Claims (11)
- 切り屑溝(22A,B)が設けられ、回転軸線(8)に沿って軸方向に延在し、その外側前端部に切削コーナ(16A,B)に向かって半径方向外側に延びる少なくとも2つの主切れ刃(14A,B)が設けられる基体(6)を含む、ドリルチップ(2)であって、前記基体(6)は、横断面図に見られるように、前記切削コーナ(16A,B)の高さにおいて前記回転軸線(8)を中心とする回転に対して非対称に実現され、
前記基体(6)は、前記切削コーナ(16A,B)から軸方向の一定距離に、対称な構成を有するドリルチップ(2)において、
前記切り屑溝(22A,B)は前記切削コーナ(16A,B)の高さにおいて互いに等しい空間の断面積を有することを特徴とする、ドリルチップ(2)。
- 切り屑溝(22A,B)が設けられ、回転軸線(8)に沿って軸方向に延在し、その外側前端部に切削コーナ(16A,B)に向かって半径方向外側に延びる少なくとも2つの主切れ刃(14A,B)が設けられる基体(6)を含む、ドリルチップ(2)であって、前記基体(6)は、横断面図に見られるように、前記切削コーナ(16A,B)の高さにおいて前記回転軸線(8)を中心とする回転に対して非対称に実現され、
前記基体(6)は、前記切削コーナ(16A,B)から軸方向の一定距離に、対称な構成を有するドリルチップ(2)において、
前記主切れ刃(14A,B)に隣接して、後端部(20A,B)を含む主逃げ面(19A,B)があり、前記後端部(20A,B)は互いに対して等しい角距離を有することを特徴とする、ドリルチップ(2)。 - 軸方向に延びる第2切れ刃は前記それぞれの切削コーナ(16A,B)から始まる請求項2に記載のドリルチップ(2)において、
前記切削コーナ(16A,B)は周縁部の周囲に均等に配分されず、前記切削コーナ(16A,B)から軸方向の一定距離において、前記第2切れ刃(18A,B)は均等な配分で配置されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のドリルチップ(2)。 - 前記対称から前記非対称な構成への移行領域(32)内において、前記第2切れ刃(18A,B)は前記回転軸線(8)に対して様々な傾斜角をとることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のドリルチップ(2)。
- 前記切削コーナ(16A,B)の高さにおいて、前記切り屑溝(22A,B)は互いに対して非対称に実現され、前記切削コーナ(16A,B)から軸方向の一定距離において、それらは互いに対して対称に実現されることを特徴とする、請求項2〜4のいずれか一項に記載のドリルチップ(2)。
- 前記非対称の構成は、連続的に、および、滑らかな状態で前記対称な構成へと移行していくことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のドリルチップ(2)。
- モジュラ式穴あけ工具(5)のドリル基体(4)内に挿入される交換可能なモジュラ部品として実現されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のドリルチップ(2)。
- 後部外側面(27)を有し、前記後部外側面(27)の高さに前記対称な構造があることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のドリルチップ(2)。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のドリルチップ(2)を有する穴あけ工具(5)。
- ドリル基体(4)と、その中、外側端部に、交換可能に挿入されうる前記ドリルチップ(2)と、を有する、モジュラ式穴あけ工具(5)として実現される、請求項9に記載の穴あけ工具(5)。
- 前記ドリルチップ(2)のための前記ドリル基体(4)のレシーバの領域が対称に実現される、請求項10に記載の穴あけ工具(5)。
