Description
エダクタに配置される加圧ガス管22には高温のスメルトによる加熱の影響が及ぶため、加圧ガスは、吸引管21内に侵入する際に、吸引管21の外部および内部で加熱される。好ましくは、加圧ガス管は、管の中央直管部の外面に取り付けられる。
Claims (8)
- 黒液回収ボイラの停止中に前記黒液回収ボイラの床を空にする方法であって、
吸引器(20)内部の出口から、該吸引器の排出方向に圧力媒体が排出するように構成することによって、該吸引器(20)に陰圧吸引力を生成することと、
吸引管を有する前記吸引器(20)により、陰圧吸引力によって、前記黒液回収ボイラの壁面の開口部を通じて前記黒液回収ボイラからスメルトを吸引することと、
前記圧力媒体を前記出口から排出する前に、前記吸引管の形状に沿った形状を有し前記黒液回収ボイラ内を通過する圧力媒体管内で前記圧力媒体を前記スメルトによって予熱することと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記圧力媒体を、電気抵抗器等の、前記スメルトとは異なる別の熱源(24)を使用して加熱することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 加圧ガスや加圧蒸気等の圧力媒体の流れが前記出口から排出される前に加熱されるように、前記吸引器(20)内の前記圧力媒体管(22)または圧力媒体チャネル内に前記圧力媒体の流れを導く、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 黒液回収ボイラの床を空にするための吸引器であって、圧力媒体を用いて、スメルトを前記黒液回収ボイラから吸引する陰圧吸引力を生成する構成を備え、
さらに、前記吸引器を構成する吸引管の形状に沿った形状を有し前記黒液回収ボイラ内を通過する圧力媒体管内で、前記圧力媒体を前記スメルトによって加熱するように構成される予熱構成を備える、
ことを特徴とする、吸引器。 - 前記圧力媒体管(22)の排出口は前記吸引管(21)内に存在し、前記予熱構成は、前記排出口により形成される出口の前に前記圧力媒体を予熱する、請求項4に記載の吸引器。
- 前記圧力媒体管は前記吸引管(21)内を延伸するように配される、請求項4または5に記載の吸引器。
- 前記圧力媒体管は前記吸引管(21)の外面に沿って延伸するように配される、請求項4から6のいずれかに記載の吸引器。
- 加熱抵抗器等の別の圧力媒体加熱装置(24)を備える、請求項4から7のいずれかに記載の吸引器。
