Claims (10)
- 導光板と、
前記導光板の側面に配置される光源と、
前記光源及び前記導光板の間に介される光変換部材と、
前記導光板及び前記光変換部材の間に配置される第1密着部材と、
前記光源及び前記光変換部材の間に配置される第2密着部材と、
前記光変換部材及び前記導光板の間に介される多数個の光経路変更粒子と、
を含み、
前記光変換部材は量子ドット(QD)を含み、
各々の光経路変更粒子は、
透明なビードと、
前記ビードの表面に形成される反射部と、を含み、
前記光経路変更粒子はガラスまたはポリマーを含み、
前記光経路変更粒子は、前記第1密着部材の内部に分散されることを特徴とする、表示装置。 - 前記反射部は、フッ化マグネシウム、シリコンオキサイド、またはジルコニウムオキサイドを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記反射部は約400nm乃至約500nmの波長を有する光に対する第1反射率、及び約500nm乃至約700nmの波長を有する光に対する第2反射率を有し、
前記第1反射率は前記第2反射率より大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記光源は約400nm乃至約500nmの波長を有する第1光を発生させ、
前記光変換部材は前記第1光を約500nm乃至約700nmの波長を有する光に変換させることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の表示装置。 - 前記反射部は多数個の反射層を含み、
互いに隣接する反射層の間の屈折率が互いに異なることを特徴とする、請求項3
に記載の表示装置。 - 導光板と、
前記導光板の側面に配置される光源と、
前記光源及び前記導光板の間に介される光変換部材と、
前記導光板及び前記光変換部材の間に配置される第1密着部材と、
前記光源及び前記光変換部材の間に配置される第2密着部材と、
前記第1密着部材の内に分散される多数個の光経路変更粒子と、を含み、
前記光経路変更粒子は約400nm乃至約500nmの波長帯の光を選択的に反射する反射層を含み、
前記光変換部材は量子ドット(QD)を含むことを特徴とする、表示装置。 - 前記反射部は多数個の反射層を含み、
前記反射層のうち、互いに隣接する反射層は互いに異なる屈折率を有することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の表示装置。 - 前記反射層は以下の式を満たすことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の表示装置。
n×d=λ/8
nは前記反射層の屈折率、dは前記反射層の厚さ、λは400乃至470nm。 - 前記反射層は以下の式を満たすことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の表示装置。
n×d=λ/4
nは前記反射層の屈折率、dは前記反射層の厚さ、λは400乃至470nm。 - 前記光経路変更粒子は前記密着部材に約10乃至約50wt%の割合で分散されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の表示装置。
