Claims (6)
- 中央シリンダ(12)および少なくとも1つの成形フィードパイプ(45)が設けられた中央本体(11)と、
円筒形部材(37)の周縁部に配置された少なくとも1つの円周ガイド(40)とを備え、
前記成形フィードパイプ(45)は、クランプ部材(48)によって、前記中央本体(11)に取り付けられている、圧延製品(L)からコイルを製造するためのレイングヘッドであって、
前記円周ガイド(40)は、互いに隣接して配置された複数の基本セグメント(41)からなり、
前記複数の基本セグメント(41)は全体で、全ての側面が閉鎖されたガイド通路を規定することができ、
前記円周ガイド(40)は、少なくとも180°の角度範囲について一定の曲率半径を有することを特徴とするレイングヘッド。 - 請求項1に記載レイングヘッドにおいて、
5mmを上回り12mm未満の直径を有する圧延製品については、一定の半径を有する前記閉鎖ガイド通路は、12mmを上回り20mm未満の内径を有することを特徴とするレイングヘッド。 - 請求項1または2に記載のレイングヘッドにおいて、
一定の半径を有する前記閉鎖ガイド通路は、360°以上の角度をカバーすることを特徴とするレイングヘッド。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のレイングヘッドにおいて、
前記基本セグメント(41)の各々は、個々に着脱可能であり、関連の軸方向ガイド(59)に固定する固定脚部(60)を備えることを特徴とするレイングヘッド。 - 請求項4に記載のレイングヘッドにおいて、
前記基本セグメント(41)の各々は、前記圧延製品(L)の導入および通過用の穴(61)を有し、前記穴(61)には、入口面取部(62)が続いていることを特徴とするレイングヘッド。 - 請求項5に記載のレイングヘッドにおいて、
前記軸方向ガイド(59)は、T型であり、スライドによって関連の基本セグメント(41)の取り外しを簡単化するように形成されていることを特徴とするレイングヘッド。
