Description
(1)二つの流体が平行に配置され、同じ方向に移動する:並流(アンチメソディック(antimethodic))モード、
(2)二つの流体が平行に配置され、逆方向に移動する:向流(メソディック(methodic))モード、
(3)二つの流体が直角に配置される交差流モード:この交差流モードは並流モードまたは向流モードの傾向にできる。
(4)二つの流体の一方が第2の流体が通る大径パイプ中でUターンする。この形状は長さの半分が向流交換器で他の半分が並流交換器であるものと等価:ピンヘッドモード。
計算ツール
密度、エンタルピー、エントロピーおよび混合物の液体/蒸気平衡データはRK-Soave式を用いて計算した。この式を使用するには該当混合物中の各純粋化合物の性質に関する知識と、各二成分混合物に対する相互作用係数とが必要である。
これらの化合物のデータは「ASHRAE Handbook 2005、第20章」に記載されており、また、Refrop(冷媒の性質を計算するためにNISTによって開発されたソフトウェア)から入手できる。
HFO-1234yfの温度-圧力曲線データは静的方法で測定できる。臨界温度および臨界圧力はSetaramから市販のC80カロリメータを使用して測定される。温度を関数とする飽和密度はパリのEcole des Mines研究所が開発した振動管デンシトメータ法を用いて測定される。
混合物中の各化合物の挙動を表すためにRK-Soave式では二元相互作用係数を使用する。この係数は液体−蒸気平衡の実験データの関数として計算される。
HFC-32/HFO-1234yf二成分混合物の液体/蒸気平衡の測定は-10℃、30℃、70℃で下記の等温式で求める。HFC-152a/HFO-1234yf二成分混合物の液体/蒸気平衡の測定は10℃で下記の等温式で求める。
HFC-152a/HFC-32二成分混合物の液体/蒸気平衡データはRefpropから入手にできる。この二元系の相互作用係数の計算には2つの等温式(-20℃と20℃)および2つの等圧曲線(1バールと25バール)を用いる。
スクリュー圧縮機と膨張弁とを有する、向流凝縮器および蒸発器を備えた圧縮システムを考える。この圧縮システムを15℃の過熱および5℃の過冷却で運転する。二次流体と冷媒との間の最少温度差は約5℃とみなされる。
冷却モードでは、圧縮システムを蒸発器の冷媒入口温度の-5℃と凝縮器の冷媒入口温度の50℃との間で運転する。システムは0℃で冷蔵する。
冷却運転条件下の本発明組成物の性能を[表1]に示す。各組成物の各成分(HF0-1234yf、HFC-32、HFC-152a)の値は重量百分率で与えられる。
加熱モードでは、圧縮システムを蒸発器の冷媒入口温度の-5℃と、凝縮器の冷媒入口温度の50℃との間の温度で運転する。システムは45℃で熱を供給する。
低温冷却モードでは、圧縮システムを蒸発器の冷媒入口温度の-30℃と凝縮器の冷媒入口温度の40℃との間で運転する。システムは-25℃の冷気を出す。
この冷却運転条件下の本発明組成物の性能を[表3]に示す。各組成物の各成分(HF0-1234yf、HFC-32、HFC-152a)の値は重量百分率で与えられる。
Claims (10)
- 2,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペンと、1,1-ジフルオロエタンと、ジフルオロメタンとの三成分組成物の、混合物R-410Aを代替する冷却システムの熱媒体流体としての使用。
- 三成分組成物が基本的に5〜83重量%の2,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペンと、15〜75重量%のジフルオロメタンと、2〜40重量%のジフルオロエタンとを含む請求項1に記載の使用。
- 三成分組成物が基本的に5〜63重量%の2,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペンと、35〜70重量%のジフルオロメタンと、2〜25重量%のジフルオロエタンとを含む請求項1に記載の使用。
- 三成分組成物が基本的に40〜58重量%の2,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペンと、40〜50重量%のジフルオロメタンと、2〜10重量%のジフルオロエタンとを含む請求項1に記載の使用。
- 冷却システムが圧縮タイプである請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 上記システムを逆流モードまたは逆流傾向を有する交流モードの熱交換器で運転する請求項5に記載の使用。
- 2,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペンと、1,1-ジフルオロエタンと、ジフルオロメタンとの三元組成物を混合物R-410Aを代替する冷凍システムの熱媒体流体として使用する伝熱方法。
- 冷却凍システムが、逆流モードまたは逆流傾向を有する交流モードの熱交換器で運転される圧縮タイプのシステムである請求項7に記載の方法。
- 三成分組成物が基本的に40〜58重量%の2,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペンと、40〜50重量%のジフルオロメタンと、2〜10重量%のジフルオロエタンとを含む、請求項7または8に記載の方法。
- 潤滑剤の存在下で実行される請求項5〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
