Claims (12)
- 乾粉塵状の廃人造大理石は粉塵貯蔵タンクに貯蔵し、湿粉塵状の廃人造大理石は乾燥させて前記粉塵貯蔵タンクに貯蔵し、スクラップ形態の廃人造大理石は粉砕した後、粉塵と粒とに分離させ、該分離された粉塵を前記粉塵貯蔵タンクに貯蔵し、分離された粒を粒子貯蔵タンクに貯蔵する前処理段階と、
前記粉塵貯蔵タンクから粉塵状の再生原料を供給されて熱処理して、樹脂剤混合ガスと充填剤混合固形物とに分解する第1熱分解処理段階と、前記粒子貯蔵タンクから粒状の再生原料を供給されて熱処理して、樹脂剤混合ガスと充填剤混合固形物とに分解する第2熱分解処理段階とを分離遂行する熱分解処理段階と、
前記熱分解処理段階で分解された樹脂剤混合ガスを供給されて、精製過程を通じて不純物が除去された樹脂剤を再生させる樹脂剤再生段階と、
前記熱分解処理段階で分解された充填剤混合固形物を供給されて、焼成過程を通じて不純物が除去された充填剤を再生させる充填剤再生段階と、
を含む廃人造大理石の処理方法。 - 前記前処理段階は、
スクラップ形態の廃人造大理石を大きさによって、段階別に分離投入して粉砕する過程を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の廃人造大理石の処理方法。 - 前記樹脂剤再生段階と前記充填剤再生段階とで発生した悪臭を除去する悪臭除去段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の廃人造大理石の処理方法。
- 前記熱分解処理段階は、
再生原料が水平移動と垂直移動とが同時になされて、再生原料の停滞部分がないように再生原料を撹拌させ、
前記充填剤混合固形物の油分含有量が8%〜15%を保持するように再生原料を熱分解処理することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の廃人造大理石の処理方法。 - 前記充填剤再生段階は、
前記充填剤混合固形物を供給された焼成炉を前記充填剤混合固形物の発火温度まで加熱した後、中断して、前記充填剤混合固形物が油分によって自体発熱することによって、焼成させることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の廃人造大理石の処理方法。 - 前記第1熱分解処理段階は、
前記粉塵貯蔵タンクから粉塵状の再生原料を供給されて、サービスタンクに貯蔵する過程と、貯蔵された再生原料を予熱炉を経て予熱させた後、熱処理する過程とを含み、
前記第2熱分解処理段階は、
前記粒子貯蔵タンクから粒状の再生原料を供給されて、サービスタンクに貯蔵する過程と、貯蔵された再生原料を予熱炉を経て予熱させた後、熱処理する過程とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の廃人造大理石の処理方法。 - 前記再生原料は、樹脂剤であるMMA(Methyl Methacrylane)と充填剤である水酸化アルミニウムとを含み、
前記熱分解処理段階で水酸化アルミニウムを固体状態のアルミナとガス状態の水とに分解し、MMAをガス状態に分解することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の廃人造大理石の処理方法。 - 前記樹脂剤再生段階は、
樹脂剤混合ガスを供給されて低級MMAに前処理する精製前処理過程と、前処理された低級MMAを1次精製する1次精製過程と、1次精製されたMMAを薬品処理する精製後処理過程と、薬品処理されたMMAを高級MMAに2次精製して包装する2次精製過程とを含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の廃人造大理石の処理方法。 - 前記精製前処理過程は、
樹脂剤混合ガスを凝縮した後、1次三相分離して混合MMAを抽出する過程と、抽出された混合MMAを一定温度に保持した状態で、2次三相分離して低級MMAを抽出する過程と、抽出された低級MMAを洗浄した後、油水分離させて貯蔵する過程と、貯蔵されたMMAを薬品処理して待機させる過程とを含み、
前記1次精製過程は、
前処理された低級MMAで蒸留によって残留物を除去する過程と、残留物が除去されたガス状態の低級MMAを凝縮させて、液体状態の低級MMAと不凝縮ガスとに分離する過程と、液体状態の低級MMAを抽出する過程とを含み、
前記2次精製過程は、
液体状態の低級MMAで蒸留によって残留物を除去した後、凝縮させて、液体状態の高級MMAと不凝縮ガスとに分離する過程と、分離された液体状態の高級MMAを移送させる過程で冷却させた後、不純物を除去して包装する過程とを含み、2次精製全体過程がバッチ(batch)方式でなされることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の廃人造大理石の処理方法。 - 前記充填剤再生段階で発生した排ガスから悪臭を除去した後、1次ボイラーを経て排ガスの熱を回収する過程と、回収された熱を前記熱分解処理段階に供給して再生原料の予熱のために使うか、前記樹脂剤再生段階に供給して精製過程に使う過程と、前記1次ボイラーを経た排ガスの熱を回収して温水ボイラーの熱として使う過程と、2次ボイラーを経て前記1次ボイラーを経た排ガスの熱を回収する過程と、前記2次ボイラーを経た排ガスの熱を湿粉塵状の廃人造大理石を乾燥させる熱として使う過程とをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の廃人造大理石の処理方法。
- 前記熱分解処理段階を経て分解された樹脂剤混合ガスを粉塵除去フィルターを通過させて粉塵を除去した後、前記樹脂剤再生段階に供給する過程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の廃人造大理石の処理方法。
- 前記スクラップ形態の廃人造大理石を粉砕した後、分離機によって、粉塵と粒とに分離させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の廃人造大理石の処理方法。
