Claims (15)
- 組織の標的体積にエネルギーを向けるための電気外科手術装置であって、
内側導体、前記内側導体の周りに同軸に配置された外側導体、およびその間に配置された誘電性材料を有する同軸の供給線と、
アンテナアセンブリと、
を備え、
前記アンテナアセンブリは、
前記アンテナアセンブリへの前記同軸の供給線の遠位端で、前記外側導体および前記誘電性材料を遠位に越えて伸長する前記内側導体の伸長部と、
第1の半円筒形誘電セグメントと、
第2の半円筒形誘電セグメントと、
前記第2の半円筒形誘電セグメントの少なくとも一部分を被覆する細長いシャフトであって、前記第1の半円筒形誘電セグメントに少なくとも部分的に並んだ、エネルギーの放射のための画定された開口部を有する前記細長いシャフトと、
を備え、前記第1および第2の半円筒形誘電セグメントは、前記アンテナアセンブリの縦軸に沿って互いに結合され、前記同軸の供給線の遠位端で前記外側導体および前記誘電性材料を遠位に越えて伸長する前記内側導体の前記伸長部の一部分を取り囲む、電気外科手術装置。 - 前記第1の半円筒形誘電セグメントが、縦方向に伸長するチャネルを規定し、前記チャネルは、前記内側導体の前記伸長部の少なくとも一部分を受けるように構成され、前記内側導体前記伸長部が、前記同軸の供給線の遠位端で、前記外側導体および前記誘電性材料を遠位に越えて伸長する、請求項1に記載の電気外科手術装置。
- 前記第1および第2の半円筒形誘電セグメントの各々が、少なくとも1つの平表面および半円筒形表面を備える、請求項1に記載の電気外科手術装置。
- 前記第1および第2の半円筒形誘電セグメントが、互いに結合されるとき、前記第1の半円筒形誘電セグメントの前記少なくとも1つの平表面が前記第2の半円筒形誘電セグメントの前記少なくとも1つの平表面と接触して配置される、請求項3に記載の電気外科手術装置。
- 前記細長いシャフトの開口部が、RF透明材料で塞がれる、請求項1に記載の電気外科手術装置。
- 前記第1の半円筒形誘電セグメントが、前記細長いシャフトの開口部を塞ぐように構成される、請求項1に記載の電気外科手術装置。
- 前記細長いシャフトが、前記同軸の供給線の前記外側導体に電気的に結合される、請求項1に記載の電気外科手術装置。
- 前記第1の半円筒形誘電セグメントの誘電率は、前記第2の半円筒形誘電セグメントの誘電率より高い、請求項1に記載の電気外科手術装置。
- 組織の標的体積にエネルギーを向けるための電気外科手術装置であって、
内側導体、前記内側導体の周囲に同軸に配置された外側導体、およびその間に配置された誘電性材料を有する同軸の供給線と、
アンテナアセンブリと、
を備え、
前記アンテナアセンブリは、
前記アンテナアセンブリへの前記同軸の供給線の遠位端で、前記外側導体および前記誘電性材料を遠位に越えて伸長する前記内側導体の伸長部と、
前記同軸の供給線の遠位端に配置され、前記同軸の供給線の遠位端で前記外側導体および前記誘電性材料を遠位に越えて伸長する前記内側導体の前記伸長部の近位の部分を取り囲む、近位の円筒形の誘電スリーブと、
前記近位の円筒形の誘電スリーブの遠位に配置された遠位の円筒形の誘電スリーブと、
第1の半円筒形誘電セグメントと、
第2の半円筒形誘電セグメントと、
前記近位の円筒形の誘電スリーブ、前記第1の半円筒形誘電セグメント、前記第2の半円筒形誘電セグメント、および前記遠位の円筒形の誘電スリーブを被覆する細長いシャフトであって、前記第1誘電セグメントに少なくとも部分的に並んだ、エネルギーの放射のための画定された開口部を有する前記細長いシャフトと、
前記細長いシャフトに配置され、前記細長いシャフトの前記開口部を少なくとも部分的に被覆するバラン構造と、を備え、
前記第1および第2の半円筒形誘電セグメントは、前記アンテナアセンブリの縦軸に沿って互いに結合され、前記第1の半円筒形誘電セグメントの誘電率は、前記第2の半円筒形誘電セグメントの誘電率より高く、
前記第1および第2の半円筒形誘電セグメントは、前記近位の円筒形の誘電スリーブおよび前記遠位の円筒形の誘電スリーブの間に配置される、電気外科手術装置。 - 前記近位の円筒形の誘電スリーブおよび前記遠位の円筒形の誘電スリーブのうち少なくとも一方が、前記内側導体を収容するように構成された、縦方向に伸長する中心チャネルを備える、請求項9に記載の電気外科手術装置。
- 前記バラン構造が、第1バラン外側導体および第2バラン外側導体を備え、前記第1および第2バラン外側導体の各々が、前記細長いシャフトの前記開口部を少なくとも部分的に被覆して配置される、請求項9に記載の電気外科手術装置。
- 前記細長いシャフトの前記開口部が、RF透明材料で塞がれる、請求項9に記載の電気外科手術装置。
- 前記第1の半円筒形誘電セグメントが、前記細長いシャフトの前記開口部を塞ぐように構成される、請求項9に記載の電気外科手術装置。
- 前記遠位の円筒形の誘電スリーブに対して遠位に配置され、組織を穿孔するように構成された先端を有する、先細の部分をさらに備える、請求項9に記載の電気外科手術装置。
- 前記第1および第2の半円筒形誘電セグメントの各々が、少なくとも1つの平表面および半円筒形表面を備える、請求項9に記載の電気外科手術装置。
