Claims (5)
- 太陽光発電装置及び蓄電装置を備えた建物の電力制御システムであって、
前記太陽光発電装置及び前記蓄電装置の制御に必要な演算条件を設定する初期設定手段と、
前記太陽光発電装置の発電量及び前記建物の電力消費量を計測する計測手段と、
時間によって変化する電力価格の設定をおこなう電力価格設定手段と、
前記蓄電装置の放電開始時間を単位時間ずつ変えた複数の制御パターンを記憶する制御パターン記憶手段と、
前記建物の電力料金を算出する計算期間を設定する計算期間設定手段と、
前記計算期間に前記計測手段によって計測された計測値と前記電力価格設定手段によって設定された電力価格とに基づいて、前記複数の制御パターンのそれぞれで制御した場合の電力料金を算出する電力料金算出手段と、
前記電力料金算出手段によって算出された演算値を所定の基準で評価して一つの制御パターンを選択する制御パターン選択手段と、
前記制御パターン選択手段によって選択された制御パターンに従って制御をおこなう制御装置とを備えたことを特徴とする電力制御システム。 - 前記計算期間は15〜60日の長さであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電力制御システム。
- 前記制御パターン選択手段では、前記電力料金算出手段において算出された電力料金の低さを基準にして評価をおこなうことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電力制御システム。
- 前記太陽光発電装置の発電量に基づいて二酸化炭素の排出量の削減量を算出する二酸化炭素削減量算出手段を備え、前記制御パターン選択手段では、前記二酸化炭素削減量算出手段による演算結果を合わせた基準で評価をおこなうことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電力制御システム。
- 前記制御パターン選択手段による制御パターンの選択は、一定期間間隔でおこなわれることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の電力制御システム。
