Claims (7)
- アルミノシリケートガラスからなる板ガラスの板表面に対して、化学強化による圧縮応力層を形成する圧縮強化処理工程と、圧縮強化処理工程により化学強化された板ガラスの板表面をスクライブして、強化板ガラスを得る分断加工工程とを有し、スクライブの際に、刃先角度が90〜140°のホイールチップを用いることを特徴とする強化板ガラスの製造方法。
- Al2O3を5質量%以上含むアルミノシリケートガラスを用いることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の強化板ガラスの製造方法。
- スクライブが、化学強化された板ガラスの板表面に対して0.5〜1.5kgfの印加条件で行われることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の強化板ガラスの製造方法。
- スクライブが、速度10〜1000mm/sで行われることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の強化板ガラスの製造方法。
- スクライブによりスクライブラインを入れた後に、折り割り操作を行うことを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の強化板ガラスの製造方法。
