前記補助具本体の凹部に嵌合可能な第2軸部を一端部に有し、落下防止用の第1紐体を他端部に繋留した円柱状の連結具と、を備え、
前記補助具本体の凹部は、互いに対向するように内壁から突出し、前記コッターの第1挿通穴の開口端に嵌合可能な一対の半球状の突起を有し、
前記連結具の第2軸部は、開口端が一対の前記突起に嵌合可能な第2挿通穴を有し、
前記補助具本体は、前記コッターを前記凹部に連結した状態で、前記第1貫通穴及び前記第2貫通穴から当該補助具本体を通過可能に引き抜くための第2紐体を繋留可能な穴部を前記挿入端部に有し、
前記第1紐体を前記連結具に繋留した状態で、前記補助具本体の凹部に前記第2軸部を挿入して、前記補助具本体と前記連結具を連結する第1工程と、
前記補助具本体と前記連結具を連結した状態で、前記挿入端部を先頭にして前記第1貫通穴及び前記第2貫通穴に挿入する第2工程と、
前記第1支持部の一方の端面から前記挿入端部が突出した状態で、当該挿入端部に前記第2紐体を繋留する第3工程と、
