Claims (4)
- 流体通路を介して供給される液体媒体を吐出する弁装置(20)であって、
前記弁装置(20)は、前記流体通路の壁を加熱する発熱体(28)を備え、
前記流体通路に挿入され、且つ、前記液体媒体が前記流体通路を流れているときに前記液体媒体に半径方向流れ成分を導入するように構成されている少なくとも1つの混合要素(29)を有し、
前記混合要素(29)は、前記液体媒体の流動流に対する所定の障害物を有する不動の静的ミキサー要素(294)を備え、
前記静的ミキサー要素は、少なくとも1つの螺旋要素(294)を含む少なくとも1つのスパイラルミキサーを含み、
前記少なくとも1つの螺旋要素(294)は、前記流体通路の軸線に対して傾斜し、前記少なくとも1つの螺旋要素(294)の長さに沿ってテーパ状になっていることを特徴とする弁装置。 - 前記流体通路は、金属管によって画定されている請求項1に記載の弁装置。
- 前記液体媒体は、接着剤、グリース、又は油である請求項1又は2に記載の弁装置。
- 前記弁装置(20)は、前記弁装置(20)の少なくとも1つのノズルを制御する圧電駆動装置(22)を備える請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の弁装置。
