Description
本発明は、識別ユニットを備えた工作機械安全装置に基づくものであり、この識別ユニットは、当該工作機械における使用状況を識別するために設けられている。
Claims (11)
- 識別ユニット(32)を備えた工作機械安全装置であって、
前記識別ユニット(32)は、工作機械(10)における使用状況を識別するために設けられている形式の工作機械安全装置において、
前記識別ユニット(32)が、第1の安全監視領域(36)を監視するための画像検出ユニット(34)と、該画像検出ユニット(34)とは異なる第2の安全領域(40)を監視するためのセンサユニット(38)を含み、
前記センサユニット(38)は、前記画像検出ユニット(34)よりも高い検出周波数を有しており、かつ、熱赤外線領域を含む赤外線領域の放射ビームを検出するための少なくとも1つの感度領域を有しており、
前記識別ユニット(32)は、評価ユニット(44)を有しており、該評価ユニット(44)は、前記画像検出ユニット(34)によって検出された画像データに基づいて、色、輪郭、組織からなるグループから少なくとも1つの特徴を評価し、使用者の着用部分及び人体組織の少なくとも1つの特徴と前記画像データとを照らし合わせることにより、前記第1の安全監視領域(36)内における人体の一部の存在の有無を識別するために設けられていることを特徴とする工作機械安全装置。 - 第1の安全監視領域(36)は、第2の安全監視領域(40)を含んでいる請求項1記載の工作機械安全装置。
- 第2の安全監視領域(40)は、工具領域に相応している請求項1又は2記載の工作機械安全装置。
- 前記識別ユニット(32)は評価ユニット(44)を有しており、該評価ユニット(44)は、安全監視領域(36)内を移動する対象の軌道(B<)を求めるために設けられている、請求項1から3いずれか1項記載の工作機械安全装置。
- 前記識別ユニット(32)は評価ユニット(44)を有しており、該評価ユニット(44)は、安全監視領域(36)内を移動する対象の速度レベルを求めるために設けられている、請求項1から3いずれか1項記載の工作機械安全装置。
- 前記工作機械安全装置は制御ユニット(46)を有しており、該制御ユニット(46)は、安全手段を実施するアクチュエータユニット(48,50)のトリガに対して、画像検出ユニット(34)の識別過程とセンサユニット(38)の識別過程を前提としている、請求項1から5いずれか1項記載の工作機械安全装置。
- 前記工作機械安全装置は制御ユニット(46)を有しており、該制御ユニット(46)は、少なくとも1つの作動モードにおいて、安全手段を実施するアクチュエータユニット(48,50)が、センサユニット(38)を用いてトリガされた識別信号に依存してトリガされるようにするために設けられている、請求項1から5いずれか1項記載の工作機械安全装置。
- 前記工作機械安全装置は、前記制御ユニット(46)の遮断モードにおいて、前記トリガユニット(48,50)のトリガを遮断するための手段(54)を有している、請求項7記載の工作機械安全装置。
- 前記手段(54)は、制御ユニット(46)の解除モードにおいて、画像検出ユニット(34)を用いてトリガされた識別信号に依存して遮断を解除するために設けられている、請求項8記載の工作機械安全装置。
- 前記工作機械安全装置は制御ユニット(46)を有しており、該制御ユニット(46)は、識別ユニット(32)を較正調整するための較正調整モードを有している、請求項1から9いずれか1項記載の工作機械安全装置。
- 請求項1から10いずれか1項記載の工作機械安全装置を備えていることを特徴とする工作機械。
