面が分離層を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の粘着テープ用の紙。
- 前記紙支持体が、分離層とは反対の側に結合剤層を有することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の粘着テープ用の紙。
- カレンダ成形されることを特徴とする、請求項6又は7に記載の粘着テープ用の紙。
- スチールローラとゴムローラとの間で、割裂圧力30−300N/mmで、かつ20℃から70℃の間の温度で、カレンダ成形されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の粘着テープ用の紙。
- 前記含浸された紙支持体中のリサイクルされたセルロース繊維の量は、そこに含まれる全セルロース繊維に基づいて、>50%であることを特徴とする、請求項1から9の何れか一項に記載の粘着テープ用の紙。
- 前記含浸された紙支持体中のリサイクルされたセルロース繊維の量は、そこに含まれる全セルロース繊維に基づいて、≧90%であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の粘着テープ用の紙。
- 請求項1から11の何れか一項に記載の粘着テープ用の紙、及び粘着層を含む、粘着テープ。
- リサイクルされたセルロース繊維、及び任意に紙製造のための添加剤を含む紙パルプを粉砕し、紙支持体ウェブに加工し、前記紙支持体ウェブはその後含浸される、請求項1に記載の粘着テープ用の紙の製造方法。
- 請求項1から11の何れか一項に記載の粘着テープ用の紙の上に、粘着剤を塗布する段階を含む、粘着テープの製造方法。
- 請求項7に記載の結合剤層の上に、粘着剤を塗布する段階を含む、粘着テープの製造方法。
- 粘着テープの製造における、請求項1から11の何れか一項に記載の粘着テープ用の紙の使用。
