Claims (18)
- データメモリモジュール(2)と、保持又は持ち運び装置(3)とを備える携帯用データメモリ(1)であって、
前記データメモリモジュール(2)は、不揮発性の、再書込み可能な半導体メモリ(4)と、通信モジュール(7)をもつアクセスコントローラ(5)とを有し、前記通信モジュール(7)は、通信インタフェース(8)とさらに接続され、前記通信インタフェース(8)は、通信センタ(10)との無線通信リンク(9)を確立するように構成され、前記無線通信リンク(9)は、人の皮膚の表面における近接場を用いたものであり、
前記保持又は持ち運び装置(3)は、前記携帯用データメモリ(1)のユーザと前記保持又は持ち運び装置(3)の接触を検出する接触検出ユニット(16)を有し、
前記接触検出ユニット(16)は、前記携帯用データメモリ(1)のユーザの体に発生する誘電変位電流を検出するように構成される誘電測定装置、前記携帯用データメモリ(1)のユーザの体で屈折又は反射された光を検出するように構成される光伝送ユニット及び/又は光反射ユニット、及び、前記携帯用データメモリ(1)のユーザの体が前記接触検出ユニット(16)を押す力を検出するように構成される圧電信号伝送器、のうちの少なくとも1つを有し、
前記データメモリモジュール(2)は、前記接触検出ユニット(16)を評価しユーザに対する前記携帯用データメモリ(1)の割り当てを検出するように設計されて前記半導体メモリ(4)及び/又は前記アクセスコントローラ(5)と接続される割り当て監視モジュール(6)をさらに有し、
前記割り当て監視モジュール(6)は、前記割り当てが失われたことを検出すると、前記半導体メモリ(4)内のデータを使用不可又はアクセス不可にするように構成される、
携帯用データメモリ(1)。 - 前記保持又は持ち運び装置(3)は、日常の使用に係る物、特に宝飾品である、請求項1に記載の携帯用データメモリ。
- 前記保持又は持ち運び装置(3)は、カフスタイプの装置である、請求項1又は2に記載の携帯用データメモリ。
- 前記接触検出ユニット(16)はスイッチ接点を有する、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の携帯用データメモリ。
- 前記半導体メモリ(4)は、自動的にメモリの内容を消去するように設計された装置(15)を有する、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の携帯用データメモリ。
- 前記半導体メモリ(4)は電気的に消去可能な読み出し/書き込みメモリである、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の携帯用データメモリ。
- 前記割り当て監視モジュール(6)は電気エネルギー用のストレージ(12)を有する、請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の携帯用データメモリ。
- 前記割り当て監視モジュール(6)は電圧パルスを発するように構成される、請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の携帯用データメモリ。
- 前記無線通信リンク(9)は、高周波数の無線リンクである、請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の携帯用データメモリ。
- 前記通信インタフェース(8)は、データ及び電気エネルギーを伝送するように構成される、請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の携帯用データメモリ。
- 前記データメモリモジュール(2)は、電気エネルギー用のストレージ(11)を有する、請求項1〜10の何れか一項に記載の携帯用データメモリ。
- 前記データメモリモジュール(11)は、主に有機半導体のコンポーネントで構成される、請求項1〜11の何れか一項に記載の携帯用データメモリ。
- 個人に関連した参照特徴が、前記データメモリモジュールに格納される、請求項1〜12の何れか一項に記載の携帯用データメモリ。
- 一連の個人に関連した特徴が、前記データメモリモジュールに格納される、請求項1〜13の何れか一項に記載の携帯用データメモリ。
- 請求項1〜14の何れか一項に記載の携帯用データメモリに個人に関連する情報を格納する方法であって、
通信センタが、通信インタフェースを介して前記データメモリに格納された情報にアクセスすることができ、
個人に対する前記携帯用データメモリの割り当てが失われることが検出される、方法。 - 前記割り当てが失われると、前記データメモリに格納された前記情報が自動的に消去される、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記割り当てが失われると、前記情報にアクセス可能になる前に個人が認証される、請求項15又は16に記載の方法。
- 前記割り当てが失われると、前記格納された情報へのアクセスが妨げられる、請求項15〜17の何れか一項に記載の方法。
