Description
Claims (21)
- 医療用チュービングのセクションを通る流体の流れを制御するための機器であって、
医療用チュービングの前記セクションの端部に結合されたアダプタであって、前記アダプタは、管腔を有し、前記アダプタの前記管腔および医療用チュービングの前記セクションは、流体連通している、アダプタと、
前記アダプタの前記管腔内に配設された隔壁であって、前記隔壁は、医療用チュービングの前記セクションと前記アダプタの間の流体の流れを前記隔壁内又は前記隔壁の外面と前記アダプタの内面との間に提供されたインターフェースにおける流体密封のシールによって阻止し、前記流体の流れは、プローブを前記アダプタの前記管腔内に挿入しそれによって前記プローブが前記隔壁の一部分を変位させ前記流体の流れを阻止解除すること、および前記隔壁の少なくとも1つの接触表面上にユーザの接触又は前記プローブとは異なる流れ制御ボタンの押下によって力を及ぼすこと、のそれぞれによって、前記インターフェースが分断されて阻止解除される隔壁と
を備えることを特徴とする機器。 - 前記隔壁は、少なくとも1つのスリットをさらに備え、前記少なくとも1つのスリットは、前記隔壁を貫通する通路を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機器。
- 前記隔壁の一部分内に納置された作動装置をさらに備え、前記作動装置は、インターフェース表面を備え、それにより、前記プローブが、前記インターフェース表面と接触し、前記作動装置を前記隔壁の前記通路を貫通させて進めるとき、前記作動装置が、前記隔壁の前記スリットを開くように偏向させることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の機器。
- 医療用チュービングの長手部は、カテーテルであり、前記アダプタは、カテーテルアダプタであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の機器。
- 前記カテーテルアダプタは、窓をさらに備え、前記窓を貫通して、前記隔壁の前記少なくとも1つの接触表面の一部分が延び、前記隔壁の前記少なくとも1つの接触表面の前記延長部分は、ボタンを形成することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の機器。
- 前記隔壁は、前記作動装置の一部分を収容するための結合部分をさらに備え、前記作動装置ポートは、前記作動装置を開始位置に戻すための弾性の畝状部分を備えることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の機器。
- 前記プローブは、前記スリットを貫通して進められて前記隔壁を開くように偏向させ、前記流体の流れを阻止解除することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の機器。
- 前記アダプタは、ボタンが中に収容される窓をさらに備え、前記ボタンの第1の部分は、前記隔壁の前記少なくとも1つの接触表面と接触し、それにより、ユーザが前記ボタンの第2の部分に圧力を加えたとき、前記隔壁の一部分が偏向されるようになることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の機器。
- 前記ボタンは、前記ボタンを前記アダプタ上に引っ掛けるための留め具フィーチャをさらに備え、それによって前記隔壁を偏向状態に維持することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の機器。
- 前記インターフェースは前記隔壁の外面と前記アダプタの内面との間に提供され、
前記プローブが前記隔壁の一部分を変位させるとき、前記インターフェースは、前記隔壁の外面と前記アダプタの内面との間に通路が設けられるように分断されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機器。 - 医療用チュービングのセクションを通る流体の流れを制御するための方法であって、
医療用チュービングの前記セクションをアダプタに取り付けるステップであって、それにより、前記アダプタの管腔および医療用チュービングの前記セクションの管腔が流体連通するようになる、ステップと、
隔壁を前記アダプタの前記管腔内に納置するステップであって、前記隔壁は、医療用チュービングの前記セクションと前記アダプタの間の流体の流れを、前記隔壁内又は前記隔壁の外面と前記アダプタの内面との間に提供されたインターフェースにおける流体密封のシールによって阻止し、前記流体の流れは、プローブを前記アダプタの前記管腔内に挿入しそれによって前記プローブが前記隔壁の一部分を変位させ前記流体の流れを阻止解除すること、および前記隔壁の少なくとも1つの接触表面上にユーザの接触又は前記プローブとは異なる流れ制御ボタンの押下によって力を及ぼすこと、のそれぞれによって、前記インターフェースが分断されて阻止解除されるステップと
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記隔壁を貫通する少なくとも1つのスリットを提供するステップをさらに含み、前記少なくとも1つのスリットは、前記隔壁を貫通する通路を形成することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記隔壁の結合部分内に作動装置を納置するステップをさらに含み、前記作動装置は、インターフェース表面を備え、それにより、前記プローブが前記インターフェース表面と接触し、前記作動装置を前記隔壁の前記通路を貫通させて進めるとき、前記作動装置は、前記隔壁の前記スリットを開くように偏向させることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 医療用チュービングの前記セクションは、カテーテルであり、前記アダプタは、カテーテルアダプタであることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記カテーテルアダプタは、窓をさらに備え、前記窓を貫通して、前記隔壁の前記少なくとも1つの接触表面の一部分が延び、前記隔壁の前記少なくとも1つの接触表面の前記延長部分は、ボタンを形成することを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記隔壁は、前記作動装置の一部分を収容するための結合部分をさらに備え、前記作動装置のポートは、前記作動装置を開始位置に戻すための弾性の畝状部分を備えることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記隔壁は、インターフェース表面をさらに備え、それによってプローブが、前記インターフェース表面と接触して前記隔壁を偏向させることができることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。

前記カテーテルの端部に結合されたカテーテルアダプタであって、前記カテーテルアダプタは、管腔を有し、前記カテーテルアダプタの前記管腔および前記カテーテルは、流体連通している、カテーテルアダプタと、
前記カテーテル組立体に組み込まれた弁であって、前記弁は、前記流体が前記カテーテルアダプタを流れることを、前記弁内又は前記弁の外面と前記カテーテルアダプタの内面との間に提供されたインターフェースにおける流体密封のシールによって防止し、前記弁は、プローブを前記カテーテルアダプタの前記管腔内に挿入しそれによって前記プローブが前記弁の一部分を変位させ前記弁を開くこと、および前記弁の少なくとも1つの接触表面上にユーザの接触又は前記プローブとは異なる流れ制御ボタンの押下によって力を加えること、のそれぞれによって、前記インターフェースが分断されて開かれる弁と
を備えることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記カテーテルアダプタの一部分内に納置された作動装置であって、それにより、前記プローブが前記カテーテルアダプタ内に挿入されるとき、前記プローブが前記作動装置のインターフェース表面と接触し、前記作動装置を前記弁の一部分内へと進め、それによって前記弁の一部分を変位させて前記弁を開く、作動装置をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の装置。
